I left the place with mixed feelings. I came here because of the good reviews I have read. My front wheels were off balance and my steering wheel was wobbling every time I hit 70 mph. The guy who took care of my car was a real beginner. He was dropping everything on the floor, including the wheel and the bolts. He balanced my tires and managed somehow to mount them back on my car. As soon as I hit the highway my steering wheel was shaking twice as bad as before and now at 45 mph. I turned around and went straight to the office. I spoke with Mr. Rolon, who at first wanted to convince me that my (brand new) tires are too "aggressive" for my car. This wouldn't explain why the wobbling got worse, so I asked him to find another solution. At this point, him, together with the guy who balanced my tires figured out, that he has balanced my tires with the hub centric rings on. After another guy re-balanced my tires again, the wobbling stopped.

HORRIBLE COSTLY EXPERIENCE ~~~~ OWN A PREMIUM CAR OR SUV??? Then DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE!!! They will cost you a lot of money due to bad alignment rig and no concern when the issue is brought to their attention. I purchased $1500 in tires for my 08 X5 Sport 20" wheels. Left with a bad alignment, Notified them at 12 weeks that I had a weird sound and maybe vibration(im sure it took the 12 weeks with the bad alignment to show these symptoms). I brought it in and they balanced all 4 on my dime(no questions if it was their previous work), Tech noticed something out on the front right wheel(alignment). I mentioned to the so called service manager what the tech said and edwin(service manager) brushed it off saying "all those cars sit slanted like that" I found it odd,When I left and still heard/felt the issue I knew the damage was already done to the tire and by their passive approach I knew I was on my own. So 10,000 miles later I have witnessed the right front tire sounding awful and now a outer bald ring around it. Left is fine. I did call to confront the issue and was given no solution, Just excuses on top of excuses. ACE is 100% responsible for the damage to my tire and horrible ride for the last year. STAY AWAY, Plenty of other choices around....!

These people took me and my mom as a joke. Making fun of my moms name and the Estrada guy, you tell him what tire you desire and he puts the one he feels like putting for you. 1st and last time coming there. We wanted to just buy tires and take them home. The guy was already assuming his people were going to install it. Good tires, great service and low prices. Always call ahead to get prices and availability. The mounting/installation is a bit costly. So, I never get my tired installed there. I purchase them and take them to a local tire shop to be installed. Even so, due to the low price and quality of the tires, I never go anywhere else.

Want to start my review by saying that I only do reviews when its too bad or too good. In this case the service was amazing and I was impressed in how the waiting and shop area are very well maintained. First time using their services but be sure it will not be the last one, from now on all my vehicle matters will be done in Ace Tire. I was there trying to get a flat tire and even if I had to wait less than I wanted/expected my experience was great!!I Would like to give special mentioned to Edwin great service!! I would like to suggest two things: 1. Have a guy that assist with "big" "complicated" jobs but its immediately availablefor quick/easy fix like flat tires,air etc in that way a flat tire does not have to wait an hour to get done, because in reality the labor takes about 10 minutes 2. Install a water fountain or something where people can get water. I was there waiting for my tire to get fixed and had to buy a bottle of water. In the same topic, I understand that we all have those specials customers that come to see us all the time but if you have a room with 7 people waiting for their cars and only offer a bottle of water to 1 of them, how the rest would feel? If you put a water fountain that will solve the issue.

This place is pure garbage, I had a flat tire that needed repair and came here out of necessity since it was closest to me. First, I was told my flat tire could not be repaired because there was a "gash" which was a lie , I went outside and had the tech show me and he points at small strips of rubber I tried to glue on the tire to try to make it to the shop . I said that's not a gash, I put that there. Then he says okay I'll take care of it. Not only did these people try to scam me into buying a new tire , but they charged $25 for a flat tire repair which is a 1/3 of the tire's cost. Taking advantage of emergency situations, trying to scam, and then charging $25 for a flat tire is why no one should buy anything from these individuals.

I was recently in need of tire replacement, and not only did Ace Tire have the exact tires I was looking for (other places didn't), but they also discovered that my air filter was full dirt and didn't feel the need to charge me an exorbitant amount to replace it. The facilities were immaculate, they have lots of tools, and I could not ask for a more convivial atmosphere for new customers. If I need tires again, I will definitely be going to Ace.

Rudest customer service I've ever seen. While in line, the sales guy Rick called the customer he was attending "retarded" because he got the math wrong on his receipt and had given him $100 extra. My son went in because his "Check Engine" light came on. I''m very skeptical of mechanics in general and since my son is only 20, I felt he may be taken advantage of. He explained to me that his service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. A few months later, the same light came on and this time I wanted to get involved. Edwin was very professional and made me feel at ease. Made me feel like he cared and took care of our issue immediately.I would definitely recommend this location. I am not your typical 5 start reviewer, but this is definitely well deserved.

Two trips to get tires, balancing, and front end alignment when one trip should have done the job (like every other tire place). The second time in, (maybe because I’m a woman), Prince Mushroom Helmet spoke down to me in the most rude and condescending tone and manner making sure his personal point of view was to bash me in front of all the other customers, on how all cars pull to one side when you drive. (I’m guessing from his point of view, that all car front end alignments are a rip-off, unless you are a male gender). Thank you Captain Putz, for insuring I will never go to you or advise anyone to consider using any of your services in the future. Zero stars from me.

Took my vette in for brakes and suspension install; {shocks and sways, rotors, lines and pads}, had the parts delivered. Install was not an issue, with the possible exception that I could hear brake pad scraping for a few weeks under very low acceleration. Car was in the shop for 8 hours - I left it at 9 and picked it up at 5. They charged me 12 hours labor. You do the math. None of the parts have fallen off, but I won't be back.
