Lowest prices on tires and service, with plenty of issues to explain the discount. Misquoted pricing, hidden fees to fluff the bill, lack of understanding what i asked of them, filthy work area, no room to manuver or park, and general lack of care. You get what you pay for here.

Waited two hours just to get one tire replaced, didn't have tire size in stock had to get retrieve from another location, when tire came it was the wrong size so had to wait longer while they go back and get the right size! Terrible!!

I really wanted to like this place because the mechanics seemed to care. At first. Unfortunately they messed up our family van a lot worse than it was before I brought it. Had to bring it back 3 times and it's still bad, over $1,000 spent. They FORGOT to grease the wheel bearings the installed. Van came to the proverbial screeching halt and we had to pay to have it towed. They didn't offer replacing the bearings claiming they weren't damaged. Every other mechanic I talk to says they should have replaced them. Never did they offer reimbursing me for towing. When they say something is done and without blink of an eye hand you a printout from the alignment machine with red all over it something's not right with their expertise or care. Or both. At this point I'd expect the manager to contact me and apologize and offer some kind of break. This business owner, managers and mechanics failed me and my family. :-(

These guys are GREAT!!! They were professional, friendly, helpful, had a sense of humor, just can't say enough! The service was excellent, the price was decent. I bought tires here and they were defective 4 months later. They asked me to bring the receipt and the truck. Once I did, there was no b.s. at all. They didn't have the same tires but there was no big difference in the cost of the new tires. I didn't have to wait long either. Great place to bring your truck.

Friendly and courteous crew. I went for a wheel alignment. They found a few other problems wrong with my suspension. They could have easily tried to upsale me, but they didn't. The guys let me know what was wrong, what I needed, gave me different courses of actions to take, but ultimately left it up to me. Now my car runs straight as an arrow. I highly recommend Kram.

I go to this place more than 4 different times to change my truck tires also for balance & alignment, Nice people know what they do with fast service, price wise not expensive nor cheap either but considerable and affordable. The lady on the desk always do more to help me and meet my expectations.
