The service itself and the expected time were spot on. If you decide to go here, please be mindful of your bill. On both drop-off and pick-up, I was up charged $80 for two different things. I was initially told these were taxes. Easy mistakes to make, I'm sure. Just be aware when you receive your quote and go to pay.

**UPDATE** See below for the pre-canned response "from owner". I did NOT contact them back, as of yet. My review stays. ------------------ Never again. I purchased tires for a black friday deal with every bit of coin I had. Show up to my appointment and immediately they tell me its over $100 more. So i ask again, same answer. I then asked for any inventory that's cheaper. The "lady" behind the counter barely even glanced at her work station before stating no. She claimed the only tires they had that fit my truck, were the pre ordered tires at that price. I contested the price again before she saw the "mistake" and then lowered the price back down. Fast forward about 40 minutes later and the store calls me. Stating ALL my Lug nuts were bad and had to be forcibly removed. That cost of these Lug nuts would be around $100. I stated I should have been called before they were all removed as I didnt have but 40 dollars for groceries until pay day. That money was to feed my child. They said they would call back. Minutes later they call me to state that the lugnuts could be replaced for $40. Really, you remove all Lug nuts and charge me without calling first, to ensure I could afford it. Then you call back saying you'll take all the money I have for food. WHAT A JOKE. Had you called first, I would have paid for the single bad lugnut and drove off until I could afford to come back the following week. But you were confident you could attempt to upsell me, twice. Pssst! Here's a little secret. My Lug nuts were fine. Sure its possible that one or so may have failed. There's some probability in that sure. But what i didn't tell you at the counter was, I had just put on used tires to get me through Christmas, i did this myself (as I have many many times) and my lug nuts were fine. I spoke to someone else when I got back to the store and demanded either my old Lug Nuts or the new free (I didn't cause a scene). They never even offered or considered to show them too me. I'm sure you can guess why. The cherry on top: I leave with my truck and noticed my passenger window was rolled down and off the track. Nobody told me this. Why would you roll down the passenger window? And if you damage it, why not own up to it. Thanks GoodYear. I'm now driving with a taped window as an attempt to keep heat in my vehicle. If i fix it myself, that $75 you cost me. But i don't have that money right now. Looks like you did get me to spend extra, even if it means spending it at AutoZone, to fix my passenger window.... What a joke. It took me a while to right this as i was so upset. I decided to publish it after i read all the other reviews that state same situations. I will go to Wal-Mart for new tires well before I go GoodYear again, and thats saying something.

I can't believe this center has any bad reviews. This afternoon, a nail in our parking garage (we live downtown) gave us a flat rear tire. After managing to remove the flat tire and placing the spare, I called this center to see how soon I could bring the tire in for a repair. The individual on the phone was very kind and told me I could bring the tire in right then, and that they would try their best to get it repaired before the end of the day. I dropped it off roughly 20 minutes later, and they told me they would give me a call when it was repaired. Roughly an hour later, they called me and let me know it was repaired. Due to the difficulty I had getting the spare tire onto the vehicle, I asked if they could place the repaired tire back on the vehicle. They said they could fit it in this afternoon. I brought the vehicle in, and in 20 minutes, they had replaced the repaired tire, put away the spare properly (a puzzle, to say the least), and aired up all the rest of my tires. Then, they told me it was on them today. They went out of their way to help me out in a bind today, and then they didn't charge a penny. They have my repair and maintenance service from now on, and I hope this review convinces others to do the same! Thanks!

Live at Riley Towers the location is perfect. Had a recurring flat that made me think it was time to get new tires. Dropped it off before work and picked it up after. Reasonable price (~$450) for 4 decent tires.

My truck was broken down in the parking lot ACROSS THE STREET from Goodyear on Lee Drive, in the parking lot by snap fitness and papa johns.I walked over to Goodyear and guy at the desk told me he would not send a guy over to look at my truck and i would have to get it towed across the street. The guy was a dick. They have lost my business.

Called ahead to ask how long it was going to be to change a headlight. They said about an hour, so I decided to wait there while it was getting done. Came back every 30 minutes to tell me I was next and they're about to get it done. Took 3 and 1/2 hours.

Friendly staff, quick service and I've never had a problem with any work performed. They are quick to honor warranty work and will fit you in their schedule in case of emergency (flat tire x2 for this guy). I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't go here. Came in for new tires and an oil change and they said I was first in line and it would take an hour and a half. Almost 4 hours later and i've seen five different people come and go in that time. I could understand if it was busy but the place was empty almost the whole time. Just don't bother

We have taken our cars here a couple times now. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a local shop to help us when needed. Every time we go in, they are kind, courteous, upfront and direct and honest. Pretty much everything you could hope for in a shop. Most recently they worked on our car and things did go quite as planned. My wife was dealing with this and they had the opportunity to totally take advantage of us but being reputable and honest people, they did the right things keeping us informed the whole time and not shaking us down. For as long as I can foresee they have us as customers for future business as well as recommendations to friends and family.

Drop off my 2015 benz C300 for a visual break inspection because my front break was making loud noises (they told me it’s free because it’s just a visual inspection). Half day later received a call, the technician told me they spent two hours fixing it and the noises are gone. It’s ready for pick up, and it cost $160 for the labor. I told them I would not pay a dime because the repair was done without any notification and my authorization. They reduced the cost to $120 when I went to pick up my car, but I still refuse to pay because it was an unauthorized repair. I left the shop with my car key, there was no arguing or anything. When I started driving and apply pressure on the break, the same noise was still there. Not to mention that they bend my wheel nut lock tool. What a joke.

Went to get a plug in a tire that had a hole in it. I knew it was a big hole by how quickly it was losing air. They were the first place open on a Sunday with availability and probably the closest to my house. Turns out I needed 2 back tires, which I kinda figured, since the tred looked really low when I was filling the super flat tire. Also had an oil change, price was reasonable for what I got and they were quick and professional. I will definitely return!!

