The good reviews are obviously family members or friends. If you are from off island, DO NOT use Mike's. $75 cash per tire and they would not even balance them. Our van rides rougher than it did before. Typical attitude, although I have lived here for several years, they still will rip you off if you are not what they consider local. Don't be fooled by all the Jesus posters out by the door....the shop is covered with posters of almost completely naked women. Wonder what God they truly serve?

Bought 4 all terrain tires and within 3 months 2 valve stems blew. Costco helped me nicely with tires and they have warranties. Mikes tire shop is the shortest lived tires I've ever bought.

first off their service sucks when you call for tires they tell you they have it and to call back and let them know when your coming, but when you call back to let them know you coming they tell you that they cant get into the warehouse to where the tires are at and the boss is off the island so why work on saturdays when the boss is away the employees play....never go over there for tires cause they will play games with you...lose $ this tire company thats ok action line going take over and find out whats really going on over there.0 stars you get.once again customer service sucks.

My wife bought a used tire and it fell off the rim. There were no nails, holes, blowout, ect which leads me to believe it wasn't mounted properly so when I call and tell them about it the only thing I got was used tires only have a week warranty I can't do anything for you. I could understand if it was just bad luck and she got a hole somewhere but there isn't one. This happened because of your negligence and you refuse to help! Are you kidding me!

Please don't bother wasting your time or money coming to this tire shop. First, there attitude is all jacked up. No aloha spirit or good customer service at all. Prices are high. They have a sign stating "Prices subject to change based upon your attitude or their attitude. Like really? What kind of bogus is that?? I don't know who they think they are but they are definitely not getting my business and this is why I'm writing a review to warn others before going. Mahalo!

This place is garbage. Over the phone Mike will tell you he has a used tire in stock, then when you get there he will tell you that he doesn't. He will try to push you towards a new tire. A new tire he has that is already 6 years old. Tire shelf life is 6 years!! They don't have a balance machine, so do they expect to balance a tire? Stay away.

Complete rip-off! Please do yourself a favor and stay completely away from this tire shop. They said they had a used tire at my specific size. Upon showing up he explained how that used tire is "not good" and that he had a new tire at $85. I ended up paying a total of $130 and no more than 6 months later its warped. While all the other tires still good since my car was manufactured and had this car for 2 years. Very dishonest and very unprofessional

BUYER BEWARE. Seems like a nice guy, but he has his hussle gig down. He works quickly to push you toward a purchase then will proceed to tack on additional charges to include tire disposal, valve stems, credit card fees etc. I asked if I could look at the tire before he put it on--he said sure but then quickly put the tire on the rim while I was sitting outside. Said he just did it because it was fast. Tire was in poor condition. By that point I just wanted to be done. He then proceeded to charge me $25 more than what he quoted over the phone and said I owe him $10 more for tire disposal. I laughed. The whole thing seemed almost like a joke. To make matters worse, the tire makes a ton of noise and will likely only last for a couple of months.

Same thing happened to us. I called there to ask how much a tire was. They told me it was 125$ n when we got here they told us it was gonna be 150$ and that none of them ever said it would be 125$.

Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars the service was TERRIBLE, the "owner" mike was very disrespectful yelling and arguing with me in front of other customers over a mistake that he made (he messed up my rim and had to get me a new one) all I went there for was to get some tires for my car and after having to go back three times I left with a giant headache, definitely not worth saving a couple bucks I should have just gone to lex brodies to begin with which is exactly what I did after I left.

No B.S. It took longer for us to call around looking for a tire then it did to change the tire. And this wasn't because they weren't busy because they had customers there. They do a great job of not letting the size of the workspace or location be a negative. Great, friendly and helpful customer service .

I will recommend Mikes Tire Shop to everyone and anyone who mentions the need of tires If you just need a cheap pair of good used tires or a brand new full set, check these guys out. By far the best tire service I've ever had and we go through a lot of tires running moving trucks around town everyday so we're very familiar with the process. No wait no B.S. And best of all no rip off, just honest people with honest prices. I Call - They have the tire, I came down, they had the job done in 10 mins and I pay (Remember to bring CASH as they are CASH only) and leave. Price was half of a new tire, yet has 50-90% tread left – Safety Check OK – They’re the only place that I know that gives any warranty on used tire which is 1 week I was a little skeptical about getting a used tire the first time went their - but this was a fantastic experience. Oh, I even witnessed them help a woman with a blow out on her spare at no charge. Thanks guys. I will be a repeat customer for life

Mikes Tire Shop was AWESOME !! As soon as I pulled in the driveway 2 men came out to greet me and see what I needed. Within a few minutes they had my tire off and were replacing the broken valve stem. The price was good, the guys were friendly & I was on my way in about 15-20 minutes. Got used tires and still came out more expensive then if I were to buy brand new ones at Walmart. Was referred by a friend who told me it was affordable and cheap for used tires. It came out to 75$ for each USED tire. Walmart’s price was 55$ for brand new ones. Make sure to ask for a quote before you let them change your tires. Don’t think I’ll be going here anytime soon
