I like to choose my own tires, I looked online at the brands and tread patterns available, I called and told them what I wanted, they ordered them and I made an appointment, the tires were there when I got there, they put them on my truck and did the alignment, and then I paid and drove away. everything went pretty smooth, the sales lady was nice, it was a good experience. I have not been back for free rotations yet, but I imagine that will go just as smoothly.

Wow! This place saved my family's life. Seriously! I'm from out of town, and realized my back tire was making a super scary sound, I checked it out and realized my lug nuts were really loose. So I found the nearest tire shop near me, and thank goodness it happened to be tire world at the palmer park location. When i walked in, I had seen they were super busy, I then told Dennis at the front desk what was going on. Without ANY hesitation, he quickly followed me out to my car and checked it out, realizing my lugs were indeed dangerously loose! He then had Dominick tighten them and get it road worthy again, he had even checked and made sure my other 3 tires were good. They literally went above and beyond, seriously cant thank them enough. They were by far the sweetest guys ever! So a huge huge huge thanks to Dennis, and Dominick for making my car safe again for the travel back home! ♡♡♡♡ Colorado Springs is lucky to have such a great shop!

They mounted 2 of my directional tires backwards. Seems like tire stuff 101. Had to make a trip back for them to remount them properly. Giving them another chance on another occasion I waited and waited for a simple tire rotation, got fed up and left. Won't be going back again.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Took it to Tire World. They got me in right away and I asked them if they could change the oil too. They said yes. They gave me a shuttle ride home. Called me when it was repaired. Very good service!

Went for alignment told me I needed ball joints and wheel bearings, asked for second opinion and came back the same verdict. Only problem is that I replace all that myself a year before and my alignment came out a little and figured I would try it. So they aligned it and I got underneath when I got home and the nuts on the link that connects the steering were loose. Went back after I tightened them and asked for my money back and the manager told me to leave.

I don't personally retain the services of places like this simply because I work on my own cars. Nothing against them I just mow my own grass. The only reason I was there was to pick up my buddy as he was getting work done there. I would have fixed his car myself but I was unfortunately too busy which is what led him here. Listening to the employee talk to my friend was neither comforting nor confidence inspiring. They didn't give me the impression that they knew what they were talking about. It turned out that my intuition was correct if you read below. It also seemed as if we were inconveniencing the employee by asking questions about a repair. I definitely understand people have bad days but they need to keep that to themselves. It's unprofessional and unbecoming. It turned out that tire world's recommended repair did not resolve my buddies issue and I had to end up fixing it for him myself a couple days later. I never write critical reviews for the sake of being critical but this was just a waste of time and money all together. I wish I had something positive to say but I can't think of anything worth mentioning on this experience unfortunately. Edit- To the owner who replied, the chief concern was your employee's poor customer service and condescending tone. I shouldn't have to "speak up" about that as you suggested. Your employees should be a little more cognizant of their behavior. Your employees should probably check their attitude at the door when they come to work and be a little more professional. I say again I realize we're human and that everybody has a bad day, myself included, but seeing as their responsibility is to interface with the customer directly, they should ask for a 10min break to breathe or take the day off if need be. You mentioned in the reply that it is important to you to provide a positive customer service experience for the folks that walk through your door. Sounds harsh but one or more of your employees may have missed that memo. I'm not trying to throw dirt on your business, this was simply how my experience went while there. I just hope this was the exception. I wish you well, I mean that.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, no complaint about their work, but poor predictors about how much time it will take to complete repair. I said go ahead with repair when desk man suggested they had parts on hand, and two hours later when I asked about repair progresss, I was told the delay was on account of slow parts delivery from supplier. Maybe I heard wrong about parts on hand, but I don't think so. Now it's 3 house later, still waiting.

That said; one of the very few things I don't have the resources for is putting on new tires, balancing, etc. Because it is the one operation I have to trust to someone else with my vehicles I choose very selectively. Tire World East (Palmer Park) is by far the best tire shop I've been to from here to Kansas City...and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job.

