Here you have all the information of real people who consume the services and products of Buckhead Tire & Auto Repair (Tires) in Georgia.
As of day this business receives a score of 4.0 stars over 5 and that score has been based on 135 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is very high, and it is based on a very high number of reviews, so we may be pretty sure that the score is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Tires belongs to the category of Tire shop.
Awful awful experience. Had to come back here 4 times to get my brakes fixed because they put horrible pads on the first two times (the third time they did nothing and I had to come back the next business day). They then wanted to charge me extra for these “new” pads they put on for hopefully the last time. Please beware. I paid $500 dollars after everything was all said and done and they still wanted to charge an extra $50 dollars for brakes pads they didn’t fix/replace in the first place. MIND YOU, they did the work THEN told me I owed an extra $50... rather than have me sign off on the extra charges first. I would have just gone to my dealership if I knew they were going to be so awful. When I refused to pay the extra $50 after the $500 dollars I already paid the guy rudely gave me my keys and said “here I don’t have time for this”... like I had time to come four different times for them to do a simple brake replacement? Please beware and just pay the dealership price. Less of a hassle and probably the same exact price. NOTE: The workers are really sweet! That was the one plus. Honestly wasn’t going to write a review since they were so nice, but the person at front desk today was very nasty so I had to do it.
Ive been coming here now for a year or so. They are very personable and reasonable. They are knowledgeable and polite in explaining the problem to you and have a professional demeanor. I've always been happy with their work.
Awesome service , owner is great and a pleasure to deal worth ! I recommend to everyone !
Totally wasted my time here. They quoted me 45 minutes to an hour max for an oil change. I specifically said I would wait for it. He told me there were no cars waiting for service so it would be quick. I walked next door to get lunch and came back 45 minutes minutes later to see my car hadn't moved. When I inquired if it was done or just had not moved, he became extremely flustered and started looking everywhere for my keys, including his pockets and all over the desk. It look a long time for him to finally find my keys, at which point he said my car would be next. I said I had to leave. I used up my entire lunch break already and got nothing done on my car. He wasn't even apologetic in the slightest, just handed me my keys and said ok. Guess you guys don't need the business.
Very disappointed. I came here a week ago for an oil change and to have my rear brakes looked over before using my truck to haul a very heavy trailer out of state. I suspected I needed pads and could hear the start of some grinding and conveyed this to the service techs at the counter. Anyway I was told my brakes were fine and nothing to be done.... I pulled my rear tires off and clearly observe almost no pad material is left and the start if gauling on the rotors. They consider that fine? I doubt they even inspected. Once removed it could be seen the pads have worn to the rivits and are in dire need of replacement and this was reflected on the rotors as well. It was not a safe condition to continue driving with and could have been disastrous hauling a heavy trailer over the mountains in that condition. I can only assume they never actually inspected my brakes. I will most certainly never return and will ensure I share my story with any who will listen.
Set an appointment for an oil change and did not respect my time. Took an 1 hour and 30 min for an oil change after quoting me 45 minutes. Ridiculous, I have never had to wait longer than 30 min at other auto shops.
The team here always takes such good care of my car and they explain everything to me so I can understand. They are fast and courteous. I highly recommend this shop as you need someone working on your vehicle you can trust.
Very efficient and extremely nice!
First time and last time I will ever go here. Way over-priced and customer service is horrible. My car locked up on the way home and I almost crashed. Ended up taking it to another automotive garage; I was in and out so fast - and the price was a fraction of the cost. Completely disappointed with Buckhead Tire; what a bunch of clowns who work there. More importantly, they can be a huge liability. DONT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH BUCKHEAD TIRE & AUTO REPAIR.
I am traveling to Atlanta to visit my friend. My car was making noises when I used break. I visited this shop right at the door open and was told I need to replace rear break pads, rotors and calipers and break fluid was leaking. With costly labor, it would cost near $1000 and the shop could not guarantee to finish the job before I had to leave for a meeting. Luckily my friend recommended another place. I drove to the second shop with 20 minutes, spent less than an hour and 1/3 of the money to get rotors and break pads replaced before I had to head for the meeting. In the second place, I was told calipers just needed minor adjustment, break area was dry and there was no break fluid leaking. People in this shop are nice so I gave two stars but I don't understand what had been going on in this shop. I was disappointed.
Great job on my breaks and my oil change!
First rate operation.......Fast, dependable, reasonable and stand behind their work. Excellent customer service. Nice and helpful group of guys.
