I have 80K BMW M3 with 1k a piece wheels....I had a terrible result at Town Fair and will NEVER go back again (scratched the wheel and TQ the wheels to almost 200 ft lb, and it was not easy to get these things fixed) I had a great experience here @ J&M, Im that crazy customer who babies their car and worries about others touching it. They listened, took my recommendations and provided me with reassurance the car was in good hands and indeed it was. all the while providing me with quick turnaround and GREAT pricing on special MAX SUMMER tires. This is my tire go to place in Southington from here on out (10/12/2016 ) Shop is paved and clean, young eager workers who really care about their product and outcome. will 100% return and recommend for any future tire needs

Awesome tire shop. Been dealing with John, Mark and the gang for almost 20 years, and they provide great service and reasonable prices. Nice variety of tires, both new and used. They always give you all the options to choose from. High end all the way down to economy. Free rotation and flat fixes. Usually can get you in and out, unless it's a special order or the day before a snow storm! Highly recommend!

First time using J&M Tire. Called this morning and spoke to Chad who helped me out with two tires for my truck. I was looking for some A/T tires to match the ones I already had. He recommended a couple of "used" tires that were basically brand new he had off another truck. Saved me a few bucks. Everyone there was very friendly. This is my new tire spot FOR LIFE! I desperately needed 2 new front tires and I thought I needed a new rim. They could've taken me for a ride and charged me ridiculous prices like other tire shops I've been to. It's very obvious that I know nothing about cars and tires haha. They seemed to know what they were doing... but then i saw one of their guys cleaning the bead seat on my aluminum rim with a steel wire wheel- a big no! People in this field should know about dissimilar metals corrosion. It's a great way to wreck a set of rims. Otherwise they did good work for a great price.

Being new to the area, and with a new car in hand, I admittedly had no idea who to turn to when I needed to swap out the summer tires for a winter snow tire/wheel package. After researching and reading through reviews, I settled on John and his team at J&M tire. One of the best decisions I’ve made for my car since I purchased it. As I learned from stopping into the shop, John *KNOWS* his tires. Not only was he able to help me navigate several technical issues specific to my car, he and the team were able to get me a complete set of snow shoes + rims for an extremely reasonable price (I actually netted out at a price point that was almost exactly what I had anticipated at the start of the process). Beyond all the help with the tires themselves, the service is also extremely fast! Although I brought work to do, I didn’t even have time to open the laptop and get started before they finished my car!) I’m so glad that I found John and his crew, and highly recommend J&M for all of your tire needs!

Some greeted me outside when he saw me coming in with my tire. He asked what the problem was, took it from me right away. He came out after a very short wait with the repaired tire. I thought the charge was very reasonable. I thought customer service like that was a thing of the past.

I visited J&M tires after recommendations from my coworkers. I was looking to change tires just before the winter and J&M helped me a lot. They personally checked my tires and recommended several option to choose from. Also provided good suggestion to take care of the tires. Few months down the line, i had a small nail in my tires and was getting a flat tire within every week. I went to J&M, and they patched my tires fir free and also rotated them. I highly recommend them for any tire related questions help. Great service and very nice people!!

We needed a new tire since one of our current ones was defective and had a bulge. Our mechanic doesn't do tires so he told us it would take 3-4 hours since they bring it to Town Fair Tire, which is kinda ridiculous. Called Town Fair Tire and they quoted us $130, which is fair, but turns out they had horrible reviews and people had all sorts of bad experiences there. I found this place in a google search, saw it had great reviews, and when I called I was told the whole thing (tire, mounting and balancing) would be $65! We were in and out in all of 20 minutes, the owner was personable and amazing, and the whole experience was just absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

Wouldn't go back. Brought my car in for used tires, i had a specific size request for my car. he said he had something, and "we'll figure it out when you get here" He told me it would be about 280-300 for 4 tires mounted and balanced. I showed up the next day and he tells me its going to be 340 for the tires, because the only ones he had were "really good tires". I went with it, Turns out they are cheap chinese made tires, that i could have bought for $88 a piece new online. They vibrate like crazy at 40mph. On the rear tires, they took a giant chunk of rubber out of the sidewall mounting it somehow. (they actually did this to a friends car on brand new tires, and when he asked them to fix it... aka replace the tire, they just cut it out with a razor and told him thats all he gets.) which is why i never bothered to have them fix it. The kid had an attitude, And the only reason i went here was because they happened to have the size tire i needed in stock. I wouldn't go back. basically i spent $350 on tires that i still need to replace because they are all junk. Dont trust this crook

I got a screw in my tire and was told it wasn't repairable. I went to J&M for a replacement tire and was told by one of the owners that it in fact was repairable! I was in & out faster than I imagined possible at a tire shop. The owner was awesome and honest! I highly recommend them for your tire needs!

We were losing air in one of our RV tires. J&M were able to help right away. They found that our valve cap was defective and letting air out. They confirmed no other issues. Then topped off the air in all 6 RV and 4 toad tires. Just $35 and we are back on the road and headed home! Thanks to all!

iPhone that hundred sixty bucks for two tires was a little expensive I went to Don Stevens and Town Fair. these people want two hundred bucks a hit. It all depends on what you want I used to get tires for a fleet of trucks and walk out about 300 bucks

I got there and nobody was at the desk and waited for about 30min until somebody showed up and he didnt even make eye contact, then decided to look at everyone and walked out... then when some one came in and he didnt know who was next and jus helped the next person he saw first while others are waiting for help for about 1hr... and then he takes off again... i look over the desk and both his phone are unplugged and hear someone say he didnt want to take any calls.... very unprofessional place and have no order and not well managed they lost a costumer and hopefully more
