I haven’t purchased here yet, but was referred here from a friend. The guy (Rich?) @ the counter was very helpful, showed me a few sets of tires that make sense to my driving and budget, and the quotes I received were better priced than Town Fair. When I’m ready I’m getting my tires here. This will change to 5 stars once I purchase.

These guys are awesome. Multiple times I’ve had small holes that they patched for free. And when I needed a new set of tires they took care of me and did the job quickly. Always nice and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I have been using Burns for a few years now, never had any issues until today. One of their "genius" mechanics could not get a lug nut off (which I put on by hand wrench), instead of coming to tell me this info l, he decides it's a good idea to try and take the nut off with the wrong size socket, and not once, but 3 times. So they finally tell me, and when I see it the nut is completely rounded, and better yet, they have no idea how to fix the issue. Instead I get a comment from the owner that they cant put 4 new tires on, that I have to deal with the 3 new ones, and basically to figure out the mess on your own. They would not take any responsibility, so the next day I wanted 4 hours at the dealership to have them drill out the stud and replace with new. I get back to burns and they act like nothing ever happened. Smh. Didnt even offer a discounted price on the labor. So what did I get for using Burns?? Lost a day of work, paid an extra unnecessary Bill from a dealership no less, and a headache from the incompetence. Very disappointed with these guys. I will never use or recommend them ever again.

Horrific experience after 10 years of service, I got my brand new $4000 dollar wheel bent and it wasnt from the tire machine!!! It was bent from the test drive. Then the salt in the wound was the denial of the test drive that did it and trying to hide it from me!

I woke up to a completely flat tire this morning. I drove to the gas station and filled it with air so I could drive to Burns for a new tire. I thought I ruined the tire by driving it with the flat. When they opened, I asked to purchase a new tire, the gentleman was very nice and said to let him take a look at it. 20 min later my tire was fixed. I ran over a screw. My tire was fixed with no charge. He could of easily made a sale. HONEST AND RELIABLE 5 plus stars

Had a flat tire. Googled some tire places. Went to Burns based on reviews. They did not steer me wrong! Got a new tire that exactly matched the existing 3 tires on my car. After I left with the tire replaced, I heard a weird noise coming from the car. Returned right away and the owner checked it out, couldn't see anything wrong and sent me on my way. I still heard the noise so I went right back again. He offered me a few options as to what it might be and never waivered in trying to help me fix the problem, actually test driving it twice himself. Turned out to just be rock stuck in the tire. No attitude, no making me feel like "oh well, you already paid, not my problem". Problem solved, all in under an hour. Fast service, fair prices, and excellent customer service!

Great little spot. Customer service is great and they are honest. You have to get there early though or you'll wait a little. The work is very affordable but you pay for what you get. I got my tire fixed here and within a week it was flat and I had to come get it fixed again (they didn't charge me the second time). And about 6 months later the same tire is flat again. But for the price, I guess it's not bad.

Burns is the only place I trust to not damage my wheels. They are priced fair, they work quick, and they are up front and honest. I've had them do stretched tires, I've had them mount tires on big wheels, delicate wheels, polished wheels, aggressive fitment, scooter wheels with stretched tires, and time and time again they produce quality results. They are careful, they are mindful, and they are knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else. Shop with confidence, and know you're supporting a local business that cares about their quality of work and level of customer service. Burns is the best!

If i could have given less stars i would have.. i have a client that has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company. He is ordering wheels and tires with me and all he wanted to do was ship the wheels to this shop already mounted and balanced so that they could put the tires on the car. Its as simple as changing out a flat tire. They would not allow him to ship the wheels to the shop and he was willing to pay up to $500 just for them on which is outrageous and when i called to ask why he wasnt able to just ship the wheels and tires(already mounted and balanced) to the shop i was given the biggest attitude, was asked why he is having this conversation with me and than just hung up the phone. I understand that my client isnt ordering the wheels and tires with you guys but a little more respect for a previous client who has spent thousands with you would have been nice. Customer service terrible and well as loyalty to previous clients.

Used to go to Town Fair until they screwed my truck up. Found Burns and haven't been anywhere else since. Rich and the guys go above and beyond for their customers, rides to/from, picking up your car, helping out a stranded family member if they get a flat. They can get you any tire you want and know their craft inside and out. I've always had the greatest service from them and they take all major cards and will work with you to make things work with your timetable to get everything done. Rich has been a big supporter of my kids school fundraising efforts and if nothing else that's a good reason to give him all my business - he's a good part of the community.

Burns Tire, outstanding customer service. My daughter's car had after market wheels and lug nuts that did not come with the car. One of the wheels was missing a lug nut. I took the car to the tire dealer where she purchased the wheels and their response was "we don't sell lug nuts". I stopped at Burns Tire, they looked at wheel, had the correct lug nut for the style wheel, installed it at no charge. Outstanding, from this day forward, I will go to them for all of my tire purchases.

Not only did they patch the tire, they put it back on, put the spare back under the truck, and put the car jack (that I had left on the floor of the cab) back in its little storage spot!
