Wonderful service & highly recommend!! My husband & I are visiting the area while he receives medical treatment. We had a flat tire due to a huge screw. I googled tire shops & found Mobley Tire. They had better reviews than some of the other places so we decided to give them a try. We were quickly greeted by Kim who was really friendly. They were a little busy so we did have to wait but it wasn't too long. The technician fixed my tire & put it back on my Tahoe. The tech even put my spare tire back under my vehicle which is a pain. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Mobley Tire was a blessing to us.

One week ago I found this place online and was impressed by the Google reviews. I needed a 4-wheel alignment so I was there this morning when they opened at 7am. I was greeted immediately when I arrived and was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! I also paid what I was quoted over the phone. Yesterday I found a nail in my right rear tire. I took my car back to Mobley Tire this morning (7.13.18) to have it patched or plugged. After checking the tech advised the nail didn't even puncture my tire! I owed them nothing. In my past experiences any other shop would have charged me simply because I am a female. Not this place - they are definitely female friendly! These are some of the nicest, most honest people on the planet. I will continue to give them my business because their customer service is superb! Mobley is reliable and always takes good care of my vehicles ! My late grandmother would go nowhere else. They are affordable and friendly. Your vehicle gets great care and in a timely manner. They also have a waiting area, which isn't common for the area. It's nice if you can't just drop it off.

Hands down best mechanic shop experience I’ve had in 13 years in Atlanta! I had two major issues with my minivan, both a washer pump that was dead and a mysterious brake light that I suspected could be a master cylinder going out. After listening to me describe the symptoms and asking very targeted questions about the van’s behavior, they estimated the work over the phone politely and very affordably; and when I showed up for my appointment, I was struck by the sincerity of everyone who served me. Their waiting room is also a cool throwback to small town auto shops. Ultimately, after getting it up on the lift, they diagnosed the brake issue as being a rather rare and complex type of ABS pump system failure. The mechanic came out and explained the issue, with a level of care and thoughtfulness I’ve never experienced at a mechanic shop in ATL. Then, instead of referring me to a dealer, they offered another local mechanic who specializes in ABS (which ultimately saved me well over $1,500). On top of that, he carefully teased out what was up with the washer pump, ultimately and humorously deducing that it was a simple blown fuse. Only charged me $45 for everything they did (including the $5 fuse) , and I can guarantee I will be returning for my future work! Just an amazing level of customer service and care, along with quality, old-fashioned skilled mechanics work.

I have been using Mobley for brake work for seven years now. I don't go that often, because the work they do is far beyond what I've gotten anywhere else. In addition to the first rate professional work they do, they don't BS the customer. For example, when I brought my car to another local shop when a tire blew out, they told me I needed pads and rotors on all four wheels. Mobley said I didn't HAVE to replace the front rotors right now, and even if I did, the cost was well below what the other shop wanted. That's one example of a few things that have happened there. I called in Tuesday to see if I could get my front brakes serviced on Wednesday (the were squeaking.) Don told me that I could come in the next day. I dropped my car off in the morning, walked to the Marta station to get to work and picked my car up at the end of the day. The guy that owned the place was so nice and the price was excellent. I must admit, when you drive up to the place it looks sketch but DO NOT BE FOOLED! I have found where I will go for all of my car repairs. I strongly recommend Mobley Tire and Auto. FYI, they do brakes as well.

Wow! Very good service. They took care of us as soon as we arrived. We needed a tire repaired. They were quick and straightforward. We were given hospitable service and they have a comfortable waiting area with a cool enormous drag racing tire on display. This family business has been consistently reliable and is recommended to me by multiple family members. After identifying the easy fix on my tire, they fixed it so quickly I barely had time to sit down and wait. $15. No nonsense and great value. Will come back again!

I took my car to Mobley because it was pulling to the left when I applied the breaks. I told the person at the counter that “I’ll replace all brakes - front and back if that’s what it needs”. I left it with them to check it out. They called me back saying that there’s nothing wrong with the brakes and that it was pulling to the left because of low tire pressure in one of the tires. Further they put air in the tires and said I can pick the car up no charge! That’s a brake shop I can Trust. I’ll be back when I DO need brakes.

Asked specifically for a tire and got a mount and balance with it for a great price...excellent and quick it was no fuss for me to put it on myself....so impressed with the tire and the service that I returned for another tire immediately. This time I have my car with me and im waiting for another tire to be put on. One thing i notice they dont let the cars sit. They take their time and fix the problem. No gimmicks no hidden stuff later. Super knowledgeable, very thorough, comfortable waiting room, nice receptionist, quiet setting, and the employees dont play around with the time. Best of all the lobby/waiting area doesn't smell like pungent tires. Love love love. Best tire place I've been to in a long time.

This shop is a hidden gem and not seen from the main road (Ponce de Leon in Decatur). Good service, fair prices. Today I stopped for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleased with the fair price and quick service. While I was there, I overheard a service employee tell a customer that "his alignment was perfect" and he didn't need to pay for it to be done. Honesty. Yes!

Our company is just down the street from Mobley, and operate a fleet of 12 vehicles. In the past we had used the chain stores in the area, but will now deal exclusively with Mobley. When one of the local chains quoted us $1,400 for brake work on a truck, we took it to Mobley for a 2nd opinion, and walked away with the brakes fixed for $160! They are very friendly, complete the service quickly, are honest about the work needed and have very fair pricing. Several of our staff have begun using them as well. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

$70 for a Chevrolet Silverado alignment. Very nice family...operated by the family Had questions about wear pattern on rear tires. I spoke with Donnie, the son, Don was behind the desk. They fit me in and after some discussion they went to work completing the work we agreed on. Took them very little time. I'll definitely go back for tires, alignment, shocks etc.

To be fair they seem to have performed the service correctly. They quoted us $225 for the needed repairs and we agreed. However, once the work was complete my wife was presented a bill for $305. And though we reminded them of our agreement, they failed to honor it without hesitation. No apology or explanation. That extra $80 they forced from us was all we had left to our names and had been budgeted strictly for grocery money as our only means to eat until next pay day. I will never go there again
