My wife had a slow leak in her tire so I sent her to Town Fair tire. Although the tires were about two years old they still had plenty of tread. The representative told her that she had a nail in the side of her tired so it couldn't be repaired. He also told her that because it was an electric vehicle she had to replace all four tires. It's been less than a year and there is a bubble in one of the tires. I called Town Fair to look into my warranty but they informed me that it only lasted 30 days. I've purchased many tires there over the past 20 years and never had a bad experience until now, because of this I have no intention of returning. I can't in good conscience do business with a company who does not stand behind their product and I would recommend that you do the same. There are plenty of other good tire places in the area.

I went in to purchase two new front tires, I knew exactly what I needed. The employee came out to look at my tires and of course started to sell me four tires, after I informed I only needed two. He told me there was no way they could replace only two tires and said that there was no way that I could have different brand name tires on my car, they all had to be the same. Meanwhile they are currently different on my car. To cover himself the employee told me that having different brands would blow my transmission.....To make it worse he said he wasn't saying all this stuff because I was girl. I was incredibly insulted and taken for an idiot. Will never try there again.

What a sleazy business Town Fair Tire is. I ordered tires online from them a couple of months ago. I was wooed by the promise of FREE snow tire change-overs. I bought the tires, had them installed, paid more for the install than was quoted. When I asked for documentation on the balance they supposedly did they couldn't come up with any and had to refund my money. Today when I went to have my 'free' snow tire change-over it was $69 AND they said it would take 90 minutes, 3 hours later I was less impressed than ever with town fair tire. Could have paid anyone $69 to put my snow tires on and it probably would have been done in a timely manner.

Do NOT use this location!! Purchased two tires and a front end alignment on 06/21/19. Went in on 07/01/19 to purchase the remaining two tires for my vehicle. Requested that they recheck the front tires as I was feeling a vibration. Without looking at the vehicle I was informed that it was not necessary as the vibration was coming from the old rear tires. Ultimately I spent four and a half hours at this location waiting for two tires to be mounted and balanced. During that time no one ever updated me on the status of my car and as it turns out apparently they could not locate the tires. At the 4-Hour mark I requested a status of the vehicle and was informed that someone should have told me they couldn't find the tires. Finally at four and a half hours the vehicle was finally completed. After driving the car once again the vibration is still in the front end and I have spent money for services obviously not rendered. I now have to go to another facility to have their error corrected. I would highly suggest if you need tires find another Tire distributor. There is a lack of professionalism and concern/courtesy for the PAYING customer.

I Had 4 Tires That Needed To Be Replaced. Upon Walking In, I Was Immediately Greeted By Richard, And He Was Very Friendly. I Had No Idea What I Was Looking For And He Took The Info On My Car And Recommended What Would Be The Best Tires For My Car. I spent almost $2,000 on new rims. A sales rep by the name Andrew promised that they will hold the old rims for me to pick up again at any time at my convenience. A week later i contacted Andrew that i will be coming to the store to pick up my old rims, that he personally assured they will hold. When i arrived i was told the rims were "accidentally thrown out". Not only was i not given any type of apology but was treated with attitude.

A returning customer of Town Fair Tire. I usually have good experiences there but recently I had a really bad experience. The man who helped me did not have much knowledge on the tires, could not explain to me the problem, but insisted the same answer was all I needed to believe him. He also did not handle the situation as professionally as he should have, considering his ranking, basically calling me dumb and saying that I'm lying about the situation, even though I stayed calm the whole time. Hopefully we can resolve this issue because my family and I would like to continue to do business with you guys but of not, we will have to go elsewhere.

Always went to Town Fair, most likely will never again, Bought Tires in Jan 2017 and got a package of wheels and tires, when got to the store the guy said he only had the wheels and didnt look like tires were purchased, showed the receipt from the online order that the guy from the Wallingford location pointed out how to order. They said they would get the tires but would take hour to get from East haven location warehouse. They finished the job in few hours, then 4 months down the road I had gone to balance tires because they were wobbly and the guy at Costco said I can not help you because you have the wrong size tires on your vehicle, I was fumed!!! to say the least. I called the corporate office because i wanted to get my money back and return the tires seeing I had to buy 4 new tires that were the correct size, I left a message 5-17-17. I never received a call back on the 18th, however I called back 3 times that day speaking to a receptionist the first time to pass along the info, then someone from the Danbury called me but I wanted to speak to corporate, and when spoke to that same receptionist later in the day she was so rude to me, I cant believe a company like this has the worst customer service and that even the corporate office main guy Rich Allen cant even get on a phone call!!! I then tried one more time 05-19-17 and left yet another message for this guy RIch who will not even return my call and make the situation right. So I am writing here so people can see what awful service this company gives and that they also put the wrong tires on your vehicle and will not make it right!!! I will be writing to the Attorney General as well!!