We took in our vehicle with engine light on. They ran a diagnostic. We spent $1200 on a simple repair of coils and shocks. Drove away in our vehicle with engine light still on and running rough. We took it back. They looked back over diagnostic and declared we needed yet another type of repair. So, we spent money on a repair we didn’t need and they assumed zero responsibility. Also, most mechanics and dealerships will waive the diagnostic fee if you agree to the repair in house. This mechanic shop did not do that or offer to do that. As a matter of fact, they did not offer to compensate at all for their error in reading the diagnostic. Unfortunately, there are unethical auto mechanics-so be cautious.
Service completed efficiently and as expected. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
Me and my wife have been coming here for years. It's hard to find a place you trust, and we have so no plans of going elsewhere!
Highly reccomend. These guys know what they're doing and I appreciate that they talk you through the process so that you fully understand what is being done to your vehicle.
Quick and super friendly. They ensured that they explained exactly what needed to be done and why. They took me into the shop and showed me on my car what was wrong. I will def be back if I need any work done on my car!
Our Toyota Sienna minivan is 9 years old but doing fine because of the great care it gets at Buckhead Firestone. Regular oil changes, tires / brakes and other incidental repairs are all done here.
Great place to have your car or truck worked on try them out great price on tires
Took car in for a simple alignment and had to go back the same day because it was pulling to one side and the steering wheel was not straight. When I got back they tried to tell me I needed to replace my already new struts because they don't know how to perform an alignment on vehicles properly. Each person I encountered had a "I know more than you" mentality. They didn't because they would've seen the struts on the vehicle were new all around. I get in my car the next day to find my seat trim is broken and it definitely wasn't like that before they touched my car. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location for any service. I suggest those considering this place look elsewhere also.
Great service, great people, dependable work.
Great service...as a college student it's hard to know who you can trust with your car because you never want to be ripped off. It's also another thing when you don't know much about cars. I had been driving my car one day and noticed a noise coming from it, so I brought it in. They were patient with me and explained the problem in full detail. I came back the next day with my problem resolved and a little more knowledge about my car. I appreciate the help!
Goodyear Buckhead is a great dealership Alternative for our Audi Q7. We always get our oil changes there and just recently gave us a great deal on an odd size tires (21”) on our SUV. We had new brakes put on at same time too, and price was nearly half price of the dealer quote. Management staff is extremely friendly and always explains in detail exactly what we need done to the car. Great Trustworthy spot in Buckhead!
Exceptional and professional service always! Would highly recommend. Have all our cars serviced there.
Told me they could do a repair right away, 8 min later I arrived only to be told 2 hr wait. Don't lie to get customers to come in. Horrible business practice. Then the guy on phone told me a bunch of people came in right before I got there. Another lie. If they lie about this be sure they will lie about your repairs.
Very professional! Always polite and quick service!
Very helpful and friendly service. Passing through Atlanta and they were great in helping us with a small problem. Highly recommended.
Best place to take your vehicles for tire and basic repairs in Atlanta, in my professional opinion. Richard behind the counter will make you laugh, Joe and gang will fix your car right, and you'll shake Paul's (owner) hand as you leave, happy about the situation.
I was running late for work and needed a quick oil change. Matt got me right in and out. Great service!
Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer experience. Fast and efficient, same day service.
I had a great first time experience with Buckhead Tire this weekend. I contacted them via google message on Sunday asking for instructions on leaving my car overnight with a bum tire so it could be near the top of the “queue” come Monday morning. I wasn’t expecting a response back but they messaged me a reply in a matter of 5-10 minutes and I dropped it off Sunday evening. I got a call first thing Monday and my vehicle was ready to roll in a few hours. They were honest about the nature of the repair (small screw that was plugged/patches) and were extremely nice. After a few unpleasant experiences at my local Goodyear I’ll be taking my car to them from here on out.
Wonderfully fast and friendly service! My car was fixed in less than 1 day even though they had to order a part!
Great service. Fast and friendly
Cole is always so sweet and helpful. Paul (the owner) is always in hand and cares about his customers!!
Richard Kiker the service advisor I spoke with was exceedingly professional polite and efficient and i had an oil change new wiper blades and air filter. Was in and out in more time and highly recommend the shop!
Great customer service!
