They don't make appointments, so the best time to go is mid-day mid-week. I spent maybe a half-hour there at the most. The attendant was very busy but courteous and friendly. They had what I saw on their website in stock. I got a good price on four relatively new tires (they were a few to several months old). They were all inflated to the proper pressure. One was over inflated by half a psi, pretty near perfect. I would do business here again.

Friendly people. Great price for new tires. Gave several options for brands. I made apointment and they took it in right away even though they were very busy. MY ONLY GREIVANCE, they can be hard to find. They aren't actually on John Ave. On John Ave. you will see Kelly tires, there is a sign on the door that says Tire Depot customers use entrance on other side, which is Missal Ave. and on that side there is a sign that has a different name. The only sign that says Tire Depot is a small one on the railing of the office that is almost impossible to see from the street. But once I figured it out, the service was great.

A whole-in-the-wall is a great description for this great tire shop. They do excellent work at discount mega-store prices. The guys know their stuff, and buzz around around like bees as they jockey cars in and out. Everyone is accomodated, and Tony (the owner) busts his butt to make sure his guys get everyone in and out quickly, regarless of the number of people waiting (sometimes Tony goes out to do the work himself). If you go there once, you'll always go back.

honest service & great advice. I brought in a flat tire from a golf cart (not mine.. i don't golf). Tony asked if someone had used Fix-a-Flat on it (i'd never, but... some people actually thinks that stuff works.) The job took about 2 hours to get the goop off the rim & tire, they found the leak and repaired it ... no charge! holy karolyi! Thank you, Tire depot! You Rock!

Excellent personalized service. The owner will give you personal advice on what needs to be done to your vehicle, without trying to add things you don't need. He's down to earth and has great customer service. The Coopers he sold me out lasted, both the performance and wear, of the stock Michelin's I had. Prices are the best around! Seriously, he's a wholesaler, he WILL beat anyone on prices. I checked everywhere too. (He doesn't charge you for all the petty small things, so there are no hidden costs) Fast service, even being the weekend post-Thanksgiving! The place is a small hole-in-the-wall, but the deal with high volumes. This is my second set of tires purchased from here, and the only person my family will use.

Pricing is competitive with Tire Rack and other online tire places, much less than retailers. Order arrived inside 1 day, service was fast and courteous, and they know what they're doing. They are a little hole in the wall, that review was definitely correct, but their phone is ringing constantly and they do a LOT of business. I thought all these reviews were written by the management considering how glowing they were, but they make sense now. Good experience all around, highly recommended.

Bought all-season tires locally from tire rack in Windsor. This place changed them over to my existing wheels. When I went to personally change to my winter tires I noticed that one of the lug nuts took more energy to remove. There I noticed that they had stripped the bolt when quickly mounting my tires. Customer beware! All it takes is one stripped bolt to ruin an experience.

Never raised my voice never said anything nasty... Been I long time customer of 18 years and our van has no spare. I perceive one of the four tires very recently purchased was not mounted correctly. Often required air and finally went flat. The store was insanely busy . I asked how long to fix it they said four hours. I kindly asked if it could be done faster (like a couple). Tony the owner stopped his phone call and screamed at me in front of his other customers. I took my tire to another place and they fixed it within 25 minutes. Lost my business. They are anxious to sell you tires , but in my experience I found often long waits to rotate and fix them in my long experience with tire depot.

These guys are AWESOME! Went in to replace an unrepairable flat tire, and these guys gave me a better deal than the "big place" down the street with the fancy jingle. Those jingles have got to add to a places overhead. They had me in and out faster than two shakes of a lambs tail. We go there for all our tire needs. Tony specifically went above and beyond all expectations with a great price, and getting me out in record time!

I would just like to give a huge thank you and recommendation to Tire Depot in Bristol. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires or having tire trouble. I went into the dealership for routine oil change and was then told I need four new tires due to the fact a nail was in two tires. Being skeptical I called Tire Depot and explained the situation they were able to have me come right down and resolve the situation determining there was only one nail and it was repairable with a patch. Saving me the 800 dollars for new tires on a 1 year old vehicle. All the staff was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgable and really had the customer in mind! Thank you for your help and honesty! I would recommend this business to all my friends and family!

It was a crazy day for you with all the people that waited until the day before the first major storm of the year was being predicted. Despite the extreme demand for their services the crew was helping customers to the ultimate level. Today was not as crazy for them as it was on that day but it was for me because I was riding on a donut after an unfortunate incident with a very large piece of metal on the highway. Not only did they give me a good deal on my fifth tire from them in as many months but they went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning up the mess in my trunk that was a result of this unfortunate incident.
