Terrible customer service!!! I have had a few interactions with this location, every single time it is just absolutely horrendous customer service. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, it seems to be a culture, not an individual providing poor service.

4.5 hours of waiting and my car still is not finished. They brought in my car to work on it 2.5 hours after I was the first to drop off my car at 6:50 am. I understand it can take up to two hours to have wheels balanced but WTF?! People who came in at 10 were being helped before my vehicle. Not to mention the staff is very unwilling to give estimate for time, or even figure out where your car is in the process. I will never again come here. I don’t have a full day to waste waiting for something that should have been done HOURS ago.

Spent 3 hours here for an oil change. Was half an hour early for my appt. my car didn’t even go back until I had been there for an hour and a half. It then took an hour and a half for the oil change. I wasn’t told when it was done either or where my car was parked. I will never go back.

Nice staff but it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. I was in the waiting room the whole time, they said they would call me when it was done, but when I walked up to check on the status the folder with my keys was in the finished area so lord knows how long it was just sitting there.

No drop box since they are now off base and won’t be able to verify if you’re military or not. Which is a huge negative when both of us have to start work before they open. Also got a ridiculous quote just for front brakes. I recommend lex Brodie’s. They do brakes for 299-359$ depending on the package you pick. Not 650$ like this place wanted. Was hoping it would be better in a new location but def not impressed. We won’t be back. Update: Took the car to Lex Brodie’s, this place lied to us about the calipers needing to be replaced, lex brodies sent us a print out of everything with pictures. Walked out the door paying 490$ and even had rear brake repairs done. Do not go here. They lie to get more money for repairs form you!

Absolutely terrible. Should have paid a little bit more to have my car done by a professional. Spent a fortune installing new tires, only to have the TPMS light flashing when my car was “done.” I left the car with them to repair this... several hours later, they advised they didn’t know what was wrong, but maybe I should drive it a little to see if it goes away. Light is still flashing... all the time. Go anywhere else...

Went in for an oil change. Pros: o Fair Price o Wait room is nice with TV and vending machines Cons: o Took 2.25 hours o Didn't review any fluids or issues identified o didn't reset the oil change monitoring system. o didn't notify me when car was done o their estimate system doesn't populate their register so it has to be reinput in manually I'm not going to be a repeat customer.

Polite(-ish) phone service. They do not make appointments for brakes. They also do not give estimates for full size trucks (Chevy Silverado 1500 LT standard/stock trim/wheel size), they want to see it in person. I had hoped this shop would be more reputable than the last one on base, but it looks like it will be a continuation of the same previous issues the old NEX auto care center had.

If you have a choice to go somewhere else. Do so. The staff has an attitude. They don’t honor your appointments when you make them and everyone seems to hate working with customers.

The front desk staff was extremely rude, and very unhelpful. The manager and other employees were there and didn't say a word. I'm honestly surprised at how awful they were treating customers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Even Firestone can best their customer service.

They take for ever. Took 4 hours to switch out 4 tires. Claimed they tried to call me while I sat in their waiting area. Never got a missed call or voicemail from them. Definitely bypass this place., customer service was lacking from the time I walked in.
