I've been coming to this place for months. For alignments and tire swaps, pretty decent service. Until about 3 weeks ago when we had our first snow storm. Went to for a tire swap from all season to snow tires. Idk what they were thinking when they used the wrong machine to mount my tires onto my aluminum rims!! They were supposed to use the plastic cover, they used the metal! All of my rims got scratched! And I just have bought them months ago. I made sure to never get any type of road rash etc. so for these people to do this to me. I am surely never to come back again. Any ideas of how I dhou proceed with this ? Should I get a lawyer an attorney? Go back there and curse them out and try to get an reimbursement?

Went there to have them remove 2 stuck lug nuts on my truck, which they did quick but then when I asked for a replacement the guy put the wrong lug on and just torqued it down with the Impact gun. Now I have one ruined wheel stud on both my rear tires. Not that big a deal but pretty annoying to me.

The customer service i recieved was shameful. Not sure if the person helping me out is the owner keith must say hes a money hungry guy trying to mooch with no respect for a women and the kids around using abusive language. Extremely rude, trying to be over smart. Moreover he was insulting his co-workers!! With this type business skills they shutting down pretty soon, only if i could have given them minus zero!! Please guys watch out when you step into this place and watch out for KEITH the old guy with the glasses!!!!!!!!

Rude and unprofessional, I was told by the employee “he don’t got time”. Unless I wanted to wait up to 30-60 mins then no he can’t do it at all. He had a horrible attitude. Very disappointed considering my parents been coming here for years.

A waste of my money. I came in to have my tires balanced. They took the key to my car, the guy adjusted the seat and rolled the windows down (not a big deal) but he almost hit something pulling it into the shop, and other customers were allowed to walk around my car and look inside it and basically inspect my car. After they were finished working on it they haphazardly pulled my car out and parked it in the middle of the parking lot. When the guy came in to ring me out he didn't hand me my key back, he then left for 5 mins and then came back to give me my receipt, so as I was leaving I asked if the key was in the car he said yes. He left my car unlocked and running right next to a sign saying they weren't responsible for theft! If they aren't going to be held responsible for theft then don't leave my car running while you still have to ring me out... It still gets worse, he had turned the air conditioning on full blast WITH THE WINDOWS STILL DOWN (when I came in A/C was not on, I didn't even have the fan on). Not only did these people take my money but now they have wasted a large chunk of my gas tank. Overall my experience here was terrible. They were rude and unprofessional. They lack the respect of other people's property and need to understand that they can't treat other individual's cars like their own. It is safe to say that I will never be coming here again.

For years I bought all my tires online, and had the local gas station mount and balance them for $50, but not anymore. A friend suggested I give Fred at Tires & Wheels a try, and I am very happy I did. I have had all of my vehicles tires replaced by Fred at Tires & Wheels and have been 100% satisfied. Just got my pick-up tires replaced (Good Year Wranglers), mounted, and balanced, with new valve stems and a front end alignment for $75 less than buying the tires alone from the least expensive tire warehouses on the internet. The tires are less than 2 months old (49the week of 2011) from manufacturing date, unlike the tires you receive from the larger, well know tire stores. I really can't even imagine that Fred would ever sell someone a used tire on the premise that it was a new tire. Fred gave me a great price on 4 new Good Year Wranglers, new valve stems, mount & balance, and 4 wheel alignment, but $$ is tight for me right now, and Fred let me get 2 tires one week, and the other 2 tires a couple weeks later. I paid 50% of the agreed price one week, and the other 50% another week, and Fred did the alignment on the first visit. No one else would do that!! No Way, No How!! I know of at least 5 people who have gone to Tires & Wheels and have been 100% satisfied. I know I will never go elsewhere. Thanks Fred!!!!

Great, honest people. I am a single female and don’t want to think about how many times mechanics have taken advantage of my ignorance. The people who run Tires and Wheels are beyond professional and kind.In the past, when I thought my tires needed to be replaced, they told me no. That could have been an easy sale, but they were honest and even educated me a bit about tire wear and tear. They now squeezed me in for a cracked tire and are working with me to find the best solution, even though this poor guy is running around like a mad man, trying to take care of everyone. I have purchased my tires here in the past and intend to do so for the rest of my driving career. They treat everyone who walks through their doors with respect. I highly recommend them!!!

BEWARE!!! This place is shady! Dropped off my car for a simple wheel swap, balancing and alignment, was supposed to take an hour. I stopped by for some pizza in a store a mile away and I see my car being driven in by a customer. They gave my car to some random person to drive when I wasn't there!!!!!!!! When I approached the owner he told me to go ---- myself. Beware of this place. Never go there.

Dropped in without an appointment late last Saturday afternoon with a slow leak on the left rear tire of my new car. I was greeted instantly with professionalism and respect. As promised, they had my car up on the lift in 15 minutes, showed me exactly what caused the issue while fixing swiftly, and kept well under their initial price quote. This is now my new Tire Shop for all 3 of my cars, and I will be telling everybody I know to do the same. Go visit Minnie, Keith, Tex, and Louis. They will definitely take care of you!