"WARNING" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...I would give this place a Zero if I could also. My daughter brought her 01 Dodge Stratus here to have the water pump changed about two weeks ago ($611.00). As soon as she got it back she calls me and says that her car would hardly start and will hardly run. I told her to call them and have them check the timing because they had to remove the timing belt to change the water pump and they probably got the cams out of time. They sent a tow truck to get it because she could hardly get it to run.They looked it over and said that the timing was fine. But she needed new plugs, wires and fuel system cleaned ($350.00). I told her no I would come down Saturday and do that. After changing everything the car still would hardly run and so we took it back again. I asked them to check the timing again because the engine was really running rough. They said that they would check it out again on Monday. Monday afternoon they called and said that they checked it again and it was good. but it had a bad vacuum leak. So I said fix it. So the next day I had to call them and they said that they had fixed the leak but it was still not running good. But that it was running that way when we brought it in. They said they did not want to waste any more time on it. So I needed to pick it up and take it somewhere else because they didn't want to mess with it. ($170.00 more money). I Borrowed a car dolly and went and picked it up and brought it back home to Lake Charles. After tearing it down and taking the timing belt covers (which were all cracked up)off found that both cams were one tooth off. After setting the timing right and putting it back together it runs great again. Big mistake taking it to this establishment. Should have towed it home and did it my self. It would have cost a lot less. I do not suggest that you use this establishment for any of your problems. I wish my daughter would have read the reviews before taking her car to this place. Wish i could put NEGATIVE STARS...Terrible place I recommend this place to no one. First off I brought my car in and they told me I had a nail in the front left tire.. Took it to Indy tire a couple days later... NO NAIL. Also they wanted to charge me $500 for a new tire because I have run flats which they said couldn't be repaired. Come to find out they can be.... Don't bring your car here, they will give you false information.

Had a friend take an explorer here for inspection they said it had to of been in a flood because their was rust underneath and not safe. Keep in mind this is a 2006 and the Frames are one piece and completely solid these frames are almost impossible to completely rust through unless it sat in a river for it's entire life and never moved. The car had no electrical issues and everything was fine so then I decided to have them bring it to an actual Ford Dealership they said yes it has rust but every car in Michigan has rust. Trust me if you need a car inspection don't go here. If you need tires goto Budget Tire they're way cheaper.

I have been going to this Goodyear location for three years now. Every time I go for an oil change, the customer service has been great and the lobby is always clean. Larry, the head manager, took the time to take me into the shop to show me how thin my rear tire brake pads had become and answered all my questions about the replacement process and costs. Definitely make an appointment for any service. This is a busy Goodyear, but I have never had any problems with my service when I make an appointment. I recommend this location to friends.

I will never go back to this store again. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for new tires. Well, the price I was quoted was not the price when I got to the store. Something in the back of my mind told me to ask the guy at the counter how much would I be charged. Well, it's a good thing I did! I was quoted a price that was almost $100 dollars more. When the guy told me this, I said well this is not what I was quoted at all. Do you think the guy even tried to look into the issue? Ummmmm, no!!!! He just told me, maybe they were on sale. I told him no they were not, it was the regular price. Now if I would've been stupid and just went along with the price, I would have been out of an extra $100 bucks. Soooo, I left and said I will reschedule. And the more I thought about it, the more mad I got! So, I called the Goodyear Tire in East Peoria. Well, for the same tires I was gonna get at the Goodyear Tire in Pioneer Park, the store in East Peoria had the same exact tires for the price I was originally quoted by the store in Pioneer Park. Hmmmmmm, now how in the world could this happen? The moral of this story is, DO NOT GO TO GOODYEAR TIRE IN PIONEER PARK IN PEORIA, IL. You will get cheated out of money big time!!!!

Have bought tires there on 3 occasions and had two oil changes done during 2017. This is a corporate owned and run center and customer service lets you dictate what you want/need done. They never have tried to upsell me for items/services I didn't need or want. Tires are very reasonably priced. Full synthetic oil change (and complimentary tire rotation) is less expensive than Jiffy Lube & Castrol Lube Express synthetic oil change.

The guys at Goodyear are great. I went camping Memorial Day weekend 2hours from home and my truck brakes over heated. I called around and they were the only service station that would look at it, despite their aIready full load. I dropped it off Saturday morning and they found the issue and repaired it the same day. 2 weeks ago, I phoned made an appointment at the Goodyear Service Center on Johnson Drive for oil service and to check a tire that had a leak on my 2010 KIA Forte. I was on time, “Mark” checked me in and he was friendly, personable and funny. Made me feel as though I knew what he was talking about and stated that it could take up to 1 hr. they were really busy. Ok, I told him that I had to wait & had my Shih Tzu with me for company. These guys welcomed both myself and Shih Tzu as though they had known us for years. Oil Service finished in less time than stated and they checked my tire and it was split so “Stephen” looked up the type of tire I had purchased in the past and gave me an even better price on it than before. Both gentleman were very courteous and explained everything. GREAT service and I have told everyone that I know what a great experience a boring oil service was. I will be back. Thank you guys.

I went to get a flat changed at this place because Walmart was out of my size. I asked the clerk if he could change to now because I really need to get back to New Orleans. He said yes, and I proceeded to wait over an hour and a half to get my tire changed. Apparently now means an hour to these people. Completely rediculous. And also, I got home to realize they took my donut spare! In addition to my initial flat tire, which they used the rim from.

Very good service. I called around 8 am and had a complete brake job with 2 new rotors placed on the back, front end alignment and break fluid flush and they were done in less than 2 hours. I would recommend them to everyone.

They take too long (5 hours) to install one tire even on a good day. The manager at the front desk comes off as friendly and more then happy to sell you a set of tires or services but gets hostile if you have an issue or question and then disappears.

Had ac work done on my truck there charged me over 1100 dollars had to take back 3 times because it was blowing hotter air more than before I brought it in. Finanly I took to Gordon and Sandifer guys there fixed under an hour Goodyear had put the wrong office tube in. Another time I had a car brought over there for alignment and they forgot to tighten my control arm. Almost got in wreck because of it. In addition employee hit car and they did not tell me till a week later. Stay away from this place they are the worst mechanic shop in town and way over priced and have safety issues.

