Prompt, courteous service. Needed a loaded tractor tire repaired. Every other shop I called said they were too busy to give me an idea when they could complete the job (snow tire season), Toce took care of the job within hours.

Nice ladies but the slob that worked on my vehicle ruined ALL four of my rims! Every single one of them was gouged in several places! Also, after instructing them to be careful with the center caps, one looked as if it were dropped on their cement floor then stepped on and slid across it! Deep scrapes the size of my hand that cannot be removed infuriated me. Of course returning it there is completely out of the question. They also charged me a tire disposal fee when they were to be returned to Goodyear on a warranty issue. Likely an oversight but dealing with it was not worth my aggravation all things considered. Fortunately for them my car is not new otherwise they would have been given the option of buying me four new rims or face a lawsuit! I do feel badly writing this negative review but hope they read it! They have a nice legacy business who's reputation can be severely damaged by one sloppy and incompetent employee! Even my regular 23 year mechanic that referred me there felt so bad he offered to replace all four rims - that's how badly they were damaged! Of course I couldn't let him do that.

Great customer service. Used them at my last job and everyone was always so friendly. Very knowledgeable staff and the women in the front office are friendly and knowledgeable and pay attention to what the customer wants. I use them personally for all 3 of our vehicles.

Great service! Friendly and professional staff. Went in to fix a slow leak in a tire and they got the job done quick. Even gave me a bit of info about inflating my tires to the proper psi. Would recommend for tire service!

The biggest rip off I have ever seen. I dropped off 4 rims with tires on them and 4 tires I needed mounted on the rims. I was told it would take 1/2 hour so I left and went for breakfast. Came back 45 minutes later and they never started them, they said they were confused about mounting the new tires on to the rims that had larger tires already on them. I guess " take these off and put these on" wasn't clear enough. So almost 1.25 hours later they give me the bill. $107.00, with no new stems or even mounting them on a car. This was the exact same service that Tony's tires and wheels in Waterbury provided for me three weeks ago for $40.00 - and they included new stems in the rims. I will never go back to Toce brothers, it's worth the extra time and gas to travel back to Tony's in Waterbury.