Recently got a tire from this place in right off the bat they started up charging me for the tire to get it done “today” but if I wait till tommorow there won’t be a fee, now it turns 7pm and they closed with my car still there and not a call back or anything. I’m a ER nurse and now have to uber Home because they said they will be done by a certain time and never finished or called back. They also charged me extra just to get it done same day, dropped it off at 1. For 1 Tire replacement. Horrible customer service and not a care in the world for others
Overall wonderful experience!! My service advisor was professional, curtious and knowledgeable. They were thorough and friendly from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Buckhead Tire!
Great service. In and out quickly on a weekend! Thanks to Richard.
Fast and Friendly Service! I came in and needed a flat repaired and potentially replaced about an hour before they were going to close. Tammy assured me that they would take care of the problem. Before I knew it, the issue was resolved!
Always courtesy staff, excellent service
Extremely helpful and fast!!
Quick, friendly service! Being a new customer, the mechanic explained every step of the process and made sure I was involved during every decision. I've never felt more at ease, reassured and confident within 15 minutes time. Definitely recommend!
Always a pleasure with the staff!
The customer service was on point, and they rectified a not-so-great situation. I oversee customer relations for a large company, and how they handled my issue speaks volumes about a business.
I get everything done here. Great people, great service!
Seriously didn't even get passed calling the shop because whoever picked up just kept interrupting me. He just kept saying he wouldn't know what's wrong with the car until he looked under the hood . . . Duh. Maybe give me a chance to speak before you keep interrupting me.
Alvin and the crew are the best !!! My daughter lives about 1/2 mile away and had a dead battery early one morning. They came to her apartment, changed out the battery and had her on her way to work in less than an hour from when she called the store. The only charge was for the battery. No hidden charges.
Richard was extremely helpful & honest !! My 4th experience here and is always a blessing and truthful... I own 3 vehicles and all 3 have been serviced here .... Keep up the wonderful experiences !!!!
The guys at this shop are very friendly and quick! I came here after Firestone told me I needed about $1k worth of repairs when I asked them to check my squeaking brakes. The guys at Buckhead Tire fixed my brakes in one hour for $200! There is also a Panera just a five minute walk from the shop, so I was able to get work done while I waited. Great experience!
Came to this place for an oil change, they broke my door. Then didn’t even have the decency to tell me. Had the nerve to drive the car around and not say a word. I pulled the door and it immediately came open. I thought it was odd. When I tried to close the door however, it wouldn’t shut. Needless to say, I was livid! They didn’t even fix it. Had to take it to the dealership and $100 later, it was fixed. Had to fix something that wasn’t even broken when I went in. Horrible experience.
Buyer beware! These guys told me one thing did another that added $130 to the bill. Second time I had this happen. Avoid at all costs! Too many other tire joints around to frequent one you know is shady!
Got stranded 150 miles from home in ATL on a business trip because of an issue with my tires. They took a look, got me a new tire and had me on the road again in under 2 hours for a much lower cost than expected. I even asked them if I needed a second new tire for the other side of the axle and instead of upselling me, they let me know why that wasn't necessary. I'm so glad I stopped here and not another local place. Richard was amazingly friendly and helpful, and showed genuine concern for my safety and that of another customer who left the shop while it was raining. If I were local, this would be my go-to place every time.
My experience at your Goodyear dealership was very enjoyable. The problem I thought I had, and would have cost me more money, was diagnosed differently and the job done efficiently. I will recommend this dealership in the future to my friends and will return when needed.
Always a positive experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Been going there for many years.
!!! DO NOT VISIT !!! First I ask for quotation via mail from their website & Waited for more then 2 weeks, No reply !!! Then tried to call them many times after 3 time finally got someone on call & Got quote & booked an appointment, When I reach there driving 20mins price were way far changed, I also changed my mind & Asked them to do tire rotation only instead of full service they said rotation will take around 2hrs Which pieced me off, Left from there & Found another they did the same thing just in 15mins in front of me...
Normally a great place but the last two trips have been less than stellar, just ran out of wiper fluid 3 days after having oil changed?
Joe did a great job! Outstanding service, would recommend everyone to come here.
Top notch customer orientation at the front of the house. Reliable repair and service in the shop. They always set expectations on price and timing up front.
I had a great experience. I went to them bc of their online rating of 4.4. I needed new front brakes and an oil change. Richard was very friendly and informative. There were no surprises or hidden fees, I paid exactly what I was quoted. The owner, Paul, is committed to customer service, and as someone whose worked in customer service for over 30 yrs, it’s very much appreciated. Even though I had a minor issue with the new brakes, they repaired it immediately and with a professional attitude, and Paul stands by his mechanics work. He assured me that if I needed anything, it would be taken care of. What more could one ask for. Thanx Gentlemen.