Fantastic service from everyone at this particular Goodyear location. I know nothing and I haven't had a better experience with mechanics at any other place I have ever gone for auto work. Often the employees make me feel dumb instead of answering my questions. Here, at the north Good year service in Rochester, MN, they were considerate and kind and explained things without an attitude. I would call it refreshing. Thanks guys. John, you are nice.

I live in the apartments right by this shop so I decided to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. First, when I dropped my car off I clearly asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked what kind of car I drive and basic information. He wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask what type of oil I wanted, didn’t tell me that they would call when my car is done. It seemed that I was being charged for a synthetic oil change. I normally get conventional, but I assume because my car was old he decided to give me the better option. Fast forward to picking my car up. I had looked up a couple coupons, one was $5 a conventional oil change and the other was $10 a synthetic oil change. I asked the guy behind the counter which coupon was applicable to my order (being polite because I didn’t want to assume and look stupid). He said, “we gave you a conventional oil change so we can only give you the $5 off.” I received my receipt and when I looked I had been charged for a synthetic oil change AND they didn’t even rotate my tires. Convenience isn’t worth it, will NOT go back.

My teenage daughter had a low tire pressure alert, since I wasn’t with her I called ahead to see if they could take her. The service associate on the phone was polite, helpful and quick to offer assistance. She got to the tire center and had the leak patched in no time! So relieved to have that type of business be willing to help out a kid in need! Will return for tires when needed for sure! Thank you Goodyear!!!

We threw the power steering pulley on our way past Albany on a Saturday morning trip through Georgia. A quick Google of any nearby service stations led us to Goodyear and Jay, our mechanical savior. Not only did he fit us in on what looked like a busy morning with, of course, no appointment due to the emergency nature of our problem, but he also got us on our way quickly at a far lower cost than we'd feared. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly! I hope we don't break down on our troops in the future, but Goodyear and Jay made this unexpected pit stop a great surprise in the end.

This Goodyear is the best Auto Service I have ever gone too! I will never go to another Auto Service now that I have been to Goodyear at 16006 FL-54 Odessa, FL 33556. I give 2 thumbs up to Al and Andy!!! They are very kind, informative, caring, and professional. They have the best customer service skills and they really know what they are doing. They also were very honest. They ordered parts for my car although I asked if they can reuse the parts I had. Went to buy a used Toyota RAV4 in the area, noticed a buzzing sound on the test drive. One of the mechanics accompanied me on a ride along for free and told me right away it was a transmission issue. Saved me a lot of time and money.

Called a few places prior to calling Goodyear. All either didn't have the tire size I needed in stock or were priced way to high. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Goodyear was the best price. They also had no wait. I was in and out in less than a half hour. And even though they offered me some upsell services, they were not pushy when I declined. Jacob was professional and handled everything great.

Took my truck in to get a alignment. Was told it was ready and needed 4 tires I got new tires on the truck and the alignment was still off and pulling. Store manager said he didnt have time to fix my truck and i should go somewhere else. Had to call the home office to have it sorted. Alignment is still way off never again.

I had a nail in one of my tires. I went to many places and the waiting time was unbelievably long; some up to 3 to 4 Hrs. I drove into their office on Dec 1 and explained my situation. Even though I had no appointment they were kind enough to take my case regardless of their busy schedule. For this I am scoring them 5 stars.

Great, friendly service! I showed up around 7:30am because my car was saying that my right front tire had low air pressure. Not only did the man working offer to fill up my tires for me, he noticed that my valve caps were missing and put some used ones on for free. I drove away feeling taken care of and without paying a cent. I'll definitely be willing to spend money there next time I need tires!

I brought my car in to get a flat tire swapped out. they swapped tires and i went about my night. the next day my tire was flat again. I brought it back to find out that the mechanic slapped my flat tire right back on, thinking it was the new tire. Unbelievable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. WAY overpriced. I had a dead battery and also my check engine light was on. They replaced the battery for 400 bucks and I pick up the car to start driving and I get about 10-15 minutes away and the car is stopping and going. It wouldn't even go over 30mph. Something major was wrong. I took it back to them and left it overnight and in the morning got a call that "nothing is wrong with it" and how they took it out for a good hour and found nothing. They also dismissed my comments like I had made them up. Just not friendly at all and there are definitely better and cheaper places out there. I also had to call to see if it was ready the first time and they claimed they had called me. I received no such call and had my phone on loud all day just to receive that call because I wanted to pick my car up as soon as it was ready. Never stepping foot in that place again.

I recently purchased a complete set of tires. Today I found a nail in one. When I called to have it repaired, I requested that I be able to drop the car off at 8:30am (the local store in Kona opens at 7:00am). I was rudely told no, I have to wait until 9:00. I explained I would drop it off and return for it later. I was asked what part of "no" I didn't understand. I asked for a supervisor and the employee hung up on me. I certainly will never purchase a Goodyear product again, nor will I recommend friends or family do business with them!

So I’ve been taking my car to the same GoodYear in Richmond, KY since 2016. A guy that works there, Jackie, would come shop at Lowe’s and i would go to the GoodYear he worked at. It seemed like a good working relationship. So, I took my car in today for a routine oil change and asked them to check if my tires needed rotating because i didn’t realize that’s something to do till my mom mentioned it. I made the mistake of saying I’m not sure what all needed checked and long story short, they come out with a whole list of stuff that needs worked on totaling OVER A $1,000! So i ask for a quote and call up my friends Matt and Josh. They inspect my car, go through the entire list of things on the quote and SHOW ME that none of the things on the list needed to be done. In one of the pictures Josh is seen holding the filter thing that supposedly needed to be replaced and it is CLEAN almost brand new!!! THAT IS NOT ALL! Josh went ahead and checked to see if they were doing the oil changes correctly and they HAD BEEN PUTTING THE WRONG OIL IN!!!! The required oil is printed right on the cap so there is no excuse for them putting the wrong oil in. SO. To say the least, i am thankful to God that i have such great guy friends who have my back & are so knowledgeable in areas that i am not. They literally saved me over $1,000.