When your new to an area, finding a good, reliable and reasonably priced auto repair service can be challenging. Tire World meets all of these criteria along with a helpful staff and frequent deals and discounts. They don't recommend anything you don't need and will always treat you fairly. I highly recommend.

Tried to get windshield wipers too, but the least expensive brand mysteriously "wouldn't fit" my vehicle, which would force me to pay almost double for the next best thing. I recently had Tire World switch my snow tires for my summer tires and when I got home noticed that one of my hubcaps was missing when it had been there previously. I took my car back, showed the man at the front desk and he ordered me a brand new set of hubcaps and they installed them the next day at no cost to me. Another great experience getting dually tires installed on our Class C motorhome. Earlier this year, we had some very poor wear on the front tires; on our Winnebago View. The pros at Tire World diagnosed the alignment issue and were able to do an align and replace the front tires at a very reasonable price. We already have all of our vehicles serviced at the North Academy store; but the nice thing about Palmer Park is their high bay facility and their ability to service "big rigs". Nice to know there is a local, friendly facility that can get the job done on larger vehicles, with the same great service at all their locations. Thanks again.

I HIGHLY disagree with Mike Young regarding his inappropriate comment and a one star rating for the Palmer park store. I have been coming here for 8 plus years and have nothing but AMAZING service. They have taken care of 6 of my vehicles that I have owned. From new tires, oil changes, brakes, rotors, rims, calipers, air filters, alignments, scheduled maintenance, etc. This is the only HONEST car shop, tire shop, or dealership that I have ever been too. I like the fact that before they do an alignment on my car that they go ahead and test drive it to make sure that there is nothing broken or wrong with the car first. This definitely shows their honesty before they go ahead and charge you for something that you may not need. People who get upset at a company that does this is just plain ignorant. They are protecting themselves from a customer that will try to blame them for an issue that was already there prior to the service that they perform. Most places that I have gone have treated me like a stupid girl and try to rip me off. What most don't know is that I have grown up in the automotive industry since I was a young girl, so you can't bullshit a bullshitter. They have NEVER done this to me. The people at Tire World East have the best customer service around! I mainly deal with Bryan and TJ and they are absolutely amazing!! Bryan has helped me out many times in the past several months with all of my car needs. EVERYTHING that they do to my car they show me so I know what the problem is and what needs to be fixed or not fixed. I even trust this company and people that work here so much that I am able to leave my purse and belongings in the vehicle without having to worry about anyone taking anything from me. I also want to give kuddo's to everyone else that I have not named that works at this location. I thank you so much for all your help that you have given me. I will be using your location for many many years to come and will recommend you to anyone that has automotive needs. You all are the best!!

I needed some new tires for my travel trailer and needed to find a place to accommodate my rig. I contacted Tire World via email and was soon contacted by Ron, one of the managers. He let me know the tires I needed were in stock and quoted me an out the door price. I brought the rig down on a Saturday for the replacements. I was also told they'd check the bearings since the wheels were off. When I picked up the trailer a few hours later I paid the price I was quoted and was also informed that the bearings were in good shape and didn't need replacing. A less reputable shop may have tried to sneak in an unnecessary repair but they didn't. They even topped off the bearing grease for me. I'll be coming back!

I understand that they pay the oil change guys minimum wage or a little bit more but this is ridiculous. The oil change sticker should be for at least 3 months out, not today's date and the mileage, well see for yourself. Don't even get me started about how it took them an hour and a half to do the oil change and tire rotation after they told me an hour when I set the appointment. This made me late to another meeting making it my fault for trusting their word only for them to try and sell me an air filter and battery cleaning. In the end will I come back for a $30 oil change and tire rotation, but I will not believe their time schedule and it will be a drop off.

