I ordered tires on BJs website and has them installed here. They had my tires mounted before I finished shopping. I got coupons worth $100 off plus I paid for them with my rewards card and saved a bunch more.

I had a great experience at the BJs in willimantic at the Tire Center. Long story short there was a misunderstanding with the purchase of winter tires and I would be charged for getting my original tires placed back on my car, once my winter tires (purchased at BJs) came off. I was confused, but I figured that $9 dollars a tire want too bad so i did some shopping. When I returned to pick up my car, the tire center representative had gone out of his way to bring over a manager who covered my expenses for the misunderstanding. I was very happy with this and will be returning in the future for all tire questions and concerns.

They are not on the same page I tried to get my tires changed her to a different set of rims last yearThey didn’t know problem they charge me $36 I was like wow that’s a great deal this year I called back to do the same thing being a BJ memberI figure this is the best deal in town but this time I spoke to five different people and they all told me I was crazy that they don’t do that type of stuff around here that these people must of been scared to tell me the truth that it’s not OK to change these tires I left these people and I just couldn’t understand I showed them the paperwork they still didn’t care they seem to treat me as if I was crazy and I was making of some type of story these people need to get their people and check this is uncalled for and very unprofessional they turned away money and a good paying customer for future purchases and I will take my money elsewhere horrible business

Store is well stocked. Merchandise is usually of good quality. Most of the time they need to have more check out lanes open.

Ordered tires from here a few weeks ago for a great price. The guy who installed them was nice and polite. I had to come back a few weeks a later as one of my tires was leaking air and he fit me in immediately and took care of the problem super fast. Will absolutely get my tires here from now on. Also, love the Latin music playing while they work! :)

Bad experience, the guy who I find there was lazy, he wanted just to sold me the tires, because it was 6 PM, and he close at 8 PM.

It took some getting used to because the setup could be better. But what they have is good. Store brands hit a home run.
