I called to schedule tire installations for two cars, but I didn't need to buy any since I purchased them new online (I can never find the right tire size and model at these places because my car is designed for lower profile 205 R4017). But I sensed customer service was a bit erked. Essentially was told I'm not prioritized as a "real customer" because I hadn't purchased tires from them first, and I would need to wait till next week to be penciled in, ah well.. off to the next Google entry.

This place is ok, however when I called I was quoted one price for a used tire ($40) and once I was there the price quadrupled. I paid for a "new" tire $69, $12 for mounting and even $3 for disposal of the old tire. I've frequented used tire shops before and this was the 1st time I had to pay $90. Talk about sticker shock!

Flat tire, called and they were able to match the tire and have it the next day at 10am, I called at 11am and verifed they had the tire, set up appointment for 2pm, drove in and someone met me as I got out of the car and started the work immediately, new tire in place, nuts tightened, donut tire put back in place, checked air pressure on all tires, paid, done in 15 minutes, great service, tipped, drove away happy.

I wouldn’t even give them one star service sucks no customer service skills at all called early in the morning to get rims changed said it would only be and hour came back hour and half later truck wasn’t even touched said I was going to another shop and the rude employee just threw the rims in the back of my truck like it was a piece of plastic told him I would do it my self so he doesn’t crack my rims he threw it even harder then started cursing and saying he was going to shoot me would never go there again wouldn’t recommend anyone to go

First time going here today...very pleased. Prices are low, but more importantly they're super honest. They don't try to sell you garbage you don't need. Steering wheel was shaking all of a sudden and it turns out my tires needed rebalancing. Issue was taken care of in 15 minutes!

I always get my tires from here as the prices are at least $200 less than other places with alignment and installation. I went to this tire shop today. The guy at front desk was so rude. Unbelievable. I was front of three people .this guy decided to ignore me and call those behind me forward. I was so disgusted I left. Never will I go there again. Not recommend to anybody. If you pick and choose your customer that's is disgusting. Specially my first time ever there.. Very disappointed....

Bad experience,told Rich employee if I need to replace the tire I don't want to do anything,because my vehicle is all wheel drive,3min later his employee came out with the tire and rim separately I told him to put the tire back on the rim,he said Rich will charge me,and he got upset that I told him to put it back on,he was cursing and acting like he wanted to fight me,ignorant shouldn't be working their if you are not customer service friendly. You shouldn't be working at the tire shop.i still get my tire back on the rim,because I had the spare b4 i went to them.

Today I had a tire blowout on a small landscaping trailer that just happened to be right in front of Joes, so I limped the trailer into the parking lot. Immediately a tech came out, removed the tire, and put a new one on. I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes for just the cost of the tire. Can’t thank you enough. Good people here

I had previous dealings with Joe's (all positive) and took my car there for a second opinion. The service technician at Joe's Tire Shop checked my tires and declared them in fine condition. Joe's could have profited off of my situation, but chose not to in the interest of honesty and long-term business. Highly recommended!

Ive never been so insulated in my life . I grew up in waterbury and Joe tire shop has been around for years. I've used then years ago and never had an issue . So in Aug I'm tire pressures light came on and I was leaving on a trip so I ran to them and had it looked at they told me I had a stem valve leak and that if I wanted it fixed with the sensor it's would cost around 95 dollars . I asked the guy if I had an issue would it be warranted he said yes not problem . Well today I went back down there about a month later and I told them the light was on . They said there was a couple of cars ahead of me . So I left my car with them told them I would leave it their just had to go somewheres real quickly and come right back , when I returned the gentleman told me I had a stem valve leak I told him they just fix it a month ago the man became very rude and pretty much called me a lair and told me it wasn't that tire because the stem was old look at it he went and grabbed one . Told me it must of been the back passinger tire I've must of rotated them . And the original guy agreed with him he also stated that it wasn't the brand they used . I was upset and left without it fixed . When my son came home from school I asked him if he remembered what tire was fixed and my son said mom the fixed the front driver side tire . I also called my father's mechanic because before last winter he also fixed one and put all new tires on my car when I asked he said he replaced the back right . This company apparently feels that they have the right to rip off female customers and it is not right I highly do not recommend to ever go to them they are very rude and if you were a female they will try to take advantage of you.

Had a lug that had just started to round off and couldn't remove my tire, went to the counter to ask if they could assist. Was told "Not even gonna look at it, maybe the end of next week." I get if you are busy but being rude isnt acceptable. Another local shop walked over used an impact wrench and was done. Took me longer to place this review than the service did. Oh, and when I asked how much? Was told nothing, no worries. I gave them a $20 and said buy the garage coffee for me. That's how you take care of a customer. Wont return to Joe's...ever.

A nice breath of fresh air for a tire shop! I've been going to Town Fair for years because they're convenient and can price match which, after doing some research on what tires I want/need, will get me a decent deal. Basically, I hit debris in the construction zone on 84 and had a flat tire. Unfortunately, we knicked the sidewalk and in an AWD vehicle knew that more or less I would need to get all four replaced. After searching around, I knew what price I could get BUT decided to give Joe's a call because I was fed up with the wait times and the normal shanangigans Town Fair tries. Joe's gave me a price match and, in my opinion, gave me better quality tires. Overall, I was in and out in 1 hour and for the price I paid (we had a tight budget) I was super happy. Highly recommended and definitely going to be sharing their business with everyone.

Worst service ever they try giving me a use tire after I paid for a brand new tire and I cought them in a lie and they they said sorry we didnt mean to do it so I ask for my money back and took it to another tire shop and those slugs owe me 5 dollar smfh
