They deserve 10 stars. Went to replace a 2 month old tire that the store that I purchased it from told me I had to pay full price for. The Tire Store filled out a little paperwork and gave me the tire for free!! Amazing fast, friendly, service. Have bought several other tires there and it's always a pleasure.

They took my donut tire and moved it from front to back for free, because it was safer. Then gave a military discount. They also took the rim and blown tire so it would be balanced and only take ten minutes to put on when I came back. Super nice people and was less expensive for a better tire than Walmart to replace. I will always come here in future!

They installed my tires and never tightened the lug nuts right . On the highway the lugs fell off except one that was barely holding the tire.The truck was shaking badly on the highway and had to pullover at a gas station only to find out the lugs except one were all gone. Bad job and i nearly had a bad day. Take your time and do the job right

Went here today for the first time. This is now my tire store! They had the tire I needed in stock for a good price and I was in and out in an hour. They are very well organized. They operate like a tire changing assembly line. I highly recommend them and will be back.

I was told I'd an alignment for all four tires done for 50 and they only charged me 40 because they didn't have to do as much since my tires were positioned pretty well. I went around 9 am on a Saturday and was only there 20 mins. The people were nice and they're the most affordable place because all the other names Midas, Firestone, Monro, etc. charge 80+ for a four wheel alignment. Definitely recommend them!!!

Came in here last week with my audi a4 just to get a screw out and literarly no wait and the guy did it in 30 seconds. Tire patch lasted a 400 mile trip up to Maine and back no problem. Very impressed with service I went to them based on reviews and was not at all disappointed.

You don't have to waste your time calling or shopping around any more. This is your tire place ! PERIOD. Don't bother go anywhere else, they replace all my tires on all my cars and trucks. I have many service trucks on the road (Duncklee Cooling & Heating) an we cover eastern CT and Western RI. On top of it, they are super friendly and they are very accommodating with warranty, repairs, (even on site when necessary) and rotations.

I've ordered from Tire Rack online before, and after shipping/taxes/mounting/ balancing at a shop, there's no reason you shouldn't just order through this place and get the service along with it.

5 Stars for a tire shop? YES, BELIEVE IT!! I went in, with out of town plates and a nail in my tire sorta close to the sidewall - totally expecting to get the hard sell for a new tire... NOPE! The quick friendly staff got my truck in the shop immediately, found and plugged the hole, and had it back to me in minutes, as a walk in on a busy morning, for $10!! I couldn't have had a better experience. Also, the spotlessly clean waiting area was nice and cool, with fresh coffee and a clean bathroom. Thank you!!!

Love this place! Every time I have gone, I have been in and out with new tires in 15-20 minutes. Service is excellent, and staff is friendly. And the prices are great! I put tires on my jeep and paid $140 per tire installed. Tire rack had them at $135, but that doesn't include shipping, mounting and balancing. I always recommend The Tire Store to friends and they have been happy as well. Also, just went back for my first rotation at 5000 miles...no charge.

Having recently visited The Tire Store to fix a leaky tire from my dad's truck, I thought I'd receive the same work quality when I brought my car in to fix the alignment. I was told they couldn't fix the alignment until the struts and tie rods were replaced, so I took the car to my mechanic to get their opinion. Come to find out the tie rod and strut's were fine, all that needed to be done was replace the two front tires. The mechanic said this was a common issue with the business, people come after being told they need work done on a specific part only to find out that part is fine. The person doing the alignments needs to learn to do their job.

Great experience. My son shredded one tire and blew out another in a curb mishap today. The guys were able to quickly change the damaged tires, get them balanced and my son back on the road within 30 minutes of being towed in for a reasonable price. I plan to use them again if ever needed.

I strongly anyone who needs tires to go to The Tire Store in East Lyme. We were told at Midas that we needed a new tire, quoted $180. I called the tire store, quoted $145 (and they offer military discount), we get there and they said we didn't even need a new tire. THEN as if it could get any better.... THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR FIXING IT! Amazin!. Highly recommend, great company, and HONEST. We will be going to them for all our tire needs while stationed here in CT.

Bought tires here before and was satisfied, but yesterday my trailer needed a tire. I called and was given an out the door price on the phone. The actual price was $5.40 more. They said it was because I wasn't paying with cash. The ticket was already made out before I pulled out my charge card. A classic bait and switch. I hate being taken advantage of but I felt foolish making a stink about $5. I am looking to buy four tires for another car. Now I will shop more carefully going forward and maybe pay more to a business that does not lie.

I always buy my tires here. The prices are fair and they are really quick. I picked up a nail and had a slow leak, they fixed it on the spot and for free. My mom's tire had a leak and they fixed it for free and she didn't even buy them there. It's not a fancy place but they do a great job.

This is the only place I go to get my tires done. They make every other place seem terrible. They can be a bit busy but that's because they offer such a great service many people want to use them. Even when I bought a new car and needed to get new tires on that car they didn't charge me for the rotation before I bought new tires. They're very nice and easy to work with they just opened up a new office which was a nice surprise. It's got more space and easier to sit in.
