I came from a cruise at Port Everglades to find my car with a flat in the parking, we change to spare and drove to Firestone on 84 (being that in my town, Orlando, they have great service)...but was treated horrible at Firestone down the road (you can read my review of firestone), I came to OK tires, they were AMAZING! greeted us with a smile, fixed our tire, and even when above and beyond to add air to all the other tires without us asking, and attached our spare under the car, without us asking either. Fast, friendly service.

They do not deserve a rating at all! I took my car in at 7:45 am for my ac and a lead of coolant. I heard nothing so I called at ten and Scott said they were just going to bring it in. I heard nothing so I called again at noon. Scott said he didn't know how far they would get into the problem but it was low on coolant and that he would have an estimate for me when I picked it up. I went to get it at 2:00 and it had never been moved from where I parked it! No estimate, nothing after 6 hours. It is in the high 90s and I still do not have ac. It is a hardship alone just getting there and back but to have NOTHING done is ridiculous! I will tell everyone I know not to use this shop!

Great experience this morning at OK Tire! Scott was honest and let me know he could repair my tire when he could have easily sold me a new tire at over $500. Will definitely be referring friends and family to this business thanks to their integrity and quality work! (Tire was fixed perfectly in 15 minutes too!)

I had my truck worked on before I drove it to Detroit from Fort Lauderdale and I asked them to check everything when I say everything I asked them to check all fluids, air filter, spark plugs and also asked them to make sure nothing is wrong with rear end and that the gear oil is where it should be and they told me everything is where it should be and I am safe to drive to Detroit. Mean while I picked up my truck from having them fix the wheel bearings and oil change and other stuff and Scott Assures me everything is where it should be and made it clear to me that my truck was safe to drive to Detroit and I asked about the rear end and he said that it was safe to drive and they checked it... so I went home and in my drive way it starts leaking oil everywhere I call Scott and they tell me that they had so many cars to fix that the mechanic was in a hurry and stripped the drain plug and they couldn't fix it tell they get time which could be a day or more. So I trusted this company to fix my vehicle and to make sure it was safe to drive then I ended up on the side of the road because my wheel bearing went out and having to get a tow truck and rental vehicle to make it home now my truck is in Akron Ohio because I trusted OK Tire to fix everything which they said they checked air filter which I ended up buying one in Savannah GA because they never even looked at it because it still had the original one in it when I bought the truck.

I've just spent a bit of time reading past reviews and Ralph L really sums it up. The old days are over! I've known this guy over 30 years and today he looked me in the eye and said he'll pass on the job. He started researching four working days ago. The part is 3 days out i'm told on monday . he gets the part on wed and KNOWS its not right.(I'm hoping to get it done wed.} no call So thus. am I call and of coarse now I'm at the back of the line and he tells me to come in at 11;30. This job is a gear shifter problem on a Ford truck that he Scotty, told me he new VERY well and had done it before. I get there at 11:30 sharp and he picks up a box ,pull out the wrong part that even I knew... Upon seeing my reaction he said he'll pass on the job. I'M flabbergasted.So unprofessional I've got a vehicle I limped to him and he's telling me to !!!! off. Well pal ,,, never took you as a bridge burner . Bob Moore

The MOST HONEST shop in Town!! My Jeep had a slow leak in the rear tire and I pulled in and got a price for a new one. He ordered it but when they pulled off the original tire they called me and said that the tire was good and just needed a interior patch. Saved over $200. BIG THANKS to OK Tire. True Pros!!

My favorite shop for quick service. Patches and plugs, done cheerfully and fast, fair prices. They are almost always busy; while I haven't bought tires here, many folks do. They manage to hold on to competent shop staff, also; their experience makes difficult problems simple.

To bad i cant give a 0 star. Horrible place would never recommend anybody to go there. Went for a patch, and they messed up my 1,500$ rim and tire set up gouged the lip all the way around and put 3holes in my tire. Ask the owner what we can do about it and his responce back was im not buying a $850 rim take me to court. Plus still made me pay 40$ for a flat repair also.

