Usually my experience at BJ's (Conyers) is exceptionally good. My experience at the tire shop today changed my perception. Tire shop has horrible customer service. I went in for a rotation and balance and no one was around. I waited for approximately 10-15 minutes before calling the store for assistance. They attempted to find the employee but had no luck. Once the employee arrived he barely spoke and then took approximately 2 hours to complete the rotation and balance. I will add there were no other customers when I arrived.

Looks like a typical warehouse store upon entry and they have a lot of inventory. They also provide arrows to associate prices. The reason for three stars is that they have some coupons that dont have the associated product in stock (i.e. Men's Dove Lotion). It's also pretty empty in there. So plenty of room to explore and take your time making shopping decisions. Employees are polite enough and will help if you ask. Check out was easy enough, although their POS system has a bit more steps than most. For instance paying with a credit card, you have to remember to press the 'pay with credit/debit' option. Overall a good shopping experience.

I’ve been shopping at BJs for years since they opened in Palm Bay as they are much closer than Sams club. I shop there 2-3 times per month, sometimes stopping to pickup only one item. As a warehouse type store, I do expect s basic level of customer service and BJs has met that level. I’ve returned items and they gave me nonpronlrns; I have bought tires and was satisfied with the products; propane and they were ready and willing to serve when it was my turn. Several large furniture purchases over the years have lasted and are still in good shape. Overall store customer service has been good. Prices are great on some items; ok on others. Gas prices are the best in town.

Their produce isn't very good but their frozen food section is decent. Their electronics are a rip off, you are better off with amazon. Clothes are limited selection but great price if you find something that fits. Unbeatable for TP, Paper Towels, or other like products you can horde. overall, it is a mixed back. If you get what you need when there are coupons, it is outstanding. I save good money on the few things I buy here, but still go elsewhere for anything I don't want a 3 month supply of.

Just had terrible customer service at the customer service desk! After we spent over $600 in the store we were loading the car and I noticed the fire wood that we purchased had mold all over it! No big deal right? just bring it back in and exchange it. Well that’s what my husband did but when he explaind that he wanted to exchange the moldy word for some that doesn’t have mold on it. The woman preceded to insult him by saying “ is this just for your fire pit? you know they don’t send the wood somewhere to make it look pretty!” Are you kidding me? All we wanted is fire wood without mold! No need to insult my husband! Needless to say we will never shop at that bjs club and i will honestly consider switching to sams. Completely unacceptable customer service!

This is a full service BJ’s Wholesale Club. There is a gas station, an auto/tire center, they have a bakery and deli. There are shoes, clothing, outdoor furniture, seasonal items along with all the other regular items that BJ’s carries. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. There is easy access to the store and plenty of parking. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.

This feels like what North Korea would build if you described a Costco to them. Many items were missing price tags. The price tags themselves were very confusing, including information that wasn't needed and not including helpful information. Additionally they all had an arrow pointing down, I get it, you put the tags on top of the items, if you do that for every single thing in the entire store do you really need to put the arrows on each tag? The selection was lacking, especially in fresh produce. We left with only a handful of things and later cancelled our membership.

The man in the front didn't speak he just looked at me on the way in. I spoke. But It was cool until check out.. 2 lines open 1 line just closed.. NO CUSTOMERS in 2 lines. So I thinking of just going to the first one. Mind you I have 8 cases of water on a pallet and 3 small items and I'm 4foot 10 inches tall, so you know how hurt I'm feeling by just pulling the dang flat bed?! So as I'm approaching check out I turn my heavy flat bed towards check out around a shelf in the middle of the floor I couldn't see the other side, fyi there is an employee walking My direction and get this a cart on the other side of the shelf and get this too.... he didn't even warn me or try to get it out the way.. so i slowed my flatbed down backed it up and turned the other way... so i see 3 young ladies at three registers . 1 just finishing up her last customer and her light was out.. so of course she is closed. The lady on her left was there talking with her and the customer so since she was closest and since my load was heavy I went to her line... As i approach she glances at me and walks away. Then she grabs paper towels some spray and looks at me again. I'm in her lane and she still doesn't say NOT 1 WORD TO ME. I'm chillin because I work in retail and I actually like it and I actually like to see others do it and do it well or right but I also like to see the bad and learn what not to do and give my feed back with surveys and things like this Google place thing. But I'm venting because not only was I tired from work I had all those waters. Anyway the other young lady was on the right she looks at me and notices I'm looking at the young lady behind her who's register I was at. I see her look at me as well then looks back at the girl and she stated I can come to her line. SO I PULLED MY CART AGAIN PUSHED IT AGAIN IN ANOTHER LINE!!!! She was great though told me the took coupons. When I left the man at the door didn't say a word to me again but he was taking to this elderly couple when I was approaching.. Idk.. only good interaction was with my check out lady. #364306

Unfortunately I'm writing now because of a very bad experience. We have been customers of the Palm Bay store since it's opening. We were happy because we always had to go to Merritt Island before that. Today we were shopping for some rubberized mulch and found the shelf and display was empty, but there was a flat bed cart with about 15 bags between the supervisors desk and where the mulch was displayed. We did our due diligence to find out weather it belonged to someone or they were removing it to setup another display. The girl at the supervisors desk made inquiries on her walkie-talkie and no one took ownership. We took 3 bags and continued with our shopping. A short time later a cashier finds us and says those were being held for someone else, of course she didn't apologize for her ineptitude for not following up and putting a hold paper on the item or moving it between cashiers aisle like its customary and which I have seen and done myself. So as far as I was concerned they were not bought and still for sale and in my possession and I had already done my due diligence. The manager was called who was Alicia who we have known for a while and acted as if I was a stranger and offered no concession whatsoever for having to return the mulch. I being the manager would have let me have the three bags and given the other customers three bags for free. A manager is suppose to try and bring a happy ending to all parties concerned, she did nothing of the sort. I vow not to step foot in that store again. My contribution to your bottom line may not be significant but by no means is it paltry thru May of this year already payed $4543.92 on my Bj's credit card and last year the amount was $7302.76. By the way there are 82 bags in Merritt Island but your policy of not moving from store to store doesn't help the manager which in special circumstances should be allowed. Come on COSTCO

