Prices are a rip off. Very unprofessional starting with owner and staff. I got charged 140 for a used rim and 75 for a used steel rim. I asked for new rims did not get them. Dave the owner yelled at me on the phone and called me stupid. Went back to get the new steel rim and he yelled at me repeatedly all while he was getting into my face with his finger touching my face. I continually asked him to stop pointing his finger at me and he gets even louder and says that was his shop and to get out. Police are no help in Valparaiso - instead I get a trespass warrant. Never again will I go there. Even the staff cowardedly pretended not to see what was happening or even help. I had to give a 1 star rating because I can’t put anything less than that.

I have been taking my cars to A&W Firestone since we moved here in 1996. These guys take great care of me and my car. Honest and experienced, they consistently do an awesome job, even with my 2013 Prius.

I had my suv loaded up with 3 kids, a dog and luggage on my way out of town when my tire pressure light came on. There was a huge screw in my tire. I called Firestone and they said they could fix it on the spot. Carlos had to patch it instead of plug it b/c the hole was so large. He even showed me that I need a brake change soon. All of this while the kids and the dog were still in the car and the car was running. They were really fast, very nice, super helpful and inexpensive. I can’t thank them enough!!

I lived in Valp for years (moved a few years back), but still live nearby. I've taken my car to these folks several times for planned service for which I happily paid. But, where these guys really EXCEL in my book is the ol' beeper/flashing light "your tire is going flat" scenario. Today was either the 2nd or 3rd time over the last several years that this has happened to me, and as usual - they helped me out. Now, they've charged me something if they had to patch the tire or whatever. But, more often than not, they check for a leak & fill the tire(s) with air, and refuse any payment. That's what my dad used to call "good, old-fashioned honesty".

Picked up a nail while on a drive with my children. All other shops in Niceville were unable to get us in and the tire was going flat quickly. A&W employees were not only able, they cut lunch short and had us back on the road in no time! Sincerest Thanks!

Work at Eglin and have used A&W several times always contending with an extremely grouchy owner who absolutely does NOT appreciate customers CHOOSING him over his competition. Never again. The last two times I walked up to the counter upon arrival, he consciously ignored me for at least two minutes each time while continuing to type on his computer. One of those times both employees were sitting in the front idle with nothing to do; I would have been anxious to get them back to work even if I didn't give a crap about customer appreciation. Yesterday, I called ahead to verify they could get to my truck that evening. He confirmed they could; when I arrived shortly afterwards he rudely informed me they were very busy and could not guarantee anything. Furthermore, he acted like I was inconveniencing him by even bringing my truck in. Go somewhere else, where management realizes you have chosen to bring your business there!!!!!