Scott's Grehl sucks. I brought my tire in to have a nail removed and one of his new gang banger employee's gouged my factory truck wheel. Gone are the days of Wolf and Hector and polite courtesy service, now Scott is running the place into the ground and hired cheap incompetent staff who can't even fix a tire. I gave Scott an opportunity to fix the wheel and he got very defensive and assured me his new guys are the best, keep saying that to yourself Scott. He damaged my wheel further by polishing off the entire paint and clear. I then found a used factory wheel for $250.00, but Scott refuses to pay for it and told me in an email " A sign is posted on his door that says he is not responsible to damage to customers vehicles". Scott Grehl is a scumbag, liar and a coward. Stay away from his OK tire or risk having one of his punks damage your vehicle and then Scott tell you he isn't responsible. Spread the word and worn others.

Some people that rated OK Tires and talked bad about Scott. (You need help) You had to pissed him off some way. Well let me tell you one thing Scott he is very cool guy and helpful with the problem that I had with my truck and one other thing when I was there Scott was kind enough to help one of his customer that didn't have enough money to pay for the repair basically Scott took a loss for that day but it didn't faze him one bit. The customer was happy and that was awesome what Scott did.

Was just here at the ok tire shop about a month or so ago and the shop is very vclos by my house and convenient to get my car worked on I really appreciate the professionalism and quick response and seemingly honesty of worker's Glen and scitS always have been gentleman with me and I had my engine motor mounts put on and alignment and I was very impressed by the way I didn't have to wait overnight and I went home and I got the car within a few hours time and great priced I went back to ok tire on satuSatu and had Glen look at the car for me and I keft the and my car was running fine I started stalling out and I har to keep startibg the car just too drive back home once I was able to get back home I opened up my hood and I Saw that all the oil was gone all kver ghe engine and I noticed that he girgof to put the oil cap back and I filled with oil and! my car is still stalling

Scott at okay tires was recommended by Tony at TK automotive and I Was able to get in right away on a Saturday and replace two tires, excellent timely job I was there maybe 30 minutes, enabling me to get onto my next chore. I will definitely use OK tire again.

Must over watch or they will not do it correctly. Had TireRack ship rims and matching metal valve stems to OK Tire. I had to work. Sent a friend with shipping invoice and quote estimate. Explained all items on shipping invoice and instructed them to make sure OK Tire verifies everything came in and correct. I returned from work and rubber valve stems were installed. I asked why. They said they were not shipped. I asked why didn't they tell me? I was texting to friend the whole time they were at OK Tire. I had to make calls and coordinate actions to correct. I'm personally back at OK Tire, now. I brought the valve stems and instructed the tires have to be re-balanced, due to change in weight of metal valve stems. I should not have to tell tire guys that. I watched from the shop and the tech was about to put the first tire back on. I asked if he balanced it. He said in a condescending way as if I was stupid, "No." I told him the wheels need to be balanced. He got up in a huff and marched to the office. Pulled up the work ticket. Saw to be re-balanced. Threw the work ticket in the trash. Stood around for 10 minutes microwaved some food and ate before balancing the wheels. It's 10:30am. I Don't need this display of attitude when I'm back here on my time during a work day, for their mistake. I would NOT recommend OK Tire. Unless you know what they are supposed to be doing correctly and you can personally oversee them. Now the tec is stopping to talk to other techs and people pulling in. Taking as much time as he can. It worked. For a 30 minute job. Car in the shop from 9:55 to 11:25, 1 hour 30 minutes. Finished and didn't tell the office he was done. Started on another job. I had to tell the office and get my keys.

This is the worse shop ever. They have horrible customer service skills. They arare not making any money so if they break something on your car they will. Not take responsibility. They have been doing this to people for years. And Scott seems miserable and is ready whenever anyone has a complaint to argue that everyone is wrong except his business. I do not see this shop being open much longer. There are 2 other tire shops on that same street go there instead! The mechanics are Shade Tree. Scott is the nastiest person ever and the white lady in the office is just as nasty. I am contacting the attorney general and taking them to court!!!
