I have purchased two sets of wheels and tires and picked them up at this location. The staff are prompt and polite and I have never had issues with either of my orders. There is also a discount to pick it up yourself versus having it delivered, which is helpful if you are in the area.

Shopped for some tires online and picked them up here at the warehouse. Local pickup saved me $40 on the total price! The customer service was great and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The warehouse picker brought the tires straight to the car and checked each tire to make sure they were correct. The tires were very recently manufactured and brand new with the stickers and everything. TIP: the loading dock side of the warehouse is where the tire pickup door is, not the side facing the road. Just back your car up right away to the customer dock to make it even faster.

This is the TireRack distribution center and you will see lots of local shops making pickups in addition to civilians. There is a Goodyear nearby I use for installation.

I used to work at pep boys. My family bought a bunch of tires from you in the past (on my recommendations) and I can give you order numbers for each of their accounts. I was recommended a poor choice of your products from your staff and I'm very unhappy with the product that I was given, but that isn't the worst of it. I'm very unhappy with my experience with TireRack. I felt that my issues were anonymized, disregarded, and ignored. I was treated as an Order Number, not as a customer. A disgusting experience. I've never felt like this during any dealings with customer service for any company before. This was a uniquely negative experience. Honestly, I was unhappy about the product, but the dealings I've had with customer service made it worse. Even if no discount was given, I would have been far happier if I was treated like a human, not an Order Number. So I decided to call TireRack. Things got way worse, which is why I'm writing this right now. I never knew what it was like to have my complaints fall on deaf ears, until today. That's really bad, considering I've dealt with both Comcast Business Customer Support AND the government offices responsible for handling green cards. Even if the deal with the 20% discount is better, I don't think I'll be returning. I am so unhappy with my experience @ TireRack that I would rather pay more money to a competitor than deal with this horrible situation again. I don't know yet, I'll have to see how much money I'm willing to pay to avoid going through this negative experience once more. Goodbye, TireRack. I look forward to sharing the memories of my experience with my friends and family. You deserve every bit of it.

Will NEVER buy or recommend TireRack again. I had to return 2 tires that were never mounted. They would only accept one, claimed the other had grease on it. There was no grease on tire when I sent it back and worse case if there was, the make grease removers for a reason so saying it can't be removed is total BS. In good faith, I later purchased the 2 replacement tires from them to show I was willing to do business with them, still never got a refund for that $400 tire. Horrible customer care.

Placed an order online. But after not receiving a confirmation email for 3 days, I called their NV location. After being on hold for 10 min, their automated service disconnects the phone call. When I call back a second time, and being on hold for another 5-6 min, the sales associate apologized for the difficulty of their faulty system. Finally talking to an actual person, I discover that their system fouled up yet again. They had no order under my information. So, I placed my order, again, with the associate. IF I use them again, it'll be over the phone.

If your a local save your self some money and go pick up your tires at their depot on USA parkway and save the large difference the shops will charge for doing it for you. Love these guys.

Great place to buy tires and wheels. I bought a set of 4 winter tires and rims for my car, and this place saved me a bunch by suggesting a smaller rim size. Other stores that sold tires only gave me suggestions for the default tire size, but TireRack told me that I can go one size smaller on rims with slightly taller tires, which not only saves me money, but the overall tire+rim height was the same as my stock tires. This means that the speedometer is still accurate. Make sure to order over the phone if you want to pick up here.

Warranty Claim Crooks. Filed a claim with Tire Rack which sent me to a 3rd party. Provided legitimate claim data and was denied. Asked to elevate case and they just ignored me. Discount Tire is a million time better and will never go back to Tire Rack for anything. They are the WORST

Horrible Customer service. Just got the tires on my car last week (not driven at all, but mounted and brought home), and notice a bubble far above the sidewall... Customer Svc blames the installer and says "we see this all the time" vs saying "bring us the defective tire and swap it out". I could have had a major blowout on track next week yet, this person could have cared less and was reading from a script. Great service TireRack selling products you do not stand behind. (Sorry but I explained the issue clearly and you had one answer already on the table)

Their quality control has diminished significantly in my opinion. I ordered a racing tire pressure gauge. When it arrived, before I even got to use it, it came apart. They replaced it and when I opened the replacement tire gauge it fell apart as I began to use it. What a waste of money.

Had trouble locating my order because the Preferred tireshop they sent it to temporarily lost the order and also canceled their Tirerack membership the day after I ordered the tires.. Tirerack customer service offered zero peace of mind when I contacted them. Also told me I would be responsible for paying shipping costs back to Tirerack if I canceled the order that couldn't be located. I understand the issue didn't really fall in Tirerack's hands but the whole point of customer service is to offer peace of mind and I feel like they only made the situation worse.