I brought my Ford F-150 to this shop on Stuart for rear end scrubbing. They ran a diagnostic and found everything wrong except for what I came in for. I was told I needed new brakes, rotors, and bearings that totaled $1300. I paid them after all this and 2 days later I have the scrubbing again. I take it back to Goodyear and I am told they can’t fix it, and that I need to go to the dealer. They should have told me this prior to performing the work. Never ever will I let them service my truck or buy tires from them. My business partners will also not use their services.

I had such a great experience at Goodyear Auto Service. They have an amazing staff, very fair, friendly, treated me with respect and a nice smile (The front desk is nicely dressed. Randy at the front desk was very professional and courteous. He did not give me an odd look when I rudely had to take a call during my service (it was a doctor's call). So at 9am, I scheduled an appointment online for a simple oil change at 11am on a Monday. In fairness it did say 3 hour wait, which I just assumed was a "maximum" wait so that no one will take the estimate too seriously. But I dropped it off, and waited. I called at 4pm (5 hours later), and they said they still haven't gotten to it, and might take another hour or so to get to it. Finally got it back at 530. Why in the world do you have an appointment system then? Why did I get no warning at the desk? I now see other reviews about it taking absurdly long and about someone not even getting oil put in?

If possible, I would give these people 0 stars. Terrible experience trying to replace a starter. My car died in front of the donut shop next door, so I walked over asking if they could take a look at it. They told me no problem and they could get me in first thing...fast forward a day and $500 later. I never once was called by them to tell me diagnosis, I did all of the calling. They ordered the wrong starter and I only found out after calling them that afternoon. Was told on several occasions by the manager that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I got to the shop around 6:30 and the right starter was still not there. Once again, I was told that my car would be ready and they would stay until the labor was finished. Not 5 minutes after my ride left, the manager approached me and apologized because she wasn't thinking about how long the labor would actually take. She proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn't be ready until the following morning. This place sucks and I will never be back again. Horrible service.

On Saturday I made an appointment for service for 10AM the following Monday. I spoke directly with David in the garage to make the appointment. He estimated that the repair would take at least 30 minutes, but no longer than an hour. Came here to get a standard oil change since they are located right next to my house. I have brought two cars here over time always at least wondered if they even changed the oil filter, never seemed too friendly. This last time however, after draining all the oil out of my oil pan, decided they couldn't get the pin to fit back in because the pan was stripped, wanted me to order a 500$ oil pan because 100$ ones online they said they would not put in my car for me. I had to push my car in the parking lot. lose 2 days of work having no car so I could overnight the parts and fix it in their parking lot. While I was upset over going in for a 30$ Oil change and leaving with a over 600$ bill. They manager of the place was sure to tell me who ever has been changing my oil has been using a power tool to put the pin back in which has stripped the threads of the pan. I kindly reminded him they where the last ones to change my oil...

Even when I called the associate on it, he said "well we don't have that size here"... Absolute BS. UPDATE: Another shop (Adamson Chevrolet) reports that Goodyear must have tried to remove the tire but couldn't, and they damaged the tire itself in the process. Then they lied about it and said it was " already off the bead when it came in." LIARS.

When I visit this shop for the first time, I couldn't remember his name, he went out to the other location in Port Richey to pick up a tire that I need. It was a walk-in and they went out of their way to get things done. Customer service here is outstanding. I went back here again and met with Mike. Amazing customer service skill and helpful. I imagine there's good and theres bad experiences everywhere, but here my Fiancee went in to get her tires rotated, and oil changed. Service was less expensive than it would have been for me to put in my normal royal purple, they used synthetic blend. The discussion was you could go longer with the blend than regular oil, and even longer with full syn. All of this is true, but then it was brakes need replacing, rotors and pads. I understand a threshold is a threshold on certain items. I just don't appreciate the "woman present, fix a ton" kind of thing. Guy was polite, but didn't rotate the 5th wheel on the back of our jeep. May not be standard practice anymore, but used to be. Came back with a nail in the tire (next day) couldn't be patched according to the guy. Again, he may be right, and he was professional and polite. I just got a lot of we don't do that, we don't do this etc. Take your vehicle there, just be certain what you need, what you want, and be careful of the dirty street around it . I live within yards of the place and got a nail from there and home. (Seriously 500 yards or less , totally not goodyear's fault, but I felt weird when I came in upon the already started conversation he was having with my fiance)

0 stars is more accurate. Cordial demeanor but don't be fooled. Be very, very careful before bringing any vehicle in there for tires or any service. 1) Their maintenance "checklist" is abused to pressure you to authorize more work than is necessary 2) They may try to sell you tires contradicting best practices - for example, mixing different tires on the same axle. 3) They are not diligent about paperwork or executing the Florida Estimate agreement before looking at your vehicle etc. Varies depending on who you're dealing with there. Sometimes customers leave their premises without being given any written records whatsoever of mechanical diagnosis or work done. 4) You are best advised to take your business elsewhere

Don’t get your oil changed at this location! A month after the oil change my 2016 Tacoma was making a loud rattle noise when driving down the road. I took the truck to the Toyota dealership and they said the loud noise was created person that last changed the oil. The dealer mechanic showed me the skid pan was about to fall off the truck, as none of the bolts were tighten. I took the dealer invoice to this Goodyear location and asked to speak to the manager. Juan identified himself has the manager, so I showed him the dealer invoice about the skid pan. His response “Things like that happen”. I told him I don’t expect this type of service from a certified mechanic. I told him I would write an opinion on the internet about Goodyear service at this location. Then Juan got the real store manager (Alan Brietenstine) who apologized by said my truck didn’t have a skid pan. He said only the Tundra’s had skid pans. I told him to Google skid pans on a 2016 Tacoma and left the store.

