I was referred to Desantie Tire by a friend. I bought 4 tires. I called Lou the next day to say I didn't like the way my car was riding. He got me in the next day at my convenience and the car rides awesome! I truly appreciated they listened and conquered the problem quickly and politely. In May 2015 I had a big hole in a tire from a pothole and needed to drive to Boston that same day. DeSantie got me in early, had my tire in stock, changed it out, and had me on my way in nothing flat (pun intended) and at a fair price. I'm going back the next time I need tires, for sure.

Very happy with my experience here. Was worried about scratching my expensive new wheels but was surprised for how accommodating they were to my concern letting me watch both mounting and balancing. And on top of that it was a super fair price considering the 15x9 wheels are quite wide which makes it difficult to mount tires on.

Boy this is an awesome place!!! Just got my damaged wheels back and they look great! I was really well taken care of. They made sure I had safe wheels to ride on while they fixed the dented one's. They really went out of their way to do so. It's rare that I spontaneously write a review but I felt I had to for these guys. It's a family run business run with old school integrity. I came way out of my way for their service and I'd do it again. They dealt with the insurance as well which many places don't seem to. Thank you guys so much!!!

They are so honest!!!!!! Another local tire place closer to my house was conveniently not going to tell me that my tire was within 30 days of purchase, so it should be under warranty. Car is worth 5K but does need a balancing job of $65 on 4 medium used tires. Made an appt. at Fetzer tires at 230pm & Went in at 245pm, was told 2hr wait time or needed to go back the next day. Bit my tongue and decided to wait it out. A short, bearded guy walked out in 3 min, glanced at one tire and claimed I needed all 4 new ones, the winter special types he and wife proudly use..punching # @scribbling on a piece of paper and announced loudly $1.2k for the job. Take it or leave it, no balancing on 4 “old” tires in that shop. Really? A 5 star rated local place? Worried abt my safety? Or his wallet?! A $65 job scammed to $1.2K, good try! Six min and 3.5 miles later I was at DeSantis Tire, $600 for 4 new kumho tires offered by nice guy Raymond. Still better, why not balance the tires for $60 to see if it helps? 15 min later, I was driving on I95 at 75mph with all the wobbling gone and $1.2K saved from Fetzer. Get rid of the short guy, management!

I stopped in years ago with a tire sensor light on my dashboard and they insisted on checking out my tire for safety reasons. Turns out it had a nail in it and fixed it perfectly and quickly for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer care and great service. No need to go anywhere else.

These guys were great. I had a terrible experience at a local dealer, where they actually caused me to get a flat tire (then didn't do anything to rectify it). I walked in without an appointment (and frankly, not in the best mood). They were very busy, but saw that I needed help. They figured out the problem quickly, took their time to check the tire, making sure it was stable enough to put back on the car. They rotated my tires and re-inflated both that tire and my soft spare tire-- about 45 min work, and only charged me $20. I'm new the area, and all I can say is, they made a loyal customer today.

In the time of insta-everything, it is refreshingly rare to find a small, locally-owned business that still cares about providing an exceptional, in-person customer experience and stands behind their work beyond the confines of a screen. I brought a small but nagging tire issue to the guys at DeSantie and Steve was quick to greet me, listen to the problem, and take immediate action. I was expecting to have to come back later for pick-up, but Steve and the guys had me back up and running in less than 10 minutes. Throughout the experience, the crew was professional, personable, and prompt. No eye-rolls, no sighs, no condescending tone. What more could you ask for?

I had to return after they replaced tires on my car because they “forgot” to put the right front tire pressure sensor back on. While I was there four other people came in , also after their tires where done as well, three of them had right front sensor issues and the other had her right front tire running flat even after they fixed it the week prior. Not a lot of confidence in them, BUT they did address the issues right away and were on it correcting the problem when they figured out what was wrong. Lou, I think is the owner handled the issue and , I believe it was his son that fixed it too, both of them were on it and fixed the issues without delay , even with it being busy. So to those TWO guys I give a 4.8 stars and everything else together a 3 star rating those two helped bring up the score.

I just got there before they closed. I went there for a quick tire change and that's what I got. I mostly talked to the son, I think his name was Justin one of the owner and he was cool and friendly. I'm bad at names, but I believe his name was Diego. He was the guy who changed my tires...Awesome. sorry if I'm calling you guys by the wrong names. Great service.