I think they did a great job, communicated well and provided a reasonable recommendation for the issue I was having. They recommended an engine computer replacement and explained how they isolated the problem to this component. As a former technician they found a reasonable solution, however the part is $1100, so I will get another opinion before I repair anything. Not because I do not trust Tire World, its because its reasonable to get another opinion when is costs this much to maybe fix it.

So happy with the service here. My second time with them in as many years and both times they have been amazing. I authorized $900 in service and ended up only spending $675 as a few things didnt need to be done. Tire World guys are the BEST!!! I go in for vehicle service on a regular basis and for occasions when I have a vehicle problem, and the guys are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Where should I start? --They lost the engine cover for the car, and didn't TELL ME until I opened up the hood and noticed it. --After charging me $50 for new lugnuts they replaced them with the wrong ones. --They lost the key to my car, thankfully I had a spare. --Along with the key, they lost both of the car remotes. --They didn't properly mount the battery to the car, only one nut was fastened, the other was gone. When I came in to complain, gave me push back, saying that the key and the remotes they have to replace are 200 dollars. I was shocked that they even said that. After that they relented and gave me a 10 dollar discount. At first I was shocked... only 10 dollars on a 200 dollar inspection? I was stressed from not having my car, and I needed to get to work, so I accepted it. The next day I learned that the measly 10 dollar discount for all the troubles they caused was a coupon that is available to anyone from their very own website.

we were in there having car looked at and the so called mechanics are just young guys that are just back yard mechanics.... they might be able to change oil..... but for real mechanical knowledge they fall very short on experience.........I WOULD ONLY GET TIRES FROM HERE FOR MECHANICAL WORK I WOULD RECOMMEND TAKING TO ANOTHER REAL MECHANIC SHOP !!!!!

Called and spoke to Carol K. on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for 9:30am Saturday morning. When I called I gave the year, make and model of my vehicle, I was then asked what tire I wanted to purchase. I was not given options or assistance in what tires they carried or what would fit my vehicle. I had to go onto their website and see what were the recommended tires for my vehicle. I then called and set up the appointment. We showed up at 9:30 on Saturday and Carol K said she would call when it was ready. While writing on the key tag to my car the wrong model put on it and I had to correct her, I then had to ask if they wanted to know what color it was so they knew which vehicle was mine. I then went to another appointment and ran some errands. At 2:00 in the afternoon (4.5 hours after I dropped the car off with an appointment) I got a call saying that the tires I ordered were the wrong size, and they only have 2 out of the 4 I needed. I then called Discount tire and said I needed to buy 4 new tires. They gave me options of what they had and said my vehicle year had two options for wheel sizes. When we got to discount they went out and checked the tire size and mileage before they even gave me choices on what tires were available. I understand that it was my fault for not knowing the correct tire size of my vehicle. But Tire World made buying tires a larger hassle than it needed to be and they were no assistance at all. I felt that they didn't care at all about my time. I can not say how any of the other locations are but the one on Palmer Park and Powers was a total let down and I will never go there again. Unless I want a job since I did most of the work for them anyway.

This could not have been a worse experience. My girlfriend was borrowing my car when a coworker came and told her the tire was flat. They pumped it up and she headed down to this Tire World. Luckily I had a roadhazard warranty from TireRack to cover the cost of the tire. However, when she got there they told her that all four tires would need to be replaced because the vehicle is AWD. The tires were less than two years old and the new one could be shaved, but they didn't even offer the option. Fine. Four tires. It sucks but at least I wouldn't have to worry about tires for a while and the roadhazard warranty would reimburse me for one of them. The roadhazard warranty company requires that the shop/facility call the claims department and describe to them why the tire couldn't be repaired. This was not something I could do, they insist the shop has to call or else they won't reimburse me. Again, sucks but I get it. Otherwise anyone could call in and get a check for nothing. The guy at the counter, Ossi, outright REFUSED to do it. Not only did he refuse to talk to the warranty company for the claim, but he then told my girlfriend that "it makes more sense to have the tires replaced where you bought them." They didn't even want us to buy the tires there! At that point I told her to go to the gas station (it was a slow leak), fill the tire up and go home. When I called initially I talked to someone named Brian(Bryan?) who was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately he was busy when she got there and she had to deal with this Ossi guy who basically told her to go somewhere else. I don't know if it is because she's a woman or if he is just lazy, but this is unacceptable. The ratings for this shop were good in Maps, maybe everyone but the one guy she dealt with is great. You'll have to decide for yourself if you want to roll those dice. We'll never step foot in this place again. Update - She just got home and told me they didn't even take the tire off and look at it! No looking for bubbles in the tub, no examining the object... nothing. How do they know it can't be patched if they didn't even look at it?? No wonder they didn't want to call the warranty company. Bring in your car and get pitched four new tires before they even look at the damage. Unbelievable...

