This is the best place to take your car in South Florida. They are honest and won't try to make up things that are wrong with you car when they aren't. Their pricing is always reasonable and usually a quick turnaround time. I moved to Palm Beach but always come back when I'm in town for an oil change. In Miami, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I was driving home from work and my car alerted me the tire was low. I googled the nearest tire shop to me and i called them as they were going to close in the next 3 mins. I asked them to please wait for me, and they did. They patched up my tire in no time and offered me a quote to replace my tire. Car issue not resolved after spending $800, & after being back three times the same problem continues...that was not the true issue for me though, what is making me take the time to type up this review is the owner's indignant attitude towards my 88 year old mother, his arrogance, intolerant and disrespectful attitude towards her, left her shaking. He not only raised his voice at her, but also hung up on her. In my book, customer Service is key for all businesses & to me respect, kindness, transparency towards the people that decide to bring their problem to any particular establishment so it can be solved. So, to top it all when I actually went to pick up the car and saw him face to face, he had a million excuses, and zero apology for his attitude towards her. This is where I draw the line. No solution + Horrible attitude = Bad review, and not ever setting foot in that place again. I do hope Mr. Alexander, humbles down, and takes a people/customer service skills class. Good news: You are not born with skills, they are learned ( you can YouTube it, buy books about it, sign up for a class)

I went in for an oil leak after I got it changed at another repair shop. Devonaire fixed the issue amid gold me exactly what it was. I don't know why I bothered going to a different service center. Lesson learned.

I don't understand all of the positive reviews for this place. Their service has drastically declined under the new ownership. I called today and asked if they could do an oil change. The guy said if you bring the car now it will be done by 4pm. I dropped off the car at 1:30 and returned at 3:50. They had not started yet. He said it will be the next car in the shop so I patiently waited in the lobby for 40 minutes (4:30pm). I come outside and they still haven't started yet. I looked around and they had 2 empty bays open. He told me that my car would be done soon and to please wait in lobby. I asked for a time estimate and he said another 45 min. Are you kidding me? It takes 10 min to do an oil change. I even brought them the oil & filter. His attitude the entire time was someone that didn't care, even as I walked out the door. What a shame after bringing my car here for past 10 years, this shop used to have great service.

AMAZING!! Best tire shop in Miami! The new owners are really doing a great job, they extended the works hours so that many working people like me can make it, and they also gave Devonaire a brand new fresh look in which I personally feel really good. The pricing is great (Ask for their coupons) and the people super kind and helpful. PS: They speak both languages English and Spanish! That way no one needs to struggle understanding each other.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who is also an auto mechanic but doesn't work there. He told me I could trust them. Well, he was right. I have had my 1999 Plymouth checked out by them every year, just to make sure it is ready for a long trip. This year they noticed my transmission was leaking and said they didn't do that type of work, but recommended a Transmission specialist. They said I also had to replace the air filter, but they didn't keep those in stock. So they suggested I go buy one at an automotive parts store and install it myself. So I bought one, but could not figure out how to install it. Frustrated, I took the car and the filter back to Devonaire this morning, and asked for help installing it. Andy was helping another customer, but as soon as he was done, he came over and presto, he installed that filter in no time, and at No Charge. I feel lucky to have found a team of mechanics I can trust, something I've missed since leaving my small hometown in Kansas.

Easily the best vehicle place I've ever used, across the three continents I've had occasion to need one. Helped us with a new tire when we had a puncture between Naples and Key West. Change the tyre within 10 minutes and had us on our way, at half the cost the same tyre cost us in Naples the week before.

