My service light went on during my morning commute the day before a work road trip. They were great over the phone giving me a ton of useful information and told me when to bring it in to avoid waiting + to still get it done that day. They took it in for diagnosis right away and they are working on it right now as I work from a charming lunch place right next door. They seem really upstanding and their pricing was right in line with what the internet said it should cost.

Fetzer has been our go-to tire, brake and general mechanic shop since moving to Westport 6 years ago. They are professional, incredibly friendly, and never try to push work that doesn't need to be done -- they have looked at our brakes twice recently when the dealer said they needed new pads, and both times said there was more life in them, plus no charge for taking a look! Best shop we have ever dealt with, hands down.

The most honest and fair auto shop in the Tri-State area hands down. Every experience I’ve had here has been seamless and I’ve always been taken care of with first class customer service. They know their stuff and when they don’t know- they’ll recommend you to someone who does. For example, I had an issue with my engine misfires and they sent me to a shop that specializes in diagnosing that particular issue. Another thing I love is that they always clearly explain what the issue is and what they plan to do to resolve it.

After calling multiple places to get an alignment done on my lowered vehicle, Fetzer Tire told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. I noticed the guys were very knowledgeable after our phone conversation, so I had a good feeling from the get-go. Went over to Fetzer Tire on a Saturday morning to perform an alignment on my vehicle. They got the car right in as alignments are on a first come first serve basis. They were very friendly and explained thoroughly what the difference was between a performance alignment and regular daily driver alignment was. I went with the daily driver alignment as I don't plan to race my vehicle. After about 45 minutes they took the car out for a road test and noticed a clunking noise on the right front. They put the car back in the lift as they were very concerned there was something loose in the suspension. After spending over 20 minutes of checking it they advised me to take the car back to the place that did the work originally because they believed the upper plate bolts might need to be torqued properly. Went inside expecting to pay for the diagnosis, but they told me I only had to pay for the alignment. After I took the car back I noticed the alignment was on point. Went straight to the individual that did the work and he noticed the upper plate to shock nut was not torqued all the way. their diagnosis was spot on! These guys are worth the trip (I'm in Stamford)

The team at Fetzer is terrific. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had custom aftermarket rims installed on my vehicle. They did a test fit prior to installation in order to not void warranty and make sure everything fit correctly. In addition, they helped me pick the best tire based on driving style and use instead of just recommending the highest price tire. I highly recommend them.

These guys get five huge stars! On a road trip to Cape Cod, we discovered the tires on her 2001 Jeep Cherokee were out of balance. We called from the highway and Jessie said he could take a look right away. And they did!!! And......they balanced the tires in no time! Jessie, Howie, and the other man behind the counter explained everything, gave some cautions about the tires and sent us on our way in about 1/2 hour!! These guys are top notch!
