Key criteria for auto repair for me is trust - you have to be able to trust that your repair place will find the problem and fix it, but also trust that they are not going to push you into unneeded service just to generate fees. John and his team always give excellent, efficient service, provide knowledgable recommendations and observations, and never try to push unnecessary work at me. John took the time to help me select the right tire for my needs and gave options for me to choose from at different prices. My car was ready on time as promised. Was quoted $880 out the door for 4 new tires (mounted, balanced, plus an alignment) Asked if I paid cash would it be cheaper, was told that price was the lowest they could do. Got a second opinion elsewhere and paid $680 for the same tires, mounted, balanced, with an alignment.
