They've changed the oil in my car twice before. This last time, they accidentally used conventional when my new engine calls for full synthetic. They apologized and fixed the problem. Now they are telling me they don't do oil changes, and I have to find a new place to go. I guess that is what I get for trying to get my oil changed at a tire store, but still. I'd like to have my oil and my tires changed in the same visit, where can I go for that?

Dale the owner is an honest good man. he never tries to up sell you on anything or charge you for things that you don't need. I needed an alignment for my 67 Mustang with an aftermarket suspension and was referred to International Tire by a local speed shop. The manager Dale and technician Wilberto were both excellent. Since I had "built" this car I was a little nervous, but they both listened to me and assured me they knew what I needed done. They took me in right on time, and completed the work very timely. I'm very happy with their work and service!

I will not be doing service with them again. Completely stained my driver seat interior with black grease and left scratches on my door. Even when going back to have them look for themselves and clean it, they did nothing and sent me on my way. Also very unapologetic. I’m extremely disappointed.

Fantastic service! I have an older sports car that has had a shimmy and tire balance problems since the day I got it. All the other tire places I called in the greater Hartford area didn't seem to have the experience and knowledge to work on vintage cars. Tires International was recommended to me by a vintage car restoration shop in the area. After bringing my tires and wheels to them, they were able to quickly pinpoint the problem and gave me several recommendations to correct the problem. Service was very fast and efficient. Tires International took the time to correctly diagnose and resolve this problem. I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Their staff, facility, and equipment are really impressive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I like the free interest for 6 months when getting things done on a car or truck. But the hour price is too high for me. Yes, I understand that the people need to be paid but it's out of control. Bust as I have here 6 months of free interest! That's a big plus. The will call you to make sure you you understand how much it's going to cost and how much time it will take to do the job. This is important to me. No time wasted. They do try to help you in everyway possible. They explain what's wrong and show you the parts that was replaced. They do not try to keep adding to your bill. This is one of the reasons why I am giving a 5 star. Also Lisa too, there is so much paperwork to do.

Called to make an appointment to get a plug. Was told they were slow and I didn’t need one even though I still asked for one. Got there a half hour later and was told there was a 2-3 hour wait. Did me a favor, though, because BJs charges half of what they do, so if you have a membership go there. If they’re having their $25 to join special, buying that and getting your tire plugged would still be cheaper than going to Tires International

Another great experience! My fuel line was leaking, yikes, and knew it had to be fixed ASAP. Showed up 1st thing in the morning, and by the end of the day I had a brand new fuel line installed, despite the fact the part had to come from the dealer - now that's excellent service. The cost was very reasonable (about 40% less than the dealership) and I was confident the job was done right. I've been a customer for 20+ years and won't go anywhere else!

I've been to Tires International twice in the last year, both resulting in a terrible experience. The first time 3 out of my 4 wheels came out with deep scratches on them. The owner was called out to look at my wheels and he argued with me saying the scratches were caused prior to them working on my car, even though the weels were dirty and the scratches were fresh and clean... The second time i THOUGHT everything was fine when I had my snow tires switched over to summer tires until my dealer was doing a routine oil change and noticed that all 4 of my wheels had been installed incorrectly and my 4 directional tires were aiming the wrong direction. I went back to see the owner, again, and all he could do with look at me with a blank look in his face and say "OK" to everything I told him. The shop is a joke and the owner/manager has the business mentality of a 4 year old. Extremely unprofessional. Would not suggest to ANYONE!

Tires International truly went above and beyond to help with our car. They helped navigate an issue that was more complicated than I can explain here with utmost honesty. When we needed the dealership to contend with the problem themselves they helped us make the arrangements. Not only that, but the dealership told us there were more repairs that needed to be done. We compared prices with Tires International, and Tires International was going to charge half of what the dealership quoted for the same repairs. When we brought the car back to Tires International, they looked over the car thoroughly and said the dealership was mistaken. None of the repairs really needed to be done after all. I can't say enough praise for this company and will definitely be returning for when I do need repairs.

I can't thank and praise the employees there enough! I've been happy with the service this business has provided me with in the past, but last Friday they went above and beyond usual service. I went in for a simple oil change. They discovered a huge nest that was enveloping half of my engine compartment! I wish I'd taken a picture. Honestly, it was all woven with leaves and branches and brush. Once removed, it filled half of a barrel! Thankfully, no critter parts were discovered, no wires were chewed, the air filter was OK, and I didn't have a fire! They went above and beyond for me that day, and only charged me for the oil change! I'm sure they'll remember me from now on as the gal with the biggest nest in her engine! Thank you!

