Complete rip off, Anthony gave me the wrong tire for my car, after two weeks of giving me the run around on getting me the right tire he says ill give you some of the money back, after I refused he said that he will get me yhe right tire drove to his place a couple of times for him to be close and not even pick up the phone anymore, when I was able to talk to him on the phone pretended to not know who I was and hung up on me and turned his phone off, buyer be aware

THE OWNER SHOULD REMOVE THE WORD 'RELIABLE' FROM SHOPS NAME. SAVE YOURSELF FROM ANGUISH AND TROUBLE AND PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IN SUMMARY, THIS SHOP HAS BROKEN EQUIPMENT, NON WORKING AIR COMPRESSOR, UNTRAINED WORKERS AND THEIR INABILITY TO MOUNT TIRES ONTO THE RIM, FOUL LANGUAGE BEING DIRECTED AT CUSTOMER, UNDER AGE DRINKING/SMOKING, MIGHT AS WELL PAY 20 BUCKS MORE AND GO TO REAL PROFESSIONAL PLACE WITH INDIVIDUALS WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT THATS HOW GOOGLE REVIEWS WORK. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS COMPLETE IDIOT

No Frills ,gave me a good tire and mounted it!No problems!I know I left a good review but come winter, my car which generally drives good in snow was all over the place! Did the quarter test and the tire failed miserably!! My advice Check them first, not just lol at them do the quarter test if it comes to the head they're good!!So I change my rating from 4 stars even tho they change it in driveway and use foul language to one star!

Sketchy. I'm all for someone having a private owned business and making a living for themselves. But this was just odd. Called & got a quote for 2 tires. (Btw, their address is NOT what is presented in pic.. It is NOT 890 bank st. So don't waste your time) Called and asked for address - you can tell it is his cell phone. and I got hung up on. Texted and called multiple times after and nothing. Pretty sure he (Anthony) blocked my number. Not too sure what kind of business this is, but if you want more customers and better reviews - since your rating is obviously not good. I would step up your game, update your information, and get a business phone oh and learn to be more polite....Definitley starting to think the reviews below are fake or close people of the owner..........

Awesome service! These guys really helped us out when we needed 2 tires to be safe driving to Massachusetts. They even went as far as to give us a ride down the street to the atm instead of walking! Super glad we found them!

Horrible horrible experience, In my belief all the reviews that are made below are untrue and possibly made by owner close friends. This the worst place I ever visited in my 19 years of driving history. The equipment is absolutely out of order. Where should I start. Workers inability to open lug-nuts with power tools and blaming the car manufacturer, inability to properly mount brand new tires that I brought with me onto rims and then blaming the tire manufacturer, finally blaming me for buying cheap tires and consistent use of f-word. 4 tire mounts took one and 40 minutes. During installation the air compressor broke down according to this obese worker name Anthony. But this guy was taking lunch break and their was open liquor bottle in clearview. He wanted me to wait 40 more minutes and pay more than 70 dollars for just mounting tires without balancing. If you are still reading, save yourself from pain and anger and just go to a chain store where idiots like these are kept in a straight line.

We called the owner on his personal cell phone and he checked that he had the tire in stock and then he made us drive in the snow and left us waiting outside for 20+ minutes and never came back our. Some random lady who lived up top came down and searched for him and he was no where to be found. She called him and he didn’t even answer. She was rude and down talking the man so avoid at all cost. He was going to make a quick 100 for a tire and blew that. What a joke.

Driving from Boston to Indianapolis we blew a tire oit side of Waturbury. I called and Jose told me they could get a tire on pretty quickly. Less than an hour after blowing the tire on 84 and less than $50 later, we are back on the road. They were great and helpful and saved our trip.
