If I could’ve selected 0 stars I would have. ...Took my car in for a valve cover gasket replacement and as soon as it was “fixed” that Saturday driving off the lot my check engine light came on. I called that Monday and took it back in to be re-evaluated and they said the part they put on was “faulty” and they would replace it again bc it’s under warranty. Doug said he was going to the back to get my keys and that he’d be right out. Well he took 20 minutes talking to the mechanic and when he came out he didn’t have two words to say to me and anyone who knows Doug knows he never shuts up. Well I drove it home that day and smoke was coming through my AC vents with a horrible burning smell. Luckily I don’t live terribly far from the shop bc when I got home my car had absolutely no oil left!!!! Whatever they did they drained the oil completely and told me it was safe to drive home even though I needed to bring it back that following Saturday. I confirmed twice asking Doug if it was safe to drive until the weekend and he said it wouldn’t be an issue. ...fast forward a few months after allowing them to fix it again, I took my car to another good year auto shop for new brakes and they noticed a leak. It was the valve cover gasket that admiral supposedly “fixed”. This new auto shop confirmed that admiral did not replace a part at all but what they did was use a tube of silicone to mend my original valve cover gasket back together and charged me $350.00!!!!! Thankfully after arguing with admiral I ended up not having to pay to have it replaced again...My car was not leaking oil before I took it to their shop. This was something they said I should get done sooner rather than later and so that’s what I did. Everyone, please don’t go here. Not only is it a waste of money and time but they are not truthful and the worst of it is that they let me drive home when my car wasn’t safe and I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes. Doug is a loud mouth lying S.O.B who clearly doesn’t care about his customers’ safety or well-being and same goes for the tech(s) who serviced my vehicle. I am not someone who is looking for a cheap deal when it comes to my car. I am happy to pay the going rate for quality work but these people SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I called this place explained what i needed done and they tell me it was going to be $100. Once they have the car they tell me sorry we can't do this job because we dont have a piece that was missing but they still wanted to charge me $50. Then they come back and say oh we can do the job now but its going to be $200. Are u kidding me. This place does not know how to conduct business and is just trying to get more money out of you. If you don't know about cars...stay away from this place, they will try to trick you.
