Needed a new tire, 2 tires repaired , and a wheel seal. They were on it as soon as I set my parking brakes. Out of there within an hour and a half. There is no doubt in my mind had I gone to the TA truck stop my entire day would've been gone . Nice to find a business that cares about a driver's time.

Unproffessional. Changed a drive tire at their place due to factory problems, it was ripping apart you can see it in the video attached. (they installed a used one) in 200miles noticed is leacking, so.... checked it, found a hole on the outside edge of the tire without a nail or anything else in it. Called the guys they told me (laughing) there is no warranty on those used tires. Btw payed 300$ for this one. Now..... 150k miles on my drive tires not one hole, and on the only one I changed in 200 miles .... a hole and they are laughing that I might picked up something on the road. I have an Idea for bussines .... will make my tire shop, will install only used tires with small holes in them and once they drive away out of my gate.... it’s their problem. PS I might have had no luck on this or.... is their word against mine The ethernal question being .... what do you want us to do?! And what do you want me to do?! On files attached : the problem with my tire I have changed and the invisible at the first glance hole