Took my car got minor work done had to come back the same day after work cause my car was making a noise it was not making before they worked on it, some guy who was at the shop while other people were working on my car quickly jumps in and immediately starts making up 75 excuses on how it wasnt their fault, i mean this person made up everything, you came in because of the noise, which is a complete lie, i got tires balanced alignment and rear springs changed, then he said your muffler is lose, your shocks are bad, the springs are broken, which arent i mean damn!!! Then he starts talking about we didnt do this to your car we did that and thats when i said YOU didnt work on my car at all i dont know what you are talkin about thats when we decided to leave cause there is no use talking to an ignorant liar, also when we asked for a manager everybody left and went somewhere else like they didnt hear the question

I needed some major work done on my Lexus and again went to Devonaire Service & Tire. Antonio was very helpful by taking me into the bay and showing the problems with the car. I received a detailed estimate of labor and parts. The work was done within 1 day. My car was returned with absolutely no dirt on the inside or outside of the car. They were extremely clean when handling my car. The old parts were available for my viewing. They will also do a visual inspection of your car and detail concerns for upcoming maintenance. Relying on professionals to assist with my car maintenance, I would 100% trust their recommendations, pricing and technical work. They are very respectful and honest with their customers. Their website also has a few discount coupons for oil changes, tire rotation and tires.

HORRIBLE THIEFS. After taking my car to them and charging me $500 for the job and told that my car was running like new I pull off the lot and the same issue I took the car to them for persisted so I drove it right back to them within the hour, After hearing their speech about their integrity and customer service he tells me to bring the car back tomorrow because it's most likely another issue that they think it might be and it's going to be another $85 just for running the diagnostics. You didn't bring up this issue in your original diagnostics? Just another thieving mechanic ready to do half the job to steal the rest of your money. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but there.

Ladies and gentleman, I do not recommend this repair shop because they are overpriced; for example, they quoted me $20 to change an air filter...on a 4-cylinder Hyundai!! $20 is not even including the price of the air filter, just the TWO minutes of labor. In a couple of years, I don't see these guys in business. I guess this is the place to bring in junky Jeeps or old gas guzzlers.

I don't understand where these negative reviews are coming from. My mother and I have been customers for years. I own a 2006 Honda pilot and I will trust no one else to touch my SUV. I trust them and I believe their prices are fair. They are honest and get the job done in a timely manner. They always give me a written estimate prior to doing the job. It's a family owned business and even one of the sons works on the cars. They treat me and my mom like family. They also have a nice waiting area with a TV and are very accommodating. Take your car/SUV here and I guarantee you that you won't be sorry.

Got my car AC’s evaporator replaced here, which is a pretty big job that takes some time. They were very polite and replaced it quickly while sending me text messages with pictures of their progress, and for the best price in town. This is a hidden gem mechanic shop and I highly recommend it to everyone. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Used to be a regular customer. Till they started treating me poorly and overcharging on regular Maintnance. Very Unhappy with their service and Treatment. Brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 8am. Waited for them to open and dropped of my car. They told me no more than hour. By 12 I call since it's been a while and they tell me sorry forgot about your car we pushed it off. Gives us 45 mins. Another 2 hours go by and they tell me 30 more mins. HOW LONG DOES AN OIL CHANGE TAKE. When I arrive. They decide to tell me the tire rotation is $20 DOLLARS!!! And not included in the regular oil change and filter service. $80 bill and all day wait. LAST TIME I WAIST MY TIME AND MONEY THERE!!!

Hace unos meses atrás, le compre 4 gomas nuevas a mi carro en este lugar, gaste $650 ahora me toca rotar las gomas de mi carro lo traje para que las rotaran, me dice el muchacho que atiende que me cobra $15 me parece bien, pero resulta la la herramienta de seguridad para sacar mis rines se perdió , entonces me quieren cobrar $25 dólares más para hacer la rotación de las gomas, $40 por una rotación de gomas !!! They always take care of all my custom wheel applications and unconventional set ups with the utmost care and service. First took my 54 chevy on air-ride and they were meticulous to not damage the rockers on the lift. I've been coming here for years I've been bringing my wife and my children's car as well the place clean they have an area that's air conditioned to wait for the repairs if you don't want to pick up later. I've done it all with them tires oil change motor mounts and I like the fact that they give you an estimated time and it's usually right on the money the price is fair as I have over the years shopped around, I'm still with them for one reason it's a family owned business in they always make us feel like family.
