Took my car for rotation the day before the snow storm. After an hour, my car was ready. I drove off but there were this loud rattling sound coming from my car. My instinct tells me something is not right. All of a sudden, I heard a very loud ‘pop’ sound and my heart jump. The first thing that came to my mind was a puncture tire. I stopped to check and to my shock, the front driver side wheel fell off. I called National Tyre immediately and Doug asked me to stay where I’m and he’ll send his man over. His technician came and were apologetic. After driving my car back to the shop with 3 screws, got it fixed, Doug apologized to me. How can this happen? I’m glad that I wasn’t driving on the highway and no one is injured although I was shocked!

Very down to earth set of guys who helped my girlfriend plug the nails in her tire for a very reasonable price. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Way better than the other franchise tire places in town who were intent on selling her a whole new tire when this one was only 2 months old.

So rude! I had my 7 year old daughter with me idling in my car while I waited for my dad to drop his car off at the neighboring car shop. I wasn’t in their way, or their potential customers way. But they started yelling and swearing at us when they realized we weren’t coming there for tires but instead going to the shop. And honestly, the car shop probably brings a whole lot of business to them just because it’s convenient! I know both my parent and I have gotten tires from them while our car were at the shop! But hey, a part of business is costumer service - which they clearly suck at if they are going to yell and swear at people without any provocation.

I have been going here for years. I do most of the work on our cars myself but I don't have the ability to mount and balance tires. National has always been quick, courteous and a great value. Anytime i have ever 'strayed' and gone to a big chain, i have kicked myself. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

I have purchased many sets of tires from Doug over the years for both commercial and personal vehicles and have sent many people to him. I have just experienced my last dealing with him. I called him and he gave me a price for (4) Goodyear Wrangler tires. Dropped the vehicle to him at 9:30 AM he said it would be ready by Noon. When I got back to pick up the vehicle I found that Doug ordered and installed the wrong tires. He said he would get the correct tires and install them in 3 hours at a cost of an additional $64. When I went to get the vehicle for the 2nd time I questioned the additional charge. This was not my mistake, it was his. I told him I had a problem with the additional charge. I offered to split the difference but, NO, He said I am not losing money on this. Doug immediately instructed his employees to pull the tires off my vehicle. I said no I will pay you your $64 and be done with you. Beware, Doug is not reasonable to deal with.

Purchased tires on-line (tire rack) and had them mounted. Service was very quick and a fair price. He also quoted a great price to replace my wife's tires, which are due. I'll likely take him up on them.

Great service at extremely low jaw dropping prices. I was on a spare tire and purchased a used tire from them and with installation and tax I paid $41.00 . Can't beat the price! Plus I was out in like 10 minutes
