I recently bought a '77 RV with wheels in a size that apparently hasn't been made in 30 years. After tracking down wheels and tires in a size that would fit, I started calling places to simply rotate the new and old wheels. Most places I called seemed to treat this massive ugly RV as an opportunity to try and gouge me for as much money as possible. The Tire Store gave me a reasonable quote sight unseen, recommended the best time for me to show up, and then swapped all 4 dually wheels in ~20 mins while I watched. To top it all off, when I went in to pay they told me that it was easier than expected and so they were only going to charge me half the previous quote! I saved $30 on a day when it mattered a lot more than usual, and The Tire Store just earned years of used tire sales and oddball tire repair issues from me and anyone who asks for my advice. Win-win

Called in the morning and I got my tires in 1-1/2 hours. They had to get them from a warehouse supplier in the city. Pulled in to the shop and had my tires put on in 20 minutes. There is a great group of employees at this shop. They are knowledgeable and courteous. Greg, the owner, gave me a great deal on some Michelin Premiers for my Acura. I came in to get a tire patch, other places usually have a line and a 10-15 min job takes an hour or two. Not this place. As soon as I walked in they got started. Great guys, very safe. Watched a guy walk into the waiting area from the shop just to grab some safety glasses. Also they do well to avoid stripping your lug nuts (much appreciated). Great place, definitely recommend. (though parking is weird.)

They are fast, professional, and competitively priced. The manager knows how to do business, and has treated my wife and me very well. Awesome! Wanted a specific set of winter tires that were hard to get in a timely fashion from other shops. The shop isn't much to look at and I can speak for the prices but the guy I interacted with there was a real class act. I had a nail in my tire and he jacked it up on the spot, took off the tire, pulled out the nail, inspected the tire, determined there was no hole, and sent me on my way. Oh he did this for free by the way. Next time I have tire needs I will be sending my business their way.

Extremely shady. Went in to get a used tire. When the tire was ready, I gave it a quick look to make sure it was in decent condition. I immediately found a nail in it. When I pointed this out to the employee, he said, "sorry man, boss told me to do it." What in the world?! Super sketchy!

I bought five brand new tires and a five year insurance/warranty plan on them for a total of $1,650 dollars in 2015. They said the insurance plan covers everything from tire blowouts to punctures. "Free" repairs and possible replacement for five years. 2.5 years later and the tires are feathering so I call them up and they treat me like absolute garbage because I don't know whether or not I have the receipt. They told me my receipt is my warranty. I asked if they had those things on file somewhere and he said no, they have no electronic system whatsoever. Turns out that the last time I had one of my tires repaired at Discount Tire, I handed them the paperwork (thinking that's where I had purchased them) and they set it aside because it didn't have anything to do with their business. Discount tire happily repaired my tire free of charge and were as nice as can be. This place, The Tire Store, deserves to be put out of business for lack of customer care and an antiquated business system.

Horrible service, do yourself a favor and go across the street. These guys practice PRICE GOUGING---a little bit of snow was falling and they wanted double the industry standard rate to mount/balance a set of tires. I am a contractor that works in snowy weather, but I believe in ethical fair prices, not shady shifting rates when I don't feel like braving the cold. These guys would have been better off closing that day as they lost tons of business..... I watched cars leave and go across the street like I did for cheaper service. Bottom line, If these guys can't handle the job and what comes with it, find a different trade. They should be fined by the PUC or some other regulatory agency. Double the price for snow!!! Good to know.... maybe they are fair during summer, but I highly doubt it.

I read good reviews of this shop, so I thought I would bring my high-performance car here, hoping for a "better" level of service than the big box tire stores. My experience was nothing different than I would have received at any other store -- definitely not any faster (it was actually slow) and not any better quality (in fact they torqued the lug nuts incorrectly.) The price was considerably higher than I could have paid elsewhere. I won't go back here.

Brah. Literally the best tire shop I have ever been to in Denver. Possibly in the US and maybe the world. I mean I haven't been to them all so I can't speak for the ones I haven't been to. But of all the tire shops I have been to this is the best. Dude, seriously, had a screw in my tire--- they fixed it. They did it in a reasonable amount of time and it wasn't that expensive. 5/7 would visit again.

Worst customer service ever. I went there to fix my tire. It had a nail in it. Got there at 5:10pm .They wouldnt fix it. He said the only thing I can do is put air in it. The tires are in front of the machine and we are closed. On their website it says closes at 5:30.

I was a little skeptical about getting a used tire to replace one blown snow tire, but this was a fantastic experience. I submitted an inquiry in their site for info on a hard to find tire, Greg got back to me first thing the next morning. They had the tire, I came down, they had the job done in 10 mins and I left. Price was half of a new tire, yet had 90% tread left. If you just need a cheap pair of good used tires or a brand new full set, check these guys out. Oh, they also filled my spare with air, up to spec without me even asking.