This is the absolute worst auto shop I have been to. I was a loyal customer for over 2 years, and while I always thought I was getting the run around when there was a "new" issues they found every time when I took it in, the staff was friendly and I trusted them against my better judgement. I could not have been more wrong, Alvin and team are scam artists. When I spent over $3k on service one day, I got in my car to find out my A/C was having issues. When I finally had the time to take my car back a week later and explain they must have messed something up while performing other service, they informed me they wanted to bill me another $400+ to fix the issue that THEY BROKE. Stay away at all costs! They draw you in with their friendliness to only tighten the screw on you when they finally can and extort as much possible money out of you as possible.
Good friendly service, wait times can be longer than average, but they always get the job done.
They were nice and knowledgeable, I just have one complaint. They charged me $100 to check and see why my engine light was on. I didn't know this at the time, but pretty much every other place does this for FREE. DO NOT get your engine light checked here, take your car somewhere else where they will do it for free.
Friendly, customer focused and competent service.
I made an appointment here to get an oil change, it was very fast and easy. The people who work here are very friendly. This was also all at a great price! I will only come here to get my car worked on. Overall an extraordinary experience!
Excellent customer service by far.
Have had tires replaced here in the past along with some other minor maintenance service. The people are friendly and willing to answer your questions. It's a convenient location for me
I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT go here for anything besides an oil change. Took the Corolla in on a Saturday because the a/c wasn't working; I received a quote for $1300 and "probably 8.5 hours of work, we're closed on Sunday so it will probably be completed end of day Monday, but definitely by Tuesday". Tuesday afternoon rolls around and I call the shop. "Sorry it's actually going to be Wednesday but it will definitely be finished then." -->Frustrating, but ok fine. They mentioned the entire dash had to come out to get access. 4pm Wednesday I get a call "I'm really sorry to say this, but it won't be done today either. If you can get here before we close though we can give you a rental car." -->So at this point I'm very irritated with the run-around on when this will actually be completed and I ask to receive a discount instead of a rental. I'm told he'll speak to PAUL and get back to me. 5:30pm Wednesday I get a call saying "PAUL said there is a $50 coupon online that we can add on for you" -->Yes. I am very aware. I brought up that coupon when I dropped the car off AND it's available to anyone. PAUL did nothing for me, PAUL suggested I get a discount I was already going to get anyway. I spent about 10 minutes discussing the value of creating repeat customers (I have a jeep that needs new tires too!) and how just offering me something more to make me feel better about them promising me 8 hours then taking 4 days can go a long way. He spoke to PAUL again. PAUL did not care. (The theme here is PAUL doesn't care about customers.) Thursday 5pm I get my car back. I run the a/c, it's cold. Great! They didn't add on my coupon and I had to bring that up myself, but at least I got my car back. WRONG. When I put the car in reverse with the a/c on you can hear a very loud rattle. I call them up Friday morning and drop off the car AGAIN, and take their loaner car. Picked up the car again Friday night then was out of town all weekend. Sunday night I get in that car to grab dinner and guess what? RATTLE AGAIN. I take it back for the THIRD TIME on Monday and again take the loaner. FINALLY, end of day Monday my car is back and no longer rattles. All supposedly due to "A subjective amount of insulation you can add around the compressor". For those of you keeping score, I was promised 8.5hours, and it took 9 days, 3 trips, and 0 coupons. The entire time I dealt with Richard, HE was great. Richard truly understands the value of a customer and did a great job. The way he remembers names and interacts with the other customers was great. Unfortunately Richard does not own the shop. I am new to Atlanta and have no loyalties to any auto shop yet. This was my test run of "well if they fix the a/c in the corolla, I'll spend $1000 on tires for my jeep". NOPE. I hope you understand the value of repeat customers PAUL. If you had said "well the price of a rental is normally $30/day and we had your car 4 days too long, so let me knock $120 off" then you'd be doing my tires as well and getting another grand out of me. Now, I will never go to your shop again and certainly will not recommend it. OH...and my car was covered in dust with soda can rings on trunk and the cup holders and mats were full of dirt. Worst experience possible.
Great experience with the team at Buckhead Tire. They were able to see me without an appointment, fixed my tire without issue and let me know of upcoming maintenance needed without being pushy.
They consistently have good car repairs and checkups done for my car. Very good customer service. Technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone.
