Unbeatable customer service and quality fast work

Bought tires at the end of March (2017) for my newly purchased truck here because the dealership recommend them. First invoice I was given listed the dealership as the buyer and mileage as "1". I didn't realize it until after I got home (300 miles away) and tried to have the tires balanced at another "sister location". I was told the warranty doesn't transfer and that since the mileage on the truck shows 185K that the warranty is long over (less than 400 miles on the tires w/ a 80K warranty). Called this location back and was told twice that a new invoice was created and mailed out. Never received the new invoice, so I called again to get a pic of an invoice sent to me where now they list the F350 as having a 2.0L 4 cylinder gas engine and since the truck had no plates to identify it on the invoice now I'm being told that the local shop can't confirm that this was the truck the tires were installed on. $900 into new tires that I can't even get balanced or rotated without paying even more now each time the interval comes around!

This morning was the second time that I've had these guys look at my '05 Trailblazer (first time was for 60K maintenance activities and most fluid changes), they are knowledgeable, experienced, and very friendly. They're not just tires, they can do service and maintenance for your vehicle. They were able to diagnose my headlight problem immediately this morning, and were able to get a fix in place shortly (within 15 minutes). There's an Autozone next door, so even if they don't have a specific part in stock, running next door to get it or seeing if Autozone can get it faster is an option. This reason alone should have you consider them for repairs. Maintenance performed on your vehicle can usually prevent a more expensive repair later, it's the ounce of prevention that saves you the pound of cure down the road. I would recommend the crew at Bruneel Point S for getting the work done on your vehicle.

I have been visiting this shop since February. Jeff, Nathan, and the other crew members have been very helpful with repairs including replacing a part that was under warranty. And most recently, I had a flat tire and they patched it for free. I would definitely recommend this shop and the other location I have had experience with on Vista.

Called around quite a bit looking for the best deal on tires for my truck. I was shopping a specific few tires so I was comparing exact tire prices for each one I was looking at. These guys without haggle offered me a great price, mounted, balanced and out the door. Ironically I went through the same situation 4-5 years ago on another vehicle. For whatever reason I called these guys last but both times they had the better deal and took care of me. Note to self..... call first and avoid the hassle of shopping around. Keep it up! Thanks

Gave me a good deal on two tires that I needed, no excessively pushy upselling. The sales man did his job and informed me about the safety and possible mechanical concerns of not replacing all 4 tires but didn't make me feel like I had to buy them. I need an alignment and when I have time I'm coming back to these guys to do it and to buy 4 new tires.

Well I would officially like to say I think I have had enough with these guys. Since their name change their service has gone down a lot. I've been a loyal customer since I've been driving so almost 10 years now. And I made an appointment to get my car serviced at 115 at my lunch break. Sat there and 150 they still haven't got it done. I had to leave. Wasted my entire lunch break for nothing. On a side note. Kip Romans is a studmuffin. He is awesome..

Well I guess I will share a tire story the L.S. company on ustick road in meridian Idaho had the chance to fix my wife's car tire yesterday. Her low tire pressure light came on. I told her to go have a shop look at it. She took it into them. They only visually inspected it added air said nothing was wrong. Low and behold today the light is on again so she decided to go else where today. She had ran something over and it had fallen out. They found the hole patched it and sent her on her way free of charge. Thank you guys for fixING it the right way the first time.

Hard to find good honest people in an industry that's cut-throat and ripping profit from the local economy. May i suggest when your team states a vehicle requires an item, that you offer to show the customer what and where the defective areas are ie... brakes and struts... When a car handles great and you state struts are required; which will cost 6 $600.00. I need proof.

If you're going here for an oil change or to get tires, the service is solid. For repairs, go somewhere else. I went in to get a wheel bearing replaced and they tried to up sell almost $700 worth of repairs that were completely unnecessary.

Their 1000 watt reader board out front advertised "free AC performance check". I sent my daughter in there with her minivan to get checked and they tried to get her to pay $59.95 for the free check. Don't know if they were trying to take advantage of her or they are false advertising. Never will I do business with that company anywhere. Also, I bought a car a few years ago from an old man that went to my church after his wife died. I was going through all the receipts in the glove box and I saw a couple of them for Brunerl brake service where they over charged him three times on the same invoice for the same repair with the same parts. When I contacted the manager to ask them about that I never got a response and they refused to return my calls

We visited this mechanic for a prebuyers inspection on a vehicle 2/24 based on the great reviews. They fit us in at the end of the day and said the vehicle looked great overall except needing a cv axle replaced so we were able to negotiate the purchase price of the vehicle to include the cost of repairing that and happily purchased what we thought was a sound vehicle that night. Fast forward to today when we got the cv axle replaced and the car looked over for basic maintence , turns out not only did the cv axle look not need replacement, the transmission needs to be replaced now as it is shuddering between gears. If we had known this prior to buying the vehicle we would’ve negotiated the price down to include the pricey cost of this big repair or may not have purchased this vehicle at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

After experiencing a flat I pulled into Combs Car Corral who then called Point S across the street. The people at Point S were kind enough to give me a good deal on a new set of tires since they were all needing to be replaced. They were also very kind to send over one of the tires so that I could make it across the street to get the other three. They were also kind enough to honor the price quoted me via the folks at Combs. Overall they were very friendly and efficient they also checked my breaks at no additional charge.