Never coming back! I went to get an oil change and they offered free tire rotation. They only rotated one side of the car, when we told them they did the other side. I was on the highway the next day and my front wheel blew. I went elsewhere to get a new tire and they tested the pressure on my wheels. They told me the pressure is not supposed to be that low and my other tire would have ended up bursting as well. Goodyear basically made me pay more than I had to, no thanks and not professional.

I was told that two relatively new tires needed to be replaced. One had "dry rot" and the other had a nail in the tread. Another mechanic from a different garage said that the tires were fine, but the manager at Goodyear insisted that I was putting my life at risk. Fearing for my safety, I agreed to the new tires. After the tires were installed, they called to say I needed an alignment. Another $89 for 6 months. When I asked why I was not told before the tires were installed or at the time that I came in, they rudely commented that its there in the "fine print". I would not recommend this store. Their goal is clearly to sell you tires and add fees at the end.

I was in town due to a family emergency and when I was leaving to go to the hospital on a Saturday morning, I realized I had a flat tire. I had to get to the hospital so I took one of my parents' cars. When I was finally able to get my car in to Goodyear, it was almost 2pm and they close at 5. They were very busy but after I explained my situation, they said they could get it done. They did not have time to balance the tires but notified me that another Goodyear location in my town (Richmond) would be able to do it for free if I showed them my receipt.

Would give it a 0 star if I could. If you enjoy expensive surprises this is your place. Took my car for inspection only for it to be rejected because headlights out of alignment by 1/8" which is BS because we rarely drive the car, and it had no problem passing last year. Asked Eddie to define what the failure is, and he said to call the state troopers. If you can't deal with customer complaints then how are you enforcing these charges? But, I was in "luck" because the Eddie and Henry said they can fix the problem for me. Instead of charging me an hour for the job, he would only charge me 1/2 hour, and it would be 52 dollars. Did some research and the job takes less than 10 minutes. Avoid this place at all cost. I have heard from others how they will nickel and dime you, but first time I experienced it. I will take this to another shop, and we shall see if they find the same "error". Shops like these prey on the individuals who do not have the proper knowledge to make decisions on their cars.

This is more of a review about the character of a Goodyear employee at this location. I am sorry I don't remember his name, but a few months ago, while driving home from work, I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood. Without thinking, I turned down the closest side street to get out of the way of traffic. I happened to turn and stop right in front of Goodyear. After a few minutes of checking things out myself, one of the employees from Goodyear came out to ask if I needed help. I told him what happened and he went to get water for the radiator. After putting the water in the radiator he noticed water running out one of the hoses. I asked his advice if he thought I could get it home and call a tow truck the next day. He thought I could. And I did. My point is, this man didn't have to come out and help me. I think it was 6 o'clock or later. I am not a customer. But with his help, I was able to get home and take care of my car the next day. So thank you sir for your help and kindness. It was greatly appreciated.

Very professional staff, they knew what they were talking about and explained things very well. Saw a coupon on the back of a grocery store receipt for an oil change that read $17.xx. Too good to be true. Oil change ended up being $39.xx with a "free" tire rotation included. I understand that I was using a different oil and there are other fees, etc. that they tack on. However, my tires were NOT rotated. Don't lie to me and say you're going to rotate the tires for free and then not do it. I checked my four wheels when I got home. The one that is scratched (passenger's side nearest to the curb) was in the same position as when I pulled up to the shop. Hence, the tires were not rotated. I might as well go to Diffy Lube where at least I can watch them do the work.

They have gone out of their way many times to help with servicing my Ford Ranger and Mini Cooper S. Their managerial staff has always been very polite, friendly, and straight forward with service and repair advice. It's also great when I walk in the door for a scheduled visit and they greet me by name. I would recommend Concord Goodyear to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Their pricing is fair and worth every penny. This is a great place to do business with.

The guys are friendly, and they work relatively quickly, but their fatal flaw is that they are always trying to sell tires and use scare tactics or the fact that you have no other alternative, to push their products. I got an oil change (which by the way at $100 was the most expensive one I've ever had in my life) which was supposed to include a free tire rotation. They refused to do the tire rotation because my "tires were damaged." Then he gave me the whole spiel about "don't drive too fast on the interstate" and "this will give you trouble in the near future." The tires had great tread on them. This was the second time something like that had happened, I previously went in to have a flat tire repaired and they would not repair it and forced me to buy a new one. Given I had no other option since my tire was going flat and I needed to leave town I reluctantly purchased a new one. The price was reasonable for the tire.

I just moved here from Maryland so had to get my car inspected. The employees were friendly and helpful. They explained the receipt with the suggestions of things I needed to get done although it did pass inspection, only needed a tag light. The inspection was done in a very timely manner. My son’s in College in SC and I live in GA. His brakes were really screeching. So he parked at Good Year Friday night. Saturday morning he went in and was advised of what was wrong with his car. The cost of what was needed to fix his car was a little more than we anticipated. However, the Service Manager Jeff was great, he took the time to tell me what and why rather than just say this needs to be done and this is how much it’s going to cost. Very kind employees. My car battery died a few blocks down and when jumping it didn't work we came here. They let me borrow a car jumper and when that didn't work, an employee offered and came by after getting off work (which was only 40 minutes from that time) to jump start me. He had a bigger car and was able to jump my car. Thankfully it worked this time after letting it sit for 10 minutes and I was able to drive to an auto parts store to get a new battery. Took my car when it had some major problems due to zero maintenance from my part. They repaired everything and it has been almost 4 years and my car is still running great with over 140,000 miles on it. I recently took my car in for an oil change at the Tire Choice down the road where they drained my fluids and claimed I needed a brand new radiator. I took it to Goodyear and asked for them to do an inspection. They said they exhausted every test and didn't find anything wrong with my car. Told them why I asked for the inspection and my situation and gave me the inspection for free. Great place, honest, and great customer service. Recommend it 10 times out of 10.

Had tires that weren't holding pressure. My husband took my car in and they said they would clean the rims, check the stems and make sure they weren't leaking for any other reason. When I got in my car the tire pressure monitor was still saying low pressure, guy told me if I drove it it would go off and assured me my tires were just dandy. Well, here I am a week later with the same problem. Needless to say I won't be back.

