Took my vehicle here last year, for a speed sensor , used tire , brakes and wheel alignment, they charged us for diagnostic test. And said abs and tc light was due to speed sensor we got it fixed so we thought . Lights popped back on and they never fixed it .also alignment was never done but we were charged for it the brakes still felt the same.. needless to say we were shamed of 400 +dollars because nothing felt fixed on our vehicle. And also was told from another tire shop our alignment was really bad after we spent money on it . An alignment shouldn't be messed up within months absolutely.. I don't recommend. It might depend on who you are. But for me I feel like they took my money that I didn't have to waste especially when you have children.. disappointed!

Took Jeep in for a alignment, tried to say that "all steering components" needed replacing and that it was unsafe to drive. "$2000 - 2100 to get started." Most of the steering was already replaced a few months ago. I even checked everything myself and it's all fine. They never did the alignment... They also treat all females like they can't comprehend cars. Update: took the Jeep to furr's tire in Dover, they never said anything was bad and actually did the alignment no problem.

Cook's Tire and Auto is a great place. We service our fleet vehicles there. I also send my personal truck to Cook's for maintenance as well. I need my vehicle to remain in top shape as I use it for a ride share and landscaping businesses. Cook's offers excellent service in a timely manner. I can not afford to have my vehicle tied up not in use. Candy and her crew get it done, safely, and accurately the first time. I highly recommend them. From fleet to street they can't be beat.

Would have been 5 stars but for some reason the receptionist felt a need to nag to me about how unclean the inside of my work truck was when I was getting a tire patched. Your job is to fix a tire on the outside of my truck not give me an evaluation on how the inside of my truck is. It was very unprofessional and a customer was lost behind this. If people don't know how to conduct business they need not work there.

They fixed my car fine, no issues there. Repair seems fine, price was fair. Giving three stars because I drove my car in freshly washed, and got it back just covered ( windows and all ) in this fine rocky dust. No idea what happened, but it went in clean and came out filthy. Some may say I’m being picky, but if it went in clean, that’s how it should come out. So I’ll go to the car wash, and then to a different shop next time.

Had to get my tpms sensors reset/relearned for my car. The place that installed the sensors couldn't get the sensors to work. Told me I had to go to the dealer. I went to Cooks tire and Auto repair and they got it done. Did the job in minutes and even test drove the car to make sure it was all good. Great service, great people, and very professional. Im a customer for life.

Serviced all my vehicles. Staff friendly but lately staff are not performing well. They said they did an oil change but they did not because I checked and it was dry. Have to find another mechanic. They are unreliable and dishonest.
