I had an appointment for 10:00 and got there 10 minutes early. Checked in at the desk for a tire PATCH on the inside and was quoted $. I asked how long until I can pick up my car. The nice girl said 1.5 hours so like 11:30. I left the shop and cruised around town on foot then went back at 11:20. Guess what. My car was still in the same parking stall and it hadn't moved. The nice girl told me they were delayed due to a back up of other clients. I'm feeling irate at this moment. I asked for my car keys and left. The nice girl apologized sincerely and offered me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Like REALLY I wondered. Maybe the oil change would put me back 3 hours!!. If the nice girl told me at 10 a.m. that there would be a wait much longer than expected then I would understand. My rating would have been better.

First time there and felt I was getting nickle and dimed there. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I first get a call that I needed new brakes. Told me it would only be $600 more. I kindly declined. Then I get a call to see if I wanted to replace my air filter and cabin filter which I knew I needed so I got them replaced.

The receptionist was very polite.. In answering my question and getting me a quote quickly.. However price quote was way to high. Another shop not far from me, smaller but just as nice and professional gave me a quote, that was almost half of what Lex Brodie want to charge for the same work. $159.00 vs $292.10. I guess big name equal big prices. I drive by this place all the time kind of disappointed to know they charge so much.

Can't say enough about these guys. Brought my car in with a leaky tire. They found the problem and I needed a new tire. Unfortunately they didn't stock my tire but they went to work and found one elsewhere, sent someone to go fetch it and had it mounted balanced all by the time I got off work. The customer service is exceptional. This company has excellent leadership and a hard working crew of men and women. I will always use Lex Brodies for my tire, oil and break service. Scott you should be very proud of these guys!

Right as I drove up, he greeted me my name, even as I was still in the car. He was able to give me an even better deal than what he originally estimated. Went in as a walk in to get a safety check doe and was told it could be a wait so I said that was fine and so I walked to windward mall to kill time. 4 hours later I was called for the guy to tell me my car failed the inspection because of the spray nozzles we’re missing off my hood and I had an exhaust leak that they couldn’t find. This place is a joke.

I went to the Kaneohe Lex Brodies and had Excellent customer service. I was there for a leak coming from my coolant. There was a misunderstanding but Jarard the Manager who helped me and who worked on my car took care of the situation. I was extremely happy and thankful for him! Excellent Service. John Kelly amd Jordan helped out big time in a pinch. Needed 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They always take care of my parents and they extended the same high end quality of service to me and my family. They also recognized my dilemma of not being able to afford the bill and was able to work out finding me the most cheapest but reliable tires, helped out with coupons for my alignment, and gave me a great deal on my oil change. Definitely recommend Lex Brodies in Kaneohe if you live nearby or around the area.

I drove into Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe with a tire that was literally bulging and ready to blow. They were out of my tire size that day but would not let me drive on that tire for fear that it would blow out and I could be injured or worse. Instead one of the men offered to drive to Honolulu and pick up the tire from the other branch. All of this occurred less than an hour before closing. They got that new tire, rotated mine and I drove out of there so relieved. My husband thanks you, my son thanks you and I thank you very much.

I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago and ordered tires that were in stock at a different location. I told the sales rep about Lex Brodies bad yelp reviews and said I wanted to give him a good one. Well..... I arrived this morning at my scheduled 9am appt. The guy knew nothing of my order, my appointment, and the tires were NOT in Kaneohe. I'm a small business owner and my business follows through every time, with everyone. If we cannot arrive on time or with the correct items, WE CALL! We don't waste your time.