I used to live at Riley Towers, so this place seemed very convenient. I went in for a routine oil change, only to be told that there were $600 in repairs that needed done. I caved and had them do it, only to have the belt start screaming a week after I left. This is what they supposedly replaced. I took it back in and they fixed it, only charging me for the cost of a new belt. Just last week, it started screaming again. I realized it was time for another oil change, so I was preparing to take it back in. Yesterday morning, however, my car seemed to lose power and started shaking, badly. I managed to get it over there and told them the problem. This morning, they called to say a spark plug and spark plug wire needed replaced, that it was misfiring. Another $400 in their pocket. Never going back again, these guys will just screw you over.

After running into a good ol' Illinois 3 bed 1 bath size of a pothole, my brand spanking new of a front right tire bursted and I needed a tire ASAP! I'd like to add that my brand new tire that bursted was from some other shop and not this one. Anyway, I was a little bit skeptical of this place because of the reviews, but this was the only place that had my tire size in stock 235/40R19, so I decided to give it a shot. The lady at the front desk and the staff were very nice and accommodated my last minute appointment even when they were busy, so overall I was highly satisfied by my visit. It was quick, easy and professional.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THE GOODYEAR AT THE LANSING OR PORTAGE LOCATIONS! I have an AWD drive vehicle, and 18 months ago I damaged one tire. Went to Portage location and was told I have to buy four new tires because they could not replace just one. If they were to replace only one, it could damage the drivetrain, which is true. I spent over $800 on new tires and was sold “roadside protection plan” that would prevent me from having to go through this again. With the manager saying, “If you buy the protection plan, and one tire is damaged, we will replace all four due to the AWD.” Of course, I took his word for it. Well, a week ago my wife had a tire destroyed, and we took in for repair. They wanted to charge us to replace three of the tires, stating that they cannot replace just one. I informed them of what the Portage location told us, and they said it is wrong. Called Kim at Corporate office and her solution was just to go ahead an replace the one tire. When I requested that she put her recommendation in writing, she started backtracking and requested that she call me back with a better resolution. Had we went ahead with her recommendation, it would have severely damaged our car. Goodyear’s resolution to this was to either pay for the additional three tires, and they would honor the warranty for one, or you get nothing. When I brought up what the manager at the Portage location told us, she said that there is no way of proving what was said. So they sent my wife home on icy roads with a 2 and 4-year-old, on a small donut tire (after telling her she should not be driving on the donut for safety reasons) after trying to intimidate her for over an hour is how this company treats it is customers. Bottom line, please be very cautious when dealing with this company. If it is not in writing, they will not back it up. Rude and dishonest. I hope no one has to go through the wasted time and money as we did.

I purchased 4 Goodyear Tripletred All-Season tires on 12/4/17. The fourth day after the purchase the tires all had 24 lbs. of pressure, this vehicle was not driven within that time and was parked in a garage. As of 12/16/17 I so far had to add air three times to all tires. On 12/17 I returned to the Claymont store and was told there was dirt between the rims and the tires. Why didn't the clean the rims before the mounted the tires on 12/4? Also the sales clerk Tom said I must have got some bad air, really. There invoice lists 100% satisfaction, well I'm not satisfied and Tom said they tested the tires for leaks and there is nothing else they can do. Guess what I'm doing today 12/19, ADDING MORE AIR TO THE TIRES.

I love these guys! They have several free services, good prices when things need to be done, and friendly service. Most importantly, they are honest - for example, the first time I went there was for an alignment check. They said nothing was wrong but greased up the suspension and bushings for me anyway. My only complaint is a small one: sometimes, it takes them a while to call you about your car being ready even after the work is done. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I had a very mixed experience here and I don't think that this is the management's fault. The management alone is why I decided to give a two-star rating rather than one. I took my car in to have an oil change, the tires rotated, and to have a tire that had a slow leak patched. After the work was done, I took a look under the car (I always do and recommend you do too). There was oil on the ground beneath my car. This is not normal. When I asked them to take a look, the manager was very helpful. He informed me that two of his employees were to blame. He said that they have a "double check" process where one employee puts on the oil plug and the other checks it for tightness. Neither employee did their jobs in this case and the plug was not tightened. The manager explained that the employee would be written up and that both of them would have been fired had I left the premises. I felt good that the manager took this so seriously, but was curious about whether my tire was patched as they had offered me. It had not been. The manager went outside and watched his employee do the work and stood over his shoulder until it was done. I could see this being done from the waiting room so I was more confident that the work was done (the second time I requested it). It seems that the management here is talented and expect good service but the employees are not skilled enough or they don't pay enough attention to detail. I'm not sure which. However, if you would prefer to have the job done correctly the first time rather than following up carefully like I did, I would not recommend going here.

Can't say enough good things about Marcus and techs that were working Sunday evening. My wife, 2 kids, mother-in-law and myself were traveling home to Indianapolis from a vacation in northeast Michigan when our utility trailer blew a tire on I69 Sunday afternoon. It was nearly 5:30pm when we were able to get back on the road with the spare but it was in poor condition as well and no way it was going to make the approximately 4 hrs and 250 miles to get us home. I first called another tire place which was the closest to our location, they were closing at 6 and even though I could have made it there before 6 they said they couldn't help me. Marcus answered the phone at Goodyear and when I told him the situation and timing he didn't hesitate, just said get it here and we'll take care of you. Once there he and the techs were very friendly and happy to help. They got us taken care of quickly and professionally and we were able to get back on the road an make it safely home. We took in our car to get serviced, the manager told us initially it would take 3 days. He then told us that their diagnostic machine was broken and they " thought" the problem was something else afterall, so we had to wait 5 business days for a part to come via mail. 3 1/2 WEEKS LATER we FINALLY got our car back- only to find out that we paid $450.00 for them to NOT FIX OUR CAR. It STILL has the same problems. I WOULD NEVER recommend ANYONE to this shop, there are alot of mechanics who will do a professional job elsewhere. I dont care if I have to go up there daily, we will be getting our $450.00 back and taking it to a mechanic who knows what he is doing. Very unprofessional!!!

