We just moved to DE not too long ago and we needed to find a place for an oil change, radiator repair, and tires. This place was right down the road from us so we gave it a try. We were not disappointing. They are very reasonable and extremely nice. They help you out with anything you need, and will work with you on pricing. This will be our go to place for all of our Motor vehicle needs. Highly recommended.

John is amazing, I had a series of issues with my car and he found and fixed them all perfectly. My car runs 10x times better than before! He won't try and pull a fast one on you, he understands that we (the customers) aren't made of money and works with you. He gives you the honest truth on what needs to be done, and what could be left in the back burner for a few months. Overall, he's a great and down to earth man. Seemed like a scam.... Gave the size of the tires and the vehicle. Lady went in back and came back 30 seconds later. One price.... No choices of tires with different warranties or anything. Just one very high price. Bought tires down the road a piece.

Good solid guys. I'm glad I had my wheels/ tires mounted here, because they took care not to nick the black coating on my wheels. And they re- torqued them after 50 miles at no extra charge. John was good at answering all my questions too. Edit: I have dealt with these guys a few more times since my first review. They have always been helpful, honest, and gone out of their way to help. I asked questions that they answered, even though I was working on the car myself. I *almost* hate to leave a good review, because I don't want them to get TOO busy ( joke ).

Well let's see where do I begin. In March my grandmother paid this place for a tune up, rotation an new breaks. We took the truck back about three months ago unsatified because the truck is having multiple issues including the breaks. We were told by the manager John that there was nothing wrong with the car not the breaks. When we got the car back it had even more problems and more sounds from the breaks and other places. Today we were driving it and the breaks pads fell right off of the car. The pad was not fine nor was it still fairly new like John had said. It was clearly that John had lied to us big time and our truck is now broke down. Thanks Firestone your employees are wonderful. That's a lie for anyone who didn't get that.