I already had in mind what I wanted in tires and price in mind. They did not have the ones I wanted in stock but they were still able to give me a better pair at a very similar cost. This Town Fair Tire is great!! I am a car guy and I found the Manager Mike to be very helpful, friendly and he gave me a great deal. He even beat Costco on the tire prices and an online warehouse I was looking at. He gave me expert advice on the tires and they had me in and out quickly. The technician who did my alignment even went over it with me. My car now drives straight thanks to my new tires and an alignment. I snuck around back and watched their tire technicians who hand torqued my wheels. I was really impressed. Thank you Mike and thank you Al for being true professionals.

Andrew inspected my tire to see if they could attempt to patch the tire and within 40 minutes I was out with less than a $10 bill!! I really appreciate the honest help!! Best place to get tires! I bought tires & rims for 2 of my cars & because I did both at once they took 25% off each bill, even w/me putting them on layaway! It took me a couple of months to pay it all off but, they kept my order in the store so when I was ready to pay off my bill I could drive in same day & get both cars done. Made an appt for both cars same day & had both back within 90 minutes of me dropping each of them off. They put all of my wheels in separate bags for me to take so I wouldn't get dirty & not only do both cars look great but they ride better than before. No shaking & when I let go of the steering wheels it doesn't feel like it's going to shoot across 3 lanes! I'll never go to another spot for tires ever again! Plus, all the guys in there were informed, kind, friendly & kept a smile on their faces the whole time. Treated me like a best friend rather than a customer...*BONUS*...was told when I come back this winter & buy snow tires on all 8 wheels I'll get another 15% off on each bill! How can u go wrong w/that kind of service!?!

I had an appointment for 2:30 for tires and free front alignment. Well 30 minutes later I was done!!!!? GREAT prices for all season tires. Free rotation, free flat repairs, and it only was under 300.00 dollars. I had one flat last month. They showed me the tire. Not a flat just a flat pancake. I'm glad I work a few seconds away. I drove slowly on a half rim and rubber ride. Lean is great. He'll get it done. Low to some magnificent rims. Just beautiful. Great young men, who are very courteous as well as quick.Go and price next time. You won't be disappointed!!!! I had to replace the other 3 tires, otherwise, my friends it'll mess your axle up. This place is great. A different pace and style to any other tire place or town fair tire I've ever been to and for me it works well. Any service anyone gets at any tire place is a pita. It takes time, and it costs money, and it costs a lot of money if you do not know what you are doing/ are not well informed. You also have to realize that the front counter service does not work on your car directly, but they do have good knowledge of what will be done to your car. Some cars, like my sisters, take two hours to align because they require extreme adjustments. On older cars those adjustments perhaps may be rusted or corroded from the salt/sand over the years and require torching etc. I've done online tires but unless you buy rims with them you have to go get them mounted and balanced anyways, and if you want to have them for a while you need to get a 4 wheel alignment if possible. These services cost as much as the discounts you get buying tires online and in the long run are not worth it. You have to go a tire place anyway, unless you have fifty thousand dollars worth of equipment in your garage and can do it yourself. The staff here really are what I would call relaxed and thorough, making you laugh along the way. If they make a mistake, they will fix it and make it up to you. The techs are fabulous and really make the place what it is. Chances are you won't see them unless they bring you your keys personally after they are done. I simply won't go anywhere else after my experiences here. I googled the hours and happen to read the poor reviews and thought I should explain the process a bit more for people who clearly are unrealistic. The staff here knows what they are doing and in this fast paced life we live in you need to have patience and also know what you are doing to respect the time it takes to ensure that you will be safe on those crazy roads we drive on.

I only needed something simple done, a tire patched (nail), but weren't able to do it and rolled it out for me and told me it needed a plug instead and recommended where to take it. Dont even bother wasting your time with these unprofessional fools! From the regular associates to "management" their customer service is absolutely awful. They wait till the last minute to fix your car and there's a camera inside the building where you can see the "mechanics" in the back "fixing" cars when they're actually just bullshitting half the time.

I prefer the Warwick location. I came in about 8:10 am after learning i had a nail in my tire that morning. I had just bought 4 tires at the Warwick Townfair tires location 2 weeks prior. I had the warranty and was happy, I didn't have to drive to Warwick because I live in Pawtucket. The attendant brought up my order and saw I had just purchased 4 tire $1271.00. He assured me the will take care of it at no cost, I advised where my wheel lock kit was. I had a seat in the waiting area. It was not busy, but I could see all the bays inthe back were full maybe one was opened. It took about 30 minutes for them to drive my car into the bay. For about 15 minutes I see the attendant searching my car, obviously for the wheel locks, so I said to the counter attendant why is he going through my console I told you where the kit was, but I guess he did not tell the attendant. There was no one working that morning, looking busy. The counter attendant spent most of his time infront smoking. It was cold and very uncomfortable in the waiting room. As I was looking at the monitor everyone just seem as they had nothing to do, meanwhile I needed to get to work and another attendant is talking to the guy working on my car for a good while . At this point, I know someone who is distracted and not paying attention to what they should be doing; will make a mistake. My biggest fear was that he would do something wrong; that may be costly to my safety. At this time, I knew I must check my car before I leaving. First thing I checked was my wheelock kit make sure everything was in there. When my car was brought back, I noticed he did not put the Audi wheel cap back on. My overall experience was not professional as I received two weeks prior. The service at this location with these guys just looked lackeldasical. I would spend the time and money traveling to the Warwick shop in the future.