Just left over $500 worth of items on the conveyor belt because of the lack of empathy from management (Alicia). After spending an hour and dragging my 4 and 7 year old with me, I got to the register and realized I did not have my card. When Alicia looked it up they said it was expired. I just got a coupon in the mail for renewal and asked if they could honor it. They offered to ring up everything with a 20% surcharge and come back later to do the membership. The manager would not budge on it so I said I was not going to spend an extra $100 on my order. I called the corporate office and found out I have a 15 day grace period and the manager should have honored it. The corporate office provided me with a 3 month extension and a $25 gift card. Called the manager back to see if I could get the order back together and she hung up. No empathy here. Maybe it's time to review how BJs treats members especially in this low volume store. I went to Sam's and had a great experience. BJs was empty... Sam's was busy... I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. At BJs the door person is just leaning against the wall talking with another employee. Sam's had multiple registers open as the volume was a lot more, but there was only 1 line and 4 employees huddled around a desk in the cashier area. I give it 2 stars based on my cumulative visits.

I love the fact that it is closer to us than Sam's but it is a pain to find someone to help you. I've never had a bad experience necessarily. It's just they are painfully understaffed. I tried to place an order for the cake today. We waited for 20 mins. The polite gentleman in the deli paged someone several times. I ended up filling the form out and he took it. I tried to call back to see if anyone was in the bakery to ensure they got it. Surprise, no one answered. I guess I will go to Wal-Mart and order a cake. I can however say, Julie in optical is AMAZING!!! She is always super helpful and sweet!

Awesome trip! I had tons of store coupons and saved a great deal over grocery store prices even Walmart pricing! I had 3 huge full carts after checking out & they had no problems locating someone to help me get it all to the car & help load it all up as well. Everyone was very friendly and I even enjoyed multiple samples along the way. Have been shopping here for decades now & rarely ever need to go to the grocery store. Plus I earn cash & get lower gas prices than anywhere else. Can't beat it! I highly recommend it!

In some ways, you can save a lot of money by buying a BJ's membership. It works out for me because it's on my way to work, and I can get gas there for a couple cents less a gallon. You have to be proactive and get coupons for it to really pay off though. For much of the merchandise, you're better off buying generic at Walmart or the grocery store.

Not putting items on belt?! Why am I told not to put items on the belt but leaving them in the cart?! I have absolutely no control over prices this way and have no clue what the cashier is doing. My only explanation is that the person is too lazy to take stuff off the belt, through the scanner and into the cart. Is there something fishy going on here? Management must stop this!

Just called the tire center to get my snows put on. They can't fit me in, because I bought the tires somewhere else. Really. Been a BJs member for 15 years, but they'll treat me like a third rate nobody if I haven't given them all of my custom. Pretty typical for BJs. OK if they have what you want when you want it. Even giving this review one star makes me sick. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Palm Bay store! I do all my monthly shopping here and have never been treated so poorly! It seems like everyone is more worried about their lunch breaks than paying attention to what they are doing. The cashier just messed up my transaction costing me over $400 and customer service was NO help at all! Management NEVER came out of their comfortable glass box to assist but played phone tag between associates giving us nonsense excuses. The only solution they could offer was a half-assed suggestion to void my order and for me to wait 5-10 business days to get my refund. Gee thanks. So now my family of 5 has to wait 5-10 business days for their food. Obviously my business isn't important to you so I will gladly take it elsewhere.

I joined tonight but am quickly rethinking that decision and might cancel the membership and get a refund because of ONE specific employee named Marissa. She was the rudest most unfriendly person I have ever met. She acted like all customers were bothering her and totally forgot that the customers are the reason she is there and customers are what keeps the bills paid and the lights on. She throws products around and has no respect for BJ’s, their property or their customers. She will be the demise of this location and after being a member for 30 mins I am horrified by her attitude. I do not want to PAY for a year of having to deal with her rudeness. Marissa needs to be either fired or moved to another position that does not involve her dealing with the public. She would be great for trash duty or cleaning bathrooms. Not too much damage she could cause there. Thanks Marissa for ruining my first and probably LAST BJ’s experience.

Horrible customer service in tire center. They tell you to make an appointment for rotation and balance after purchasing tires but no one ever answers the phone to set appointment. I’ll spend a few dollars more and go to Glens tires for the customer service. In and out in an hour no appointment.

My family and I shop at BJ's often. Overall it's a great place, but I have 3 major concerns: 1. Pulling out of the parking lot onto Warren Ave can be treacherous. If there's one place that needs a traffic light, it's there. 2. I suggest they run the zamboni-like floor cleaner when there are no customers in the store. I've seen near misses and people slipping on the wet floors. 3. Expired meats should not be in the cases for people to buy. We just got back from a BJ's run and while there discovered numerous packages of meat that had expired over a week ago.

BJs is the warehouse store close to us. The gas prices are about 9¢ cheaper than the Seven-Eleven on that corner. Very good prices on wine with a large variety available. Organic foods are also available as are healthy choices such as salt-free and low-salt items.