This place is full of a bunch of bullies who take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about cars. I went in for a front end alignment two years ago and they told me I couldn't leave without getting my control arm replaced. I told them I didnt have the money and didnt want to get it done and they said my car cannot leave their shop without it being done. Kevin the manager raised his voice at me, belittled me saying I didnt know what I was talking about, and made me cry. Ended up being a thousand plus in the hole. Fast forward to today, took it to get another front end alignment and they tried to give me the same song and dance about the control arm. I said it had a warranty from last time. They conveniently couldn't find it in their computer. Thankfully I had a copy of it in my glove box and they're honoring it. I dont understand how this place is still in business since such a crappy manager is in charge.

We got an “oil change” February 17th and the oil change light was still on, we didn’t think anything of it until the car had some issues that needed to be fixed and we took it to another shop & they showed us the oil in the car!! There was practically no oil in it, we had to get another oil change less than a month later. Surprisingly, the oil change light is no longer on (mhmm) Will not be returning here, either they out right did not do the oil change and charged us or they used some ridiculously cheap oil.

This was imperative as I needed to drive to Boston the next day. True to his word, Harold had the tire mounted and ready to go within a few hours. Goodyear in DT Indy is dishonest, shameless and sleazy. The cliche sleazy mechanic. I had a flat tire and decided to go to Goodyear after finding out they do "free" flat tire repairs.. I learned however that this is just the way they lure unsuspecting customers in before dropping the hammer of unnecessary repairs - conning people out of hundreds of dollars. I swapped the wheel for my spare and handed the flat to them, noting that there was a large screw embedded in the treads, directly in the center of the tire (an easy fix).They said it would likely be done same day and would call me. I didn't receive the call until right before they closed and they said it would be done by 10am the next day. I went in around noon the next day and the guy at the desk said it'll be $356.30 (with a lot of attitude I might add). He said my rim is bent "badly" and needs straightened. I also need a new tire - all together $358.36. Pic of the estimate is attached. I asked to see the damage. It was totally obvious they were lying. The "bend" in the rim was barely noticeable, you could tell from the residue on the rim that the seal hadn't broken. The "chip" in the tire was negligible at best. They didn't even mention the screw that I could clearly see was protruding out the inside of the tire. So I asked the guy and he said "well thats another problem". No guy, that is THE problem. I told them I wanted a second opinion, took the estimate and left, narrowly escaping the sleazy grasp of Goodyear Indy's scammy hands. I took the rim and tire (they didn't even put it back together) to another place nearby and explained the whole situation. The mechanic examined the rim and tire and said I was right, the bend doesn't appear to be a problem and the tire was repairable. He said he could patch it for $20, LIKE I ORIGINALLY ASKED GOODYEAR TO DO. He patched the tire, mounted it to the wheel and it sealed just fine. $20 and 15 minutes later I left the second shop a happy customer. TLDR: Goodyear Auto Service Center at 627 N Delaware St in Downtown Indy will stop at nothing to try and scam you out of money for unnecessary repairs. They quoted me $358.36 for a flat tire. I refused and took it to a place nearby that fixed the problem for $20. Goodyear DT Indy is a cliche. Proof photos attached.

This is the first time I used Goodyear. Pricing was affordable and reasonable! However, I had an appointment at 4:30pm to have my Oil changed. I showed up around 4:40pm due to traffic. They didn't touch my car until 6:45pm! They were busy when I showed up, but because I had an appointment my car should have been serviced earlier than 6:45pm. They did what they were supposed to, but I'm not satisfied with how long it took. Goodyear is either slow (which I can respect them taking their time and doing the job right!!) or understaffed. I didn't leave Goodyear until 7:15pm.

Holy cow!!!! I love these people and I dont even know them!!! I came in for the first time to this location for new tires and an alignment. I got a pretty good deal and the service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off and left and they called me to keep me informed and again when my car was ready. I thought it would take all day to get everything done since I wasnt waiting at the store but the whole process didnt take long at all. If you are nervous at all about getting your vehicle serviced like I am, I highly reccomend this Goodyear location. If I could marry Goodyear on Johnson drive I would!!!

Took my truck here. It was driveable when I dropped it off. Needed a driver side CV axle replaced but still able to drive. Told the guy multiple times to call me with a cost of the repairs, got multiple calls, but for questions about the truck, I kept asking for a price and wasn't given one, he kept saying he didn't know yet. Then got a call, right before they were about to close, saying they replaced both stub shafts, and installed both cv axles, but one kept "popping off" and they didn't know why. I called the lift company of the lift I have and gave him the information I had obtained and was told nothing else could be done until Wednesday, its Monday. So I would have to pay $423 dollars for repairs and it will make it home but not any further. So now I'm out $423 and have to take it to another shop that will actually figure out the issues. I never signed a work order or estimate for this work, and told the shop multiple times to give me an estimate. Now I have a truck that can't drive. Will be contacting the state of Michigan and my bank.

I wouldn't recommend going to this location. The customer service is awesome and people are great. But that's it. I purchased a car and called into have it checked out and inspected to see if there was anything that was wrong with the vehicle. After having my car in for a hour or so they came back and said my car was good and the only thing that was need was fluid checks and they did a oil change. I was happy but a week later my check engine light came on due to traffic stop and go so I took in to have that fix. I'm no mechanic and I found two problems with my car when I opened my hood. The valve cover needed to be replaced with spark plugs also needing to be replaced. Also the transmission coolant line needs to be replaced. This is the reason that I loose trust in what people say. If someone goes to a mechanic and when they are told something they should be able to trust and not worried if the are fibbing to you.

I called to schedule to have my Goodyear tires rotated (originally installed at this location) and was told that there was no need. Arrived to be told there was an hour wait (and that just showing up and expecting immediate service was unrealistic). Scheduled an appointment for the following day, in which my car wasn’t touched for an hour after arriving. I like the tires, but I made it clear twice that I wasn’t looking to wait around for my rotation. I will not return.

