Not that great, they won't give you your free balance and rotation if they don't like the look of your car. If it's in alright condition and you just got it out of the shop they'll just claim liability because it doesnt look pretty.

The worst tire center I've ever been at. No one tends the register. Only one person changing tires on weekends. Complained to management, nothing changed. They double book appointments and don't call when tires arrive if you have to order them. Avoid at all costs. Go to a different BJ's. This one has extremely poor management

Thanks a lot to whoever was working Wednesday night. Needed a quick mount and balance because of a flat. Had the tire. Got turned away because closing in 30 minutes. All bays were empty. Could have helped me out.

Friendly staff when there is actually more than just 1 person doing everything. It happens to be a common occurrence in BJs tire centers. Be prepared to wait.
