They replaced a tire for me, two days later a horrendous noise came from the area where they replaced the tire. I called for roadside assistance. The conclusion much to my horror was this establishment did not properly tighten the lug nuts and my tire was loose and close to coming off. When I was getting this tire replaced, as I paid for it I was informed the tire on the other side was the incorrect size. When I asked how could that be when they were the ones who installed it, nothing more was said. Exercise extreme caution should you select this establishment. Personally I will never return or recommend them

Rob at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating and the guys in the shop are always polite and respectful but more importantly honest about your vehicle and what it needs. Had my jeep looking sexy when I rolled out the lot. New 33's had her looking sweet. I had a noise that I was curious about when I came in and my U-Joints were on their last limb. The air conditioner in my 11 year old Honda Accord stopped working during the early July heat wave. The high estimate I received from a NJ auto shop for a/c repair, including necessity of a new compressor, had me decide a/c was something I really didn’t require. Then came another heat wave - ugh! A sign advertising a/c service at Ron’s caught my eye and I stopped for a second opinion. The difference in price was dramatic. Friendly, courtesy transportation was provided so I could wait in the convenience of my home where I was needed for some nursing care. The service was efficient and effective, and now the a/c is working fabulously. The choice to get a second opinion and go with Ron’s service feels wise in every way. They even switched up my license plates for me and installed my new Delaware temp license tag. I’m grateful for the excellent service I received.

Nothing discount about this place... the sign out front says used tires starting at $20... an i was charged $76 for a used tire ... so i was charged $56 for shop fees ... could have got a brand knew tire for just a few bucks more! An the manager an owner gave me a hard time when i question them about the pricing ... but the employees are helpful an good workers! Would never go there again an wont let anyone i known spend money there! Rather spend the money where they treat the customers with respect !

Ron's used to be a great place, thaywould have a line to get work done. The family that used to run it are never there and the personal running it now seem to like up charger and push unneeded work. Last few times there the service and counter personal have been misleading on repairs. I should know I was once also a mech. I would avoid this place.

We had a flat on our xdrive (all wheel drive) vehicle and I had been calling around because it is a very specific tire. I called Ron’s and they also gave additional information, not necessarily good. They had said that you need to be careful when replacing tires on vehicles like this and I may need to replace all four. They told me to stop by and they would measure. As luck has it I did not need all four tires. They ordered it and the tire was in there next morning. I received a call from them and they installed it shortly after. They could easily have said I needed four new tires which were very expensive. They were quick, courteous and professional. Plus they are a local shop not a chain.

My schedule is very busy so it took me a few days to write this. I must say... I've had different shops give me the run around so it can be very frustrating. Ron's discount tires is different. Women walk into shops and feel like they are going to be given the run around because they are women. Ron's made everything great. Felt very comfortable and they explain everything and give the pricing ahead of time. I'm on a tight budget so they are very flexible. Great work done and not overly expensive. It's nice to be able to take a breath and feel better. My car is my lifeline with work and I was so frustrated. Ron's made everything ok again. It's rare to find an honest shop that doesn't take advantage of women because they have no idea about cars (me) but this shop and the entire staff are very good. I can drive around now and if something goes wrong, I know I can trust Ron's to fix it right.

bad place to get used tires from thay over charge way to much for a used tire 60 to 65 dollars some of the tires thay bring out have nails i them some have been patched some have plugs in them the tread on them are not ok i refuse to come back to that place i take my car to earls tires thay are cheaper used tire only cost 45 dollars and u getting your money worth with over 50% of tread so if the tires are high and ripping u off i can only imagine how thay are ripping off the the customers getting done work on there cars

I highly recommend doing business with them, they typically have a jam packed schedule so make sure to call ahead of time. They are in high demand because when they service your car, they make sure to do it right. The one thing worth mentioning that others may not have done is that they can provided you service on just about any make and model. It doesn't matter if you have a rust bucket or you're driving around in a new luxury sedan. Be sure to call ahead to schedule your appointment because you could end up waiting a while on a walk in. I got a flat tire on 95 this morning on my way to work. I called Ron’s Discount Tires to see if I could drop my car off and have the tire replaced. They told me to come in and they would do it right away. Once I got there they discovered that they didn’t have the right size tire in stock. They ordered the tire and called me within 2 hours to come back. I got there, they put it on and I was on my way! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Ron’s Discount Tires!

My front breaks were grinding really bad. I called Ron's around 3p.m and asked if they could change them for me. They said no problem. Paid for an alignment that must not have been done. When I took it back to be redone they said I needed an axle. I asked why did you do the alignment then. He said you won’t have to pay for another when we do the axle. Would not refund for not doing the alignment. Be careful they seem to charge for services that aren’t need and haven’t been done. FYI I had my car checked and I never needed an axle I took the Honda in Princeton reliable service providers

Something was loose under my car. It was making the most annoying rattling sound every time I hit a bump. Talk about inconvenient. My brother reminded me of this place; in the area of our childhood. I called, 12:45pm on a Saturday. They were super friendly, helpful and told me to come on in. I had 2 little girls with me and they didn’t make us feel out of place at all. I was at the shop, and I had just hit a pothole on my way home from military Leave, I’m about 30 miles away from home and I stopped there to get some help so I can get my tire replaced or fixed. They offered me tires from the cheapest (which was very affordable) to the highest price and ordered it for me since they didnt have it in stock. Do not go here. Worst place to go. I took my vehicle to Ron’s Auto and tires to have a turn signal bulb fixed. They did not fix it properly, and I actually failed inspection due to the turn signal not working less than a week after the repair. They also did not stand behind their work and told me “there are two bulbs in there, could have been the other one” and “if it’s the one we fixed that blew out, we will look at it but bulbs blow out all the time”. That’s not professional service and I’m very dissatisfied.

I had a bubble appear on my front driver's side tire and was worried it could pop at any time. I stopped at Ron's on the way home from work on a Tuesday morning and they were able to take me right away. Their prices are very competitive and their service is excellent.
