Came in for two tires due to a flat in one, but was told I only needed one, and that the new tire would match the current treat depth of the other. Saved me a few bucks and was done in a very timely fashion. My father recommended it when I got my first car years ago, and I still use them without question. Always the best prices, great staff and a great business.

Great place to pick up a pair of used tires. Just go to the front desk give them the size of your tire and they will show you what they have. They will have them mounted and balanced in no time. The people working here know what they are doing. This is my go to place for tires.

Worst place I have ever been to. Took my tire to get a very small leak that I had to add air every 3 days and they sent me home with a tire that got flat as soon as I got home after changing tire for spare in the cold took it back they claimed it was fixed this second time they even showed me it had no leak but once installed in the car the tire was back at it loosing air next day, I called and the lady said she was busy and will call me back 2 days later she leaves me a voice mail with her number. I had to pay a little more on town fair tire but finally no leaks. They not only didn't repair my little leak but destroyed my tire and never gave me my money back at least, she gave me a store credit of $20 the first time the second time I didn't even bother them people ain't touching my car ever again.

The lady at the front was very rude..she rolled her eyes at me and laughed at me with another customer....she definitely don't know how to give good customer service. This was the only place that had a tire for my car because I lived in Hartford...but I rather pay full price.... customer service sucks!!!!!

Ok so when I first started going here I had a good experience. However the last time I went they did such a bad job balancing that my car shook uncontrollably over 40 mph. I had to be somewhere that night so I had to go back the next day to have them fixed. I went somewhere else today to get an oil change to find out that I had 2 snow tires on one side and all seasons on the other side - not front to back like they should be. Really?? Lastly my husband went not too long ago. He paid to patch one tire and replace another. After he leaves he gets a call from them saying oh with your car when you replace one tire you need to replace them all. So he paid to patch a tire for no reason plus how do you not know this ahead of time?? That's what you do - Tires!!! So bad at balancing, bad at putting the tires in the right place and knowing what cars need what BEFORE charging your customers?? Get it together.

Horrible service, waiting over THREE hours on a Wednesday afternoon to get a passenger tire replaced. Nobody checked in and said you’re car is being worked on soon. Would rather spend my money elsewhere and pay more than come back here and deal with this.

I bought quick used tires here after two of mine failed me. And I will say the prices and the friendliness of the staff are great. The quality of the tires and work I received, not so much. One of the tires I got had so little tread left on it I had to replace it a week later. Also the destroyed my rims in the process of changing my tires !

Blew out the sidewall of $250 tire. Needed a used replacement to match the tread depth. They had it and installed it for a third of the cost. Including mount and balance. No BS

If your expecting service within a REASONABLE amount of time, go somewhere else. I was told it was first come first serve, then watched as 3 other customers who came in after me ( 30 mins or more after ) were serviced and left before I did. 2 1/2 hours to change 4 tires... seriously? I can understand an hour, even an hour and a half if it was busy. When I came in just before noon, I was the only customer. Their prices are low and trust me, you get what you pay for. Never reset the tire pressure sensor, scratched the hell out of the rims. Definitely will NOT be returning ever again.

I was in a jam and had a stupid donut on my car I needed tires bad my wife found don't Stevens online and they are awsome. They had 4 Yokohama tires used in my size I needed the tread was outstanding and it cost me $170.00 for all 4 tires and I get a 30 day non road hazard warranty, meeting if the tire leeks on its own or has damage not from road it's covered just save your receipt. Thanks Don Stevens you are awsome saved me 400 dollars.
