I recently put a lift kit and tires on my Jeep Wrangler and had nothing short of a professional and great experience. This was my first time adding a lift and tires to a vehicle, so needless to say I was very inexperienced in what I needed to do exactly. The owner went out of his way to help me make the best choices for the look that I was going for. Call for a quote, 200 $ dollar quote suddenly become 260 +tax The guy at the desk gave me an attitude as i was lying then went back to the shop yell at the employees then came back , rude as he can be just to say "say sorry they made a mistake is 260 + tax" mistakes are made in the job but u really have to ne an a**hole to the customers and your employees i wont ever go back to that shop poor customer service

Guy at counter poor service. The rim guy was not there that I previously spoke to several times about a set of rims . I looked at the ones on display and the guy there didnt seem very interested in helping me he just said so and so will be back in 30 mins or so then basically ignored me and when I asked a few questions it seems like I was bothering him. Cool you lost a sale and a customer for the future I came with cash. Thanks for the poor service. I'll get my dub 26' some where else. And my brother will get his 20x12"s and tires some where else as well

Bought a few sets of tires here and even a used tire once. These guys have good service and good prices. Doesn't seem to be any BS here like I've seen at other tire shops, so for that I really respect them. They might need another helper up front cause those guys always seem over-worked and can take a while to get to you.

I rolled in here while on a road trip because of a minor vibration coming from a tire. I had recently bought these tires from a different Tire Pros in another state. They balanced all my tires perfectly and didn't even charge me! I dont know if that was standard procedure, or if the manager was just a swell guy. Either way, I would recommend this place to anyone in need of new tires or just a quick service. Very classy. Very fast. Very clean. Please give King's your business, and tell them they come highly recommended!

Amazing service! I had a bent wheel rim. Took my car in without an appointment and was helped immediately. Quoted an extremely reasonable price to get a new wheel, with labor included. Went for some coffee in the surrounding downtown area and King's checked in with me on several occasions to report findings and status updates on the progress. My wheel was fixed and one of the team members, Chris, offered to take a drive with me after the wheel replacement to ensure no more issues. Super smooth ride now! Afterwards I paid I was offered an even lower price than the initial quote! Definitely taking my Saturn back to King's for future services! Thanks!

Wow. Fantastic service. During winter experienced a wobble. Pulled into store because I had appt. nearby. Hour later tire was fixed (weight added) and they would not let me pay. Highly recommend for their service.
