I asked for a quote on some tires nobody stocks around here through their site. Got an answer the next morning via email. Called to set up an appointment, dropped the truck off, they did the work. My truck had the spare on, they went ahead and mounted that back under the truck without being asked. Everyone was friendly and easy going. They didn't try to get me to go with a different tire, they didn't try to up sell me anything. Just tires, mounted, balanced, with new TPMS stems. Everything was done correctly, and cleanly. Reading the experience I had sounds boring. That's because it's supposed to be, it's just tires. I'm very happy with these guys. Highly recommended.

I was in line to pay for my repair. The women in front of me paid with a check. When it was my turn I also had a check. He told me that the number of my check would bounce, and I should go and get cash. I said no, Here's my check. So I had to call my bank and put him on the phone with the banker.( Check was good) I wasn't the only one in line. Embarrassing to say the least! If I could give negative stars I would! Racist or not don't know. A__holes for sure!

This is where you want you want to bring your car or pickup for all your tire,wheel,brake, and exhaust work. They're the best in the area, so you'll almost always need an appointment, unless you're just bringing them a flat tire that you'll install yourself. They're right next to NAPA, so they can get common parts very quickly. They're always busy because the mechanics are very experienced, they work fast, and you won't get overcharged. (like at Town Fair)

Brought my car here in a pinch when my tire was flat. Called ahead to make sure they had my size tire in stock and that it could be done today. It was confirmed so I drove there on my donut (this happened while I was on my lunch break at work). Make sure to let them know I wouldn't be back before they close and someone would be paying over the phone with a credit card. Bill was taken care of over the phone and a new tire was put on. Have a coworker drive me there (had to walk about a mile back to work at lunch) only to find my car was locked and no keys were left in the visor. The business was closed and here I was stranded with no car keys, work keys, or house keys. Absolute nightmare...especially after a hell of a day. There was obviously some serious miscommunication on the employees part. Accidents happen I get it. But now I'm not only out $120 for a new tire but my kia is still in there parking lot, I ruined a brand new screen breaking into my house and I have no transportation to work tomorrow. I will not be returning here once I get my car back. Too many other local businesses looking for business.

The team at Kelly's knows what they're doing. Labor rates are what you'd expect, and they won't try to sell you on the more expensive options. Reliable, and there's a reason why they have many customers that use their shop for everything related to the drive train off their vehicles. Myself included.

Had a flat tire just a few hours before work today (I use my personal vehicle to deliver for work) and they were able to fit me right in! Got the tire repaired and all 4 tires rotated and balanced for a very reasonable price, and I was able to work my shift. Thanks!

I want to like this shop, but they can't follow simple instructions to not change tpms hardware. Had two wheels and a pair of new tires, I specifically asked not to have the sensor hardware/gaskets changed... I was told they would be left alone. When I go to pay, I noticed they had billed me for a new hardware kit for the tpms sensors. Not a huge deal, maybe it was a misunderstanding. Did they offer to remove it from my bill when I specifically asked not to have that work performed? No. What they did tell me is that the gaskets looked bad (shouldn't have even been disassembled to begin with). What really pushed me to the point of wanting to leave a review was the fact that the man behind the counter was completely unwilling to admit any fault, and kept giving me BS reasons why they were replaced. I used to work in a shop for a living, and I know when I'm being lied to.... So take this review for what it's worth. I just don't like seeing dishonesty in this industry, because I am part of this industry. There is a reason most regular customers do not trust mechanics. On the plus side, they did not scratch my powdercoated wheels, so I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

Forced me to replace broken wheel sensors citing safety concerns then let me drive away with the sensor lights still on saying they'll go off eventually. 50 miles later its still on. Also handed me a broken center cap and said "i think this is yours". It was mine and wasn't broken before i got there. As I was leaving a guest of the staff muttered "go screw himself" as I was leaving. Never have I been treated this poorly by a place. Overpriced, under knowledged, and blatantly rude.

We were heading out of town for vacation--noticed a bolt in the tread of our tire and stopped by Kelly's Tire to have it checked. Dennis checked the tire, got the car on the lift, repaired the tire and we were on our way very quickly.
