NOT a good experience! Tires were done but the woman, Sherry, I spoke with several times about the work was very rude. Wasn't just me - she spoke witth my sister and treated her THE same way. I guess they're honoring YOU by fixing your car for a very expensive fee!! Typical, I also received a $1000 + tally of all things that "need" to be fixed on my vehicle when I returned for it. I was shocked.... NOT!!

I've been taking my cars to Torello for many years now. The staff are friendly, courteous and informative. When the owners, Nick and Sherri deal with as many customers as they do, and still know you by name, you know you're in a good place. Anytime there has been a bigger issue with one of my cars, Mike or Dave have taken the time to explain options, not just jump at the big ticket item. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Torello and suggest you do the same!!!

A few weeks ago I came in wanting to get my tire fixed From a nail puncture. The staff at Torellos told me they couldn’t fix it, saying it was in a hard to reach spot. When I brought the news home to my land lord, he was skeptical and took a look for himself. He then informed me that I’d been duped and promised to fix it. It took him 5 minutes, and the tire hasn’t leaked since. This is the common car shop trickery that gets me so angry. Young girl like me comes in for a simple job and is charged for nonsense. Don’t trust them!!

Website says it opens at 730 upon arrival the counter lady says it opens at 8.... I mentioned the site and she pointed to the sign on the door. I didnt go there to read the sign...meanwhile I hav a ride waiting for me and now they are late for work. She wasn't rude but she wasnt accommodating either.

Brought my truck for front inspection because of the noise that I was hearing and they told me it may be the struts or axles . I end up having a broken sway bar( which I Pof another mechanic to find out ), I have been asking for my 105$( that’s how much they charged for the front inspection) and they refuse to give me my money back.

Went above and beyond - Beginning of the month I got a flat with a tire I purchased under the Goodyear National Protection Plan. What should have been an easy repair, after hours of conversation with seller, Goodyear and their local distributors, seemed unlikely due to limited distribution and poor customer service. Finally I was able to get on the phone with Torello and they took care of everything. They worked with a MA garage to get a tire sent down to CT and completely replace the tire. The customer service I got here was incredible. They spoke with me, cleared everything up and handled my case directly. A business like this is hard to find, and they deserve all of your business. Best I can do is thank them in this review. Many thanks.

We had tiress put on our truck that were claimed to be new, but were actually, retreads - we found this out when the DOT pulled us over after a piece of tire flew off a rear tire. When we brought this to Nicks attention, he claimed it to not be true, but the DOT inspectors state otherwise. Torello refuses to do anything to make this right. Not a company that is honest or does the right thing by their customers!

I had an emergency , my engine was smoking! I called enroute “ watch your gages and if you can get here, we will look at it right away” . I have been gong here since 1985 and have always been treated fairly with honest quotes and information. They found a leak on the seam of the radiator and they were able to replace it. Please keep in mind this is a busy shop and there are only 9 hours in their day, so if you come in late , you might not be able to be seen. #Respect their time and they will respect yours .# . I would wait to be seen by them and have dropped my car off the night before( there is a locked drop box for your keys and info) to make it easier for them to start at 7 am before they open. This shop works hard, be thoughtful and listen, they know what they are doing. Lynn

This was the worst place I have ever been too. It seems that they only hire mechanics who fail out of auto school. I went in to have my car aligned, I paid for the service, and then they came out to me and told me they couldn't preform an alignment on my car because I had a bent arm in the back. Okay fine, but they refused to give me a refined for the service they never preformed and then proceeded to tell me that my arm was so bent. So I left went to the dealer and explained to them what I was told. They told me that who ever was looking at my car was stupid because nothing was bent in the Rear

Great price on tires. That where it ends!! Run go elsewhere!! They loose your info so maybe they don't have to Warrenty the tires. UGH Good think I kept the receipt! They mangled all my lug nuts. Now I have to buy new ones at the tune of $190. Their workers are morons!! I didn't even fight with them because you can't beat a moron! Horrible! I bought tires for my car and my friend sorry I did so. I will tell him to get the tires rotated somewhere else. I could go on but you should get my drift. Bye bye T!! Loose my records! You lost two repeat customers that I know of.

This is the worst tire place you could ever go to. The owner is an old man just trying to squeeze a dollar in ever place he can. They bent my control arm on my 2016 grand Cherokee and then refused to fix it. I never write reviews but this place was so bad I felt the need to warn the public.

Beware of this place!! Brought my car in for a standard emissions test, parked and handed over my keys to the mechanic. Ten minutes later the mechanic came back inside and told me that the stick shift was completely broken off... rendering the car undriveable. Claimed that he did nothing wrong. The owner not only washed his hands of the incident, but then refused to help to fix it, or even tow the car to a place where they would fix it. It's unfortunate when people can't own up to mistakes. Repair shop agreed: the shifter linkage was forcibly broken off - no way due to normal wear and tear. I would seriously consider taking your car elsewhere!!
