It's always a pleasure dealing with Diamond State Tire & Auto. I've been going here for years. They are super friendly and do top notch work. I recommend them to anyone who is experiencing automotive issues. Most recently, I was having an issue with my gas cap. When I explained the problem to them, they simply walked out to the parking lot with me, and I watched as they fixed it in a manner of minutes. Oh yeah, and they didn’t charge me anything. I was very anxious about not having my car for work, but Diamond State Tire & Auto once again came through in the clutch. I was practically dancing with joy when I got home.

My dad insisted that I go here to get my new tires. I am glad he did, because they did a wonderful job. They didn’t try to do the normal mechanic...”everything is wrong with your car give us more money” bull that other places do to women. They were friendly and fast. I told them I was on my lunch break and they had the car done in time for me to get back to work. I will go again if I need anything in the future and I will pass the word along to family, friends, and coworkers.

Service was excellent. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Took it to the dealership to get it repaired, was told they couldn't find the problem. Saw the reviews for this place decided to try them out. Glad I did. In and out in about 30 minutes. Found the hole and they patched it right up. Thank you!

I purchased some used tires from them back in 2014 for my and another. We had issues with the tires. I went back twice since looking for tires for my work vans but didn't have any luck. They said they did not have any that fit my van.

We had tires put on our travel trailer yesterday. Awesome customer service and clean work. The gentlemen that installed the tires made sure not to over torque the lug-nuts and cleaned up the tires after installation. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough nice things about the repair on my trailer yesterday. Two flat tires and the repair shop was on location in what seemed like record time which is a wonderful thing when you're broken down on the side of the road. That mechanic was excellent his personality was wonderful and he did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Diamond state if you're driving a tractor trailer

Absolutely recommend this place 100%! They are super friendly, always open to your questions and NEVER hesitate to help! I called in last minute to get a new tire for my car, as my previous tire had popped and I was on a doughnut. The owner had me come in immediately even though they were busy on this Friday morning, the attendant at the front desk gave me my options and had the car taken back into the shop immediately. They had two new front tires on my car and had the car ready to be picked up in only 40 minutes! That is incredible! Love this shop, love the workers. 10/10! Thanks Diamond State Tire!

Poor customer service, treated my husband rudely, unprofessional, with an attitude and absurd behavior. We highly support local business owners but made a huge mistake of trying this tire service. My husband asked about the service provided apparently this Todd doesn't have proper education of what is customer service?!!! The owners must know this -- very incompetent person. Smart customer has the right to ask question about any services provided and this Todd is not smart enough to answer questions!!! We regret bringing our Mercedes Benz and our old limited infinity here out of our 4 cars. Never will recommend and will let our neighbors know how we were treated!!!

My mechanic recommended Diamond State Tires to us for alignments years ago, we have taken many cars there for work and have always been pleased with the service. Today we had a minor crisis. We came out of the grocery store to find a roofing nail in the front tire, we drove to the shop, and they quickly took the pickup in and discovered a bulge in the tire which had the nail, they offered a used tire, but I had them install a new tire. We were there only about 15 minutes and then got our groceries home. I am 65 and handicapped so it is difficult for me to change a flat so they saved the day.

Called today to schedule tire rotation. I was told over the phone that I didn't need to schedule a tire rotation and to just bring the car in. When I showed up, I was told they couldn't complete my tire rotation today. Definitely schedule a time, no matter what they advertise. I didn't enjoy making a random trip for nothing.

These guys are amazing, very trustworthy and informative, always take the time to explain what they're doing and why, and they do a great job. I have no knowledge of cars but they have saved me money more than once when they could've really profited from my ignorance. The front desk guy even grabbed a couple of mechanics to pull a piece of trim out of my tire a week or two ago, then wouldn't accept any payment. I will be a customer for life!

I've moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a little over a year ago and had not thought about a local Honest mechanic that my growing family could rely on so I researched hard and long after my 2008 F150 broke down while on our way back home. I met a lot of good people on my hour commute from Newark the Philadelphia every day; I reached out to one and she and her husband swore to a great mechanic "Diamond tire and service" "I said I don't need tires!", I contacted a Mike and asked him if he done manifold work and he said yes, and I was skeptic with their name. I dropped off my truck that night left my keys in the drop off box. The next morning I was contacted by Master Mechanic Jim and he said "Yes my manifold yes leaking but that's not what's wrong with my truck", he promised to find out why my truck cuts off. This is why I named Jim as a master mechani because hours of calls to his resources at ford he said I think it is this and I think it will work, I said ok let's do it, and within a hour Jim called me job done and I picked up my truck running great. This is agree mechanic and their honest, my wife met with Tod one of the owners and I will take it back for my manifold replacement in the near future. If your looking for a honest family run business come over and see my friends Jim, Mike, and owner Todd at Diamond tire and service and you to will write your own positive review.

This is my fourth tire purchase from Diamond State Tire. I can't say enough about the level of customer service I received. I have a hard to find tire size and Todd went out of his way to find the best solution for my vehicle. I couldn't be happier! Before shopping online or at one of the franchise shops, call Todd and talk to him, I am positive you will be happy that you did.

I've been a customer for several years, and never had an issues. However the last 2 times that I had service on my vehicle, I have not been pleased about my experience. One time I had an oil change done, left the shop after picking it up (drove about 5 miles); when I went to start it up, it wouldn't. Explained the situation to a mechanic friend, and upon further inspection, he showed me that there was no oil in the car. I called Diamond State Tire, and they said that they could tow the car back to the shop for $100. They about 40 mins later to say that it started right back up, and they didn't know why it didn't start (when I told them that the oil was low, they denied the claim)!!! I was reluctant to return after that, and didn't for a few years until I needed to get a tune up, brakes, etc. I told them the coolant cap fell off the day before I dropped it off for work and needed to replaced, and they quoted me $6. Everything that I needed done couldn't be completed in one day, and they said that they would call when all of the necessary parts arrived (I never got a call)! Today, my car started to overheat; I popped the hood to find NO coolant cap, and little to no fluid remaining. I called them and they said that it was quoted but not placed (when I was told that I was)! I try to support local businesses, but when I'm treated like an idiot when I question shady business practices, that where I draw the line. I have never had any problems with them until these last 2 instances, so I don't know if there is new management or what, but this type of treatment makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of (because I'm a woman)!! Very unsatisfied!!
