I woke up and noticed a pretty bad crack on my already bald tires .I thought it was going to be a headache but everyone there made it everything but one. My husband and I went to get a tire replaced here and within 2 days the tire was flat. My husband went to speak with them about this issue and the owner started yelling at him, getting in his face and telling him that he must have hit something (which he did not) and they will not fix it. The owner is rude, and we are not pleased with the service from here. We will NOT be coming here or recommending this place again.

I received very poor customer service and shoddy work that was either downright theft or pure idiocy. Here was my experience: I purchased a used tire from SouthCO Tire approximately three months ago to replace my REAR DRIVER side tire. Should be easy enough. I pay for the tire and head to Denver. I get there and noticed there was a flat on the REAR PASSENGER side. At that moment I realize they had switched the rear wheels, for whatever reason, replaced my good tire and left my flat with the Fix-A-Flat in it. I was able to tell this because three of my wheels are dipped and one was a spare. I paid for ANOTHER used tire in Denver and wrote it off as they would just not get my business anymore. Well I was in need of tire repair yesterday, and thought I would give them a chance at my business again. I like to support small business. After waiting in their shanty office for several minutes, I ventured towards the back and met Jared, the business owner. So I explained the situation to Jared, he rudely came to the conclusion "This happened all that time ago, and now you want free work, is that it?" I said "Well, I came to see what you could do for the customer, and what you thought about it." He replied "There's nothing I can do for you" I wasn't hostile or rude at all to this joke of a businessman. I took my business to the kind gentlemen at Platte Avenue Tire and Automotive Service, Inc. 2701 E. Platte Avenue. The funny thing is, I was just venting to these guys about my terrible experience here, and after my tire was repaired they gave me the tire patch (that was $12 instead of SouthCO $16) for free! You sir, could learn a thing or two from these gentlemen about customer service. For only 15 minutes and a tire patch, they went above and beyond to cover YOUR shoddy work. This ensured I will be THEIR customer when I go to buy new tires with my taxes. I could care less about "free work" $12 or $16 I was prepared to pay. I just hoped for some customer service, which you completely lack. Also, technically you stole my tire.

I needed four tires and couldn't afford new ones. I came to SouthCo tires and he had four Michelin tires that are in great condition at a very inexpensive rate. He even took the time to Gage the tires right in front of me to show me the tire tread depth. I went home and one lug nut was noticeable longer than the other. I called and the owner told me to bring in and he would check it out. He found it was a damaged stud. He had a new trainee working on my car. Wasn't sure if it was a pre-existing problem but took responsibility and replaced the stud himself. He did a recheck of all the tires and found a couple of pin holes that leaked and he repaired on the spot. The owner did ALL the work because I feel he wants his customers to know he really cares about the work that is put out through his business. This will definitely be my new tire company and I will definitely tell my dearest friends and family to come give him a try.

These guys saved me last Sunday. I got a flat my tires are less than a year old. Called them. Very friendly over the phone, very attentive in helping me. They took their time to find the right sized patch to fix my tire, rather than charge me a new one. Installed and fixed it for a very low price. I'll definitely come back here for my tire service.

Got a bolt stuck in my tire on a Saturday around 3 PM. Called a few other places and they all had an hour or longer wait. We were able to get our tire fixed really fast! They plugged the hole and while we waited, for 15-20 minutes we went a block away to a Starbucks for a coffee. They have a waiting room w a bunch of chairs. They were very professional and courteous.

They were amazing! I went in knowing I needed two new tires. I asked for used and they didn’t try to sell me on new or add in any “hidden charges”. They were also super patient when I had forgotten one of the bad tires in my garage and we had to wait for my brother to run to my house and bring it to the shop. They definitely made a stressful morning much lighter. Plus, they were open on Sunday! I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Amazing service! These guys handle their customers properly. I had a frozen lug that couldn't be freed up using impact tools. In an attempt to remove it it was broken. This was not their issue considering it was pre existing. In am attempt to remove the first frozen lug another was broken. These wonderful service masters replaced both studs at no cost to me. This was both surprising and a pleasant surprise considering the service to be found at most auto repair shops is not parallel to this business and its ethical stance. It's the choices that are made when no-one is looking that defines character. The tires were nice and fairly priced. I will happily give them my business anytime I need tires in the future. Thank you for the awesome service guys!

Crazy expensive for used tires, patching was not done well when we went that route instead of a tire. Tire was flat as a pancake the next morning. The good is they open on Sundays if you are in absolute need.

Will never shop here again. Seemed like an honest place until the end of service rendered. Only good thing about the visit, tires we needed just happened to be on sale and the quick service. We received 1 hella good used tire and 1 already outter balding used tire. When we requested to keep the old tire as an emergency tire, somehow a two inch wide gash appeared. They must didnt know we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. So there was no way we had a gash that deep and wide and not have had an blow out before we got to them. Especially with the potholes between Colorado City and Pueblo!!! We were born, but not yesterday and it looked intentionly done!!! That is not how you do business to keep customers, specifically out of towners.