Super service always! I have been going to this shop for years. Always very happy with their work and services.
Great service with my brake replacement!
WORST EXPERIENCE! I would not recommend this place. My car AC recently broke and I brought it in to get checked. I was told that I was going to need a whole new AC Compressor and would cost around $1,900. I decided to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did. Turns out I only needed to get the AC recharged and cost only $150. My AC is working fine now. Not a trustworthy place and I will not be going back to them again for anything!
Fast, friendly service with tire repair. Plan on using them again to get new tires in the near future. Will update when it is finished!
Great place! Very trustworthy people. Guys at the front desk are amazing and Don the service manager made sure i was taken care of. Got some work done and these guys took the time to take me to my car and show me the problems and showed me my old parts after completion. Definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for a home shop to take all your cars to.
Very nice people, clean in the inside just slow service. It took an hour and twenty minutes for an oil change with an appointment and I was the first customer when they opened at 8am.
Great service - first time here for a simple oil change in the morning before work. I worked using their speedy wifi and chair/desk during the 45min service, as promised. Richard took really good care of me - great guy who made me laugh and leave with a feel good smile.
These guys are great. I recently moved to Acworth and me and my car are miserable. I've had a hard time finding a shop that's worth the trouble. Maybe I've just been spoiled over the years from these guys. I never had any problems as long as I've been going there. I've decided that as long as my car is drivable, I will take the time to drive it to Buckhead.
Don’t trust them! Just left after sitting for 3.5 hrs (on est. 2 hr wait). If they tell you that they’ll rotate/balance the tires, don’t believe them. I checked my tires before and after..they did not rotate yet they claimed they did. Poor front end service when I asked them about this. Don’t trust them! ...I now question if you even did the oil change.
I highly reccomend this location. They are very professional, trustworthy and tell you exactly what you need without any of the sneaky addons. Richard is very courteous, and friendly, I couldn't ask for a better experience, and the prices cant beat be beat considering the level of service that you recieve.
My girlfriend needed 2 tires for an old car she'd only be keeping for a few weeks so we asked for the least expensive option. They actually added in a $15 dollar charge to fill the tires on our 11 year old beater car with Nitrogen. Fortunately, I caught the scam and had them take it off the bill and fill the tires with air. Beware of this shop and always look over the bill carefully for junk fees and unnecessary add-ons like this.
They are the most professional group I have dealt with. Fast and very communicative! Highly recommend.
Great service.... always very good at explain do what they are doing, setting proper expectations on how long it will take and the job always seems to come in much lower than I would have guessed. Great company to do business with! You can be sure I’ll do all my car and tire with here from now on
Best guys in the area, quick and fast service.
My vehicle was low on oil and I stopped in to purchase a couple of quarts of synthetic oil. Paul , the owner, suggested that I let them add oil from their bay since it is much less expensive. They drove my car in, added the oil needed and I was back on the road in no time. They are awesome!
These guys are super professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable when I walked in, and they did an excellent job on my vehicle.
Great as usual
Good service at a reasonable price, especially for basic repairs. Get a second opinion for any large issues they bring up though.
Like an oasis in the desert, Buckhead tire and auto helped us get through a dire situation as we traveled from Texas to Maryland. The staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and quickly attended to our vehicle needs. By the time our truck was complete with a new set of tires, we knew the staff by first name, and had a great recomendation on lunch. This is definitely a first rate business, and a great representation of the Goodyear reputation...!
Great service and super quick
This place was awesome. The people were friendly, the place was clean and the service was very fast.
The staff and services are exceptional. I have never been to an auto repair shop, in Buckhead, that is reasonable and honest.
Professional and efficient, but they tried to turn a $300 job into a $900 job. Watch out for all of those add ons - some of them aren't "regular maintenance" - like "fuel injector cleaning". If you google this then it's a controversial topic. Usually a $7 bottle of injector cleaner will have the same results as the $150 service. Do your research before committing to a add-on.
I waited 3 hours to get an oil change and I had an appointment. Appt was at 10:30, I finally got out of there at 1:30.
