Bought tires 4 months ago no alligment was done i was told it was done and was told there really good almost new tires yet here I am 4months later at firestone geting tires because that how worn out my tires are to a car that is used to go down the street and back maybe 2 days a week... Please save your money go somewhere that actually will do their job. I shouldn't have to buy new tires on a car that is parked 95% of the week. DONT BOTHER THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

Not only did they put the wrong size tires on (a 65 instead of a 60) but they weren’t even the same tires on each side!!!! Guess this is what ya get in the ghetto. No receipt, didn’t even pull my car out of the garage, just told me it’s all set. (Probably so I couldn’t see the tires out in the sunlight). Rediculous.

This people are the worst ever. Lazy take for ever and. Don't care if they mess up your wheels. Then there's like 8 people there don't. Know if they work there or what but it looked like a gang meeting at the office cursing out loud. Dint care my family was there then there's a guy with his. Hair. Painted yellow looking inside. Very rude people...needed tires placed on my car, they stated 20.00 for balance and mounting. But all they did was mount NEVER BALANCED THEM. I called to inform them and they hung up on me. If I could give them zero stars I would, but I have to choose at least 1 star. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

I have gone there a few times and the last time was the last straw they sold me 2 bad tires and the second time one of the workers got in my face yelling at me saying I didn't get the tire there. So I yelled right back at him and proved hi wrong that I was there. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THEN TRY TO BULLY YOU TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. IT DIDNT WORK WITH ME. NEVER EVER GO THERE

I bought 4 tires he told me allseason they were not all season very loud tires and one of the tire was Losing air and I bring it back and there was a plug inside you can see plug is really old and he tells me I put the plug myself and they want to charge me to fix it. Shame

Don't go here! I bought two tires for my truck and ended up having trouble with my 4X4 less then 6 months later. I brought it to a shop and two months later and more then $2k later come to find out the problem was the SMALLER TIRES in the front, put on by this company. I'm considering small claims court, this was a nightmare! They should've known better but instead they put anything on just to get the sale.

So, Saturday, 7 August 2016, (I bought a tire from them before hand) I got another tire since I had a tire pop on me that I purchased through them once before. They changed it out and everything was taken care of and so on. Come Monday, I come outside about to drop off a baby to the babysitters AND then I noticed another flat tire. I was about to let it go and about to put on my donut and be done with it. I had the donut on the car when the tire pop and they changed it out. Then, I go ahead and seen that they kept my donut for the car. They decided to be sneaky and try to keep my property. I called them up when they first opened up when it was about 8:30 am. I told them the situation and all that and they said they will have someone come out and take a look. I call them at 15:30 again waiting for them. Oh they are coming out and so on, they're waiting for their "boss". Mind you, I have to go to the veterans affairs in Newington because I needed to handle some other business. Then, my girlfriend goes aheads and calls them up and tells them she will be stopping by to get my donut. The girl on the phone then denied that they had my donut. But, as soon as she mentions the cops. They go ahead and say that they have it. These guys are total scammers. Do not deal with them or go close to them.

I told them that left on front often flat and air out of them rest. they put air and go home. few weeks later the tired damages. I call there to replace. cost me 50.00 dollars. Wow is all I can say. I actually visited their East Main st. location but this is the same owner. Beside the fact its pretty ghetto, they did not have the tools required to work on my newer car. On top of it, they did not balance my wheel correctly and I had a shake in the wheel on the highway. I am at CT Tire right now in Berlin. They are the best place to bring your car and its worth the money to get it done right the first time.

Called them, they had the right tires for my car saw them 15 min later and was done another 25 min after that, excellent service and they even reset the TPMS sensor at no cost, 190$ for a set of 4 tires installed. There is no beating that

The tire I got was a used one for 40 bucks. So good price. The place is hidden so have to look for it. Only downfall is the people. They all had this like glaring look like they hated the world. No happiness.. made me very uneasy. I'm a woman, I had my husband with me but I wouldnt go again unless he is with me. The place was sketchy. But the price was good for a tire.

Total Garbage!!!!!! They had an employee change my tires and scratched my rims!!!! Really bad scratches all the way around two of my rims.. I told the owner and instantly he started say "Hell No" I am not paying for nothing!! That he was not responsible for rims.. He said there is a "Verbal agreement" that they are not responsible for rims... He also say that my rims where old and ugly anyways so why does it matter.. All his employees surrounded me and started to talk crap in Spanish! And harass me and threaten me and my car.. There was so much to this I can't remember all of it.. But the owner is crap!! I thought he was nice but you can see his true colors once something does not go his way.. All I wanted was for him to pay me for the work that needed to be done.. Amazing tire shop, second generation family ow ed shop, have known them since the father opened up his first place on east main st. They have a recipe for like new tires at stupid cheap prices. One of the hidden gems of New Britain. Would not trust my car/wallet anywhere anywhere else. They take good care of you here.