I went in with my riding like glass low miles mint Acura MDX for new tires. I put four new Pirelli tires on it. I drive home, it is back roads. I need my car 3 days later. Down the highway the steering wheel is shaking, you can stir a drink from the shaking in the seat. I call, "bring it back". Now I get, yea one of the front tires was way out of balance. Now one of your rear rims is bent. Guess what they did, the same thing you can get at town fair tire for much less money. Sloppy work. They insult you with, it must have been like that, or something is going wrong with it. Yea, I would run it like that. My advice, DO NOT TAKE A NICE RIG TO THIS PLACE. Do not pay the added money. It is not worth it. Update, After further inspection of the work, the rear rim they claim is bent still has the old wheel weights on it. (You always remove them first, you never leave them on). One of my front rims has 12 weights on it. Update, Had all four rims checked, I DO NOT HAVE A BENT RIM. I ordered a replacement rim because these hacks informed me I did. YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE A SHOP THAT DOES NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK. Update, took MDX to another tire shop that specializes in rim repair. No bent rims. 3 of the 4 tires are out of balance. Then I find out, these are not even the tires I wanted. Lisa has one job, sell tires. Great BS no honesty.

I would recommend tires international to anyone. Bought tires in June 2018 and they only got 12,000 miles and were rated for 60,000. Dale credited us back for tires, labor and alignment. Dale put on new tires and all we had to do was pay the extra $ for the better tires. They really took care of us. They are all about the customers and we cant thank them enough for all they did for us. They are also the lowest price around for tires and the staff us great.

I live five minutes away from Tires International, but will no longer be going there after today. On Monday, I called for a new tire. I told the gentleman my car's make, model, and year, as well as the tire I needed. He said it would be in by the next day and that he'd call me. Thursday comes around, still no phone call. I call there, and they tell me that they never ordered the tire because they didn't know what size it was. EVERY mechanic I've ever been to can find your tire size by looking up the make and model. Hell, anyone with an internet connection can find that information. Sure enough, she was able to find it once I asked her to use the computer. Since they hadn't bothered calling me and never would have had I not called back, I asked for a free alignment. She refused, but after their poor customer service they should have done something for me. It's clear that they have more than enough business; I'll take mine elsewhere. As I said, I live 5 minutes away and they have me in their system. It's baffling that they would rather lose me as a customer than take a small hit due to THEIR mistake.

The most genuinely honest men I've encountered. As a female, you always worry that you'll be screwed over when it comes to reviewing issues with your car. I must say they were kind, professional, and beyond fair. I was having an issue with my vehicle, it would not fully start for whatever reason. I called and they agreed to look at the car. I didn't even anticipate them being able to tell me what was wrong with the car until the next day however as busy as they were, they immediately began checking the vehicle. They tested the car over and over again in an attempt to get it to do what it had done initially and were not successful. I left the car there overnight to be sure. The next day they tested the car again a number of times and nothing. When I asked how much for the time, they didn't charge me a cent, not 1 red cent. Not only that, the one issue they found with my car they recommended a less expensive way for me to get the repair done rather than charge me for what would otherwise have been a major job. They will receive all my future business.

Took my car in for an oil change ("express lube.") Sullen woman at counter made me wait through several phone conversations before acknowledging me, then told me it would be about an hour, so I settled in for the wait. 90 minutes later the car was still sitting the lot, so I took my key and left. They are not equipped to do "express" anything here.

I needed a simple tire patch for flat tire , amd they did just that for me. I was in and out in 20 mins. Only cost 15$. They filled the tire and put it back on. Only gripe was weird white sticky paste around tire rim...

My car tyre was punctured with two nails, one if them in a cross manner. Few tyre stores refused to repair and asked to change the tyre itself. I thought of giving a last try with Tires Intl. I was pleasantly surprised by the service offered. They fixed the tyre without any questions and also at a nominal price. I also got my wiper blades replaced with no installation charges. Really Excellent service.

Why have people schedule appointments if you are going to have them waiting several hours! I watched people come in hours after after me and leave before me!!!! They seem to be taking their regulars first? If I had known I would be treated this way I definitely would not have come. Now they are telling me my car needs a battery and I brought it in for tires. I just had my car serviced a week ago and no battery needed. My car sat garaged the past few days and it started up perfectly before bringing it here....Consumers beware?