Who of all people, on a snowy winter December, in the most randomness way possible, can provide you a great package deal with purchasing tires, installation, alignment, break check, and fuel injection in a manner of 6 hours or less to get it all completed? This Tire World Auto Repair shop can! Also, i have enjoyed how well they can fix flat tires and do jobs tenfold better than most other auto shops when it comes to tire fixing. I have been overall satisfied with this company as well as this store. Keep at it!

Tires are tires and basically are going to cost the same no matter where you buy them. The reason I went with them was because they could have the tires I wanted delivered the next day and that was cool. I mentioned to the guy behind the counter that I had 2 other vehicles that both need brakes replaced. I brought the first truck in to get the work done and they called me with a really high price to complete the work. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all about free enterprise and believe that a company should be able to charge whatever amount they want for their services. I called another mechanic in town and was quoted a much lower price for the repair. I called tire world and let them know, they went through their estimate line by line and got it down to where it was closer to the right price for the repair. I left the truck there just out of pure convenience. I decided to give them a second chance with the other trucks brake job. Once again a ridiculously high price. I called another shop again and they quoted me a price almost 50% cheaper then tire world for the same repair. I promptly directed that the truck be taken to a different shop. I don't write a lot of reviews but if I can help someone out there save money, I will. Please do yourself a favor and call around and make sure the quotes are in line with other repair shops before letting them work on your vehicle.

First visit at Tire World East. Needed an alignment and rotation for all four tires. After completion, I was given the report of the vehicle. Was informed that a nail was found in the shoulder of the front right tire and a repair was needed. I already knew I had damage to that specific tire so I assumed another area was affected. I inspected the tire outside the shop without an employee present and found no further damage other than what I knew to be existing. The 'nail' they handed me was a 1.25 inch screw without the head. I inspected my tire again at my home and found no possible way for this to be lodged in my tire at the pre-existing damage spot and found no new damages or leaks. It leads me to think why I would be given a screw and not be directly informed of where it was pulled/came from. I found no patches to indicate a repair and the tire holds pressure still. Suspiciously odd. My main concern is that the recommended tire pressure of my vehicle is 29psi. I also tested that on each tire and found it to be 39psi on each tire! With this being my first visit and finding this out from a company that has Tire Pros in their business name, I am not impressed and feel very skeptical that even the paperwork for my alignment may have been forged. I hope not :( I also discovered one of my tires to have been rotated with the tire revolving in the wrong direction. I was not informed of this and let the staff know. They were able to fix this for me. I hoped someone would have seen this and let me know but, what can I say. Sorry, Tire World Tire Pros. Not a good first experience.

I sure appreciate the quick service; I got my oil changed in a short time and waited in the tv/waiting area. I went on that day because someone- another fellow Colorado Springs driver told me my left brake light was out. Normally the guys a Tire World would have let me know they needed to fix a light that was out. Not this time. I was just told by a business associate that my left brake light is out ...still. The tire guys were so worried about a leak that they thought I had and was trouble shooting and getting my car back to me they didn't complete their job. The fast turn out doesn't really count if the job is incomplete.
