I have bought tires from this company and have found it to be nothing but a hassle to get your casing credit. I am posting this now because I purchased tires several months ago (at least 6) from them and to this day they have not given me back the $500 casing credit, they get their money before you leave and then jack you around about giving you yours. I have called numerous times but the salesman retired and I dealt with another one sent him all the invoices and heard nothing. I talked to him again he said he gave it all to the front office and they were going to take care of it. To this day still no answer so I will now take all my Tire purchases to ACTION TIRE they will give you your casing credit when you pay prior to leaving. At this point I don't care about the money it's the principle so if this stops one person from being taken advantage of it's all worth it.

They laid the rims down on concrete and scratched the chrome all up. Almost lost the cap because it was put on half way. And it was filthy when returned. Both steertires! Not very professional, especially after waiting 5 hours.

I called to find out how much it would be to get some tires for my semi (very specific about which ones, as well). They gave me a decent price. So a few days later I was about to go down to get them, and called just to make sure they had them in stock. They did, only now they bumped the price up several hundred per tire. Well, glad I called that second time, as I live a few hours from this location, and was willing to come down just for the good price. Went to a local Love's travel stop instead. Was able to get them for about $30 more per tire then the first time that I talked to this company. But saved on time and fuel. And Love's at least didn't go back on their word.