While traveling home from Florida back to Ohio, boat trailer in tow, I developed a slow leak in the one of the trailer wheels late in the PM. I pulled in and asked if they could look at my tire. The manager said he could get to it before they closed. I was happy to hear that as we really wanted to continue on to Ohio. We would be driving at night which would make keeping an eye on a slow leak impossible. We shopped in the area and came back to find the job was finished. It was a faulty valve stem which needed to be replaced. To my surprise it was completed at no charge. I tried to pay them for their time but they said that was a free serice. Thanks you for keeping us on the road. JK

I've had mixed experiences with this service center. For oil changes and tire work, it is probably a good bet. For other work, I would recommend trying someplace else. I brought my SUV in to get my rotors replaced, a pretty straightforward process. I suspected it was my rotors because I could feel pulsation through the steering wheel when I braked. They called me with an estimate, which included a new serpentine belt, a power steering flush, an oil change, a fuel injection clean-out, two new ball joints (very expensive), new wheel bearings, and a few other things. I ended up doing the majority of the work, as ball joints and wheel bearings are not things I wanted to mess around with. After they finished the work, they called me and told me the pulsation that I originally brought the SUV in for was still there! At this point I had spent over $1000. So, I had to get the rotors done on top of everything else. To be fair, after I gave them a bit of grief, they did kindly do the rotor work without charging labor. They also kindly gave me a ride home when the work took longer than expected and I was without a vehicle. However, I also feel like they recommended services that were not needed throughout the whole process. For example, while their recommendation to change the serpentine belt was right on, the recommendation to change the brake pads was unnecessary. I know this because about 6 months later I had some other work done on the SUV (at another place) and they assured me the brake pads had quite a bit of life left on them. Another thing that was somewhat irritating is that they asked me 3 separate times if I wanted an oil change. It was the classic behavior of shops adding things on when they are not needed. Anyway, overall I did not have a terrible experience: I was treated kindly and I'm sure the work they did was good. But I also did not have a great experience and I spent way more than anticipated and probably more than was warranted.

I normally do not trust mechanic shops, as I have gone to a family mechanic for years until moving out of distance recently, but this shop is a gem. I truly feel that their pricing is fair and have never felt like I've been "ripped off." I haven't had experience with the mechanics directly, but the job always comes out correct and the wait time is minimal. The main reason that I keep coming back to this shop is the guys in the front room (the guys who greet you). Simply put, I've had experience with all of them and they're very customer oriented. That is very important to me because the second I feel like a salesman is trying to cheat me on a sale, I walk away. Long review, I know, but it's my first one! Lol

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in the afternoon. I returned 2 1/2 hours later and my vehicle had not been touched. I was advised it might be the following day before they would be able to perform the oil change, so I left. It is OK to be too busy to schedule an appointment, just let me know so I can get the work done elsewhere. It is not acceptable to schedule the appointment knowing you are too busy, which is a waste of my time.

As Good year provides Free Flat tire repair i have booked appointment at this service center. After one and half hour the Manager came with $154 bill. I was surprised and enquirer. They changed a new tire without checking with me and said some lady has answered my phone and accepted for the change. I was there in the store waiting to pick my vehicle and when i asked about the free repair they mentioned that it can’t be repaired. I got my tire repaired somewhere else. I decided not to go and will not recommend this center to anyone else.

I elected to wait there at Goodyear Auto Service in there waiting room while my car was being serviced, and it was not a long wait (they were replacing all four of my tires along with aligning them). They also had free coffee, free bottles of water stored in a refrigerator and a decent television to watch. Good customer service as well

I had a very bad experience here and because of this I will never go back. I do not know if this is the normal treatment of customers, but I will post my experience for reference before anybody goes to this establishment. I went in to get a free air conditioning service, because I got a coupon after donating to my local high school. I do not have a job currently and I was waiting for my grant to do services on my car. I saw this as a good opportunity to at least find out what was wrong with my air conditioning so I took it in to see what this included. I first talked to somebody named Andy who set up the service. I specifically asked him to not do anything extra that would cost me money, because I do not have much on me right now. So just ask me and I will say whether or not I can do something about it. He says that will not be a problem and hands it to somebody else who looks at my truck. I see him hand it to the man and repeat the same request to this new person, who says that is alright. After waiting for about 40 minutes, the man tells me to come with him. He tells me that I have a small leak from the line, my Freon was low, and my relay was broken that told the compressor to start. They used one of my other relays for the compressor and gave me the one that was not working. They also filled my truck with Freon, which was 1 and 1/4 pounds that they put in. This man said this was all just a bandaid and he could get me a quote to fix the problem. I said I would take the quote but I would have to fix it another day because I am waiting for money. He said okay I will just charge you for what we did today then. I was dumbfounded as I specifically requested no services be done which I would be charged for since I came with a free servicing coupon; which to be honest I am not sure what that means since I was charged for absolutely everything they did. This free visit turned into a 180 dollar visit. They charged me for the Freon they put in, and they charged me for moving my own relay to the different spot. They wanted to charge me for a new relay that they did not even give me but I said it was my own relay they used and they agreed. They charged me for 2 pounds of Freon, and the mechanic outside admitted to only putting in 1 and 1/4 pounds of Freon, and some other charges that I do not understand. I scrapped my money together and was able to pay but I am still seething with anger. Not only this, but the man who charged me made me feel terrible for not fixing the truck then and there. I told him about my finances, and he tried to get me to sign up for a good year card. When I said I would rather wait to pay it off all at once, he laughed at me, not loudly but in a chuckle, and said you are just putting a band aid on the problem so good luck. I am planning on getting it fixed but never by these lying and ungrateful people. I have dealt with dishonesty before in school and with family, and even with some mechanics. This was by far the worst though, and I will be going to the mechanic my family knows regardless of coupons. He charges fairly, and he said I was ripped off as well for the Freon price and services rendered. I still wonder even now, what constitutes an air conditioner servicing since I was charged for every single thing that they did without my consent. If anyone knows could they tell me?