I took a vehicle in for a tire repair. They repaired the leak. Later that night I get on the interstate and notice a bad vibration in the tire they repaired. I stop and look at the tire and it did not have any tire weights on it to balance the tire. I took it back several days later and was charged again for what should have been fixed that day. This place is nothing more than a slimy rip-off scheme. I can honestly say that I will NEVER be going back there for anything. I hope they enjoyed the money they stole.
took my car there because it had an oil leak. Took it to another shop prior to going here, already had a diagnostic completed but did not tell them. Good Year said the leak was coming from a different source, i paid them to fix it, said it was fixed. After no time at all the oil leak came back. Took the car back and now they say the leak is coming from somewhere else, of course. That somewhere else is where the first shop had told me the leak was coming from. So they miss diagnosed my car and know want 550.00 on top of the 250.00 i already spent. Leaks on a K series Honda engine are very common and usually come from a couple of spots were they use rubber o-rings on the VTEC , and oil always come from the top down, so the leak should have not been hard to find, also the fact that this is a very common engine in many models. I took a second vehicle, my truck, there prior to taking this car there and they did a very unprofessional job on it also, it is starting to appear to me this is common at this location, and when i confronted the store manager Steve,(about the truck) he flat out lied about the work instead of owning up. They eventually owned up to it but i had to argue with the manager. What did they do? i asked that all belts be changed, there is 3, they only changed 2. I asked for the cooling hoses to be changed there is 3, they only changed 2. Thermostat was changed but is know throwing a P0128 code, have not bothered to address this as i am tired of bring my cars back to this place. The other 2 items the manager Steve said they did replace them, drove the car for a while as i am naive, then, AC belt started to slip upon closer inspection the belt was not in the same condition as the others. They replaced it. Drove car for awhile. Then i got suspicious and checked the the hoses and could tell by the thickness and the original clamps it to had not been replaced (just so know there is no way to miss this part as you have to take it off to put the new thermostat in, so the mechanic put a 16 yr old hose back on the truck. Brought my truck back and had the hose replaced. Also the splash guard clips for the wheel well are missing, apparently they don't think your wheel well needs a splash guard. All and all careless and unprofessional workmanship. Not once but twice, if you need any thing other than a oil, change or tires go somewhere else.
Took my truck in with a flat tire while driving on the spare and dropped it off around lunch time. Came back after work and they said it was a valve issue that they fixed and they had put the tire back on and properly put back the spare tire and even the roadside tool kit and charged me $0 for the whole thing. Truly do not find businesses that are this generous anymore. 10/10 would recommend!
Less than a hour before they were planning to close on Christmas Eve, I called Goodyear of Buckhead and told them I had a screw in my tire. They were fantastic and had me back on the road in a just a few minutes!
Best Auto Shop Ever! The people are so friendly and the service is amazing! Keep it up y'all!
This is the best tire shop you'll find in the state of Georgia. These guys were way more affordable to help me fix my flat than any other tire shop on Roswell road and they are really nice to deal with. They took care of my car promptly and when I had to come back because of some loose break pad issue, they tightened it up without charge. Honestly love coming to them and will drive out of my way to see them.
Buckhead Goodyear does all of my car service since there is no dealership for my Isuzu Trooper. They are courteous, the mechanics do an excellent job, and I buy Goodyear tires only. I can count on them year after year & highly recommend them.
You're looking at the best garage in Buckhead. Just returned from getting my tires replaced here. I was on the way to another garage but the person that booked me in there was so disinterested that as I drove past here I thought I'd spin around and give them a go. No regrets, phenomenal service, the manager took time to get to know me and the car and really explain what they were going to do while making recommendations such as filling the tires with Nitrogen. An obvious upsell for them but I went for it on the basis of the service and the explanation. Spoke to another guy there who was equally helpful. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.
This Good year you can trust. I had a great experience. I've been to a few other places in the area that haven't been professional. They did the job well and quickly. They didn't try to sell me on something they couldn't do properly.
They cut corners that can put you in danger. I somehow always have *new* costly car problems after they *worked* on my car.
These guys are incredibly trustworthy, honest, hardworking repairmen! I took my 2003 Murano into them and I spent a pretty penny, nothing like I would at the dealership, and my car is running like brand new and will last me 5 more years. They explained every problem to me, showed me the issues, and we discussed the plan to revive my car. They worked on it for 4 days and I could not be more happy. I also stop in for the occassional oil change or tiny problems and those are also a breeze. THANKS GUYS! You saved my car!
Great service. They just forgot to check undercarriage for knocking noise while doing tire rotation. But i asked about it they gladly obliged to. Take for a test drive with master tech and then gave me future reasonable work order i will need to save up for! shocks. For stability is next on my agenda .thank alot guys, for quick appt and service .
Very kind and responsive! Clean waiting room. Appreciate their interest in doing the best job possible! Will definitely use again.