Nothing but the highest praise and appreciation for the folks here at the Pawtucket location. Leon was a courteous, respectful, and generous representative to work with who made the potentially stressful, costly experience of replacing my tires a surprisingly easy relief, and I left with an excellent set of tires at a very affordable discount. In the process of mounting my tires, a lug nut was broken, and Leon promptly eased my mind and took care of it by referring me to a nearby mechanic who would replace it and bill to Town Fair Tire. It's refreshing to see a store rep take that kind of responsibility. Thanks for a great experience!

I stopped there after multiple warning lights came on after an alignment I had just gotten done at a different Tow Fair Tire. Everybody was efficient and redid my alignment which was completely messed up after I was supposed to have gotten one done. They got me back on the road very quickly and was able to drive back home to Massachusetts (over 120 miles) without any major issues, except for the tires which were over inflated and forced me to stop at gas station to get the tire pressure right. No issues after I readjusted my tires and I was finally able to make it home without stopping.

Unprofessional customer service, going into to buy a tire should be very simple after a flat, they make it a hassle, will never go back or recommend this town fair tire. They performed work on the car when I cleared explained what I wanted, they did the opposite (what I told them not too!). Seems like all they care about is money and getting through the shift not taking care of the customer.

Dropped my car off Friday afternoon for a tire rotation & alignment. Go pick it up & the guys tell me something was “bent” but yet i did not get a call but the car is “ready” to go. Funny cuz nothing was “bent” before. Kind of like them stripping my lug nut the prior time. Now as im driving on the highway my wheels are shaking and my steerling wheel is shifting back n forth & suddenly we hear a big BANG from under the car, still dont know what that was. Ontop of everyrhung a huge grinding nose coming from my passeneger tire. Mind you that it was very windy & i almost flipped my car due to the guys touching something or not tighting anything. This is my 3rd time there with having a problem.

My husband went to this tire place because my car has a bubble on it. There three employee one on the phone. No acknowledge that he entered. No I will be right with you. No hello or welcome give me a second. Waited 5 to 10 minutes still no acknowledgement. My husband walk out. At that time he was acknowledge he left. I guess they didn't want to make money today!

I went to get new tires, ended up with Toyo Open Country H/T's and Ryan was very helpful and informed. I then sent my father to get tires from Ryan and he also got an amazing deal on Toyos. Go here and talk to Ryan, he is super helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This tire store broke my manual shift and refused to do anything about it. It was on a Saturday and the worker said the owner would be in on Monday! Waited all day in the store because they claimed they called the district manager but he/she never returned the call. The car could not be moved hence tires were not put on. This store's customer service is appalling! If there was a rating of 0 that's what they would have earned. BEWARE.

called up trying to order Michelin Pilot super sports which I had found online for 281 a tire, they said they would price match and claimed the online store wanted 100 dollars per tire for shipping, when I explained that I can get them for 281 a tire with free shipping they replied "well we won't price match that, and good luck getting some one to put them on for you"

NO STARS- The two salesmen upfront are just bold faced layers, they have the common sense of the three stooges. They lied about how long my tire change would take. An hour after taking my car in the back, (after waiting an hour, and told it would only be an hour total) I asked how much longer, was told 15 minutes, then I was told a half hour later it would be 5 minutes and after 5 minutes I walked in the back to my truck. Service manager asked me if I would like my spare in the bed of the truck or underneath, and I said 'just throw it in the back, I want to get out of here" the manager said 'you can take your truck now' AND LOW AND BEHOLD THE BRAND NEW TIRE ON THE ALUMINUM WHEEL WAS IN THE BACK OF MY TRUCK AND THE RUSTED OUT SPARE WITH THE CRAPPY TIRE WAS STILL ON THE RIGHT WHEEL OF MY TRUCK" These guys did not have the common sense to put the BRAND NEW TIRE WITH THE ALUMINUM WHEEL on the truck with the MATCHING 3 other new tires. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN IF YOU WANT SERVICE FROM THE THREE STOOGES GO HERE i will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague

I called this location to order a new tire, they said they would have it in by Monday, and they scheduled an appointment to install it on Monday. Went there Monday, they took off my tire, and then told me after I had already been waiting a half hour that they didn't have the tire yet, which they should've checked before they started to work on my car. They blamed the call center and explained everytime you call Townfare, you don't actually speak with anyone at the actual location. You talk with someone from a call center in Connecticut. We rescheduled for Tuesday. I called back Tuesday. They didn't have the tire and asked if I wanted to reorder it. Nope. Will never go back. Terrible, unprofessional place.

Bought new tires through this location and had them aligned and balanced. I had locking lugs on the wheels. Locking lugs are not supposed to be tightened with an impact wrench, but the technician tightened them so much that they had to be cut off when I went to rotate my tires. Now my locking lugs are destroyed because of laziness or poor training. Would not return.
