They ordered me the wrong rims one was scratched, then when i told them i couldnt install them because the bolt pattern was wrong i attempted to buy additional rims the guy ended up yelling at me while telling me i was yelling at him and kept cutting me off to tell me how iether i was yelling or i was wrong. I demanded a refund and will be returning what i purchased tomorrow. Do not shop here. There are plenty of other tire shops that wont yell at thier customers over thier own mistakes

I had a blowout near them in I-25. They sold me a $250 tire because “that’s all they had” for my common size about 6 months ago. I was having issues with the tire shaking & I took it in to my local mechanic who told me the tire was defective. I called H & H who pretty much said oh, well. Didn’t care. Gave me excuses why they wouldn’t make it right even though they know how much I paid for the tire & that it wasn’t very old. This is when it sucks to go local instead of a big brand shop. Very disappointed.

My only complaint was on went on the website and picked out the tires I wanted and when I got there they said they were discontinued. However the guy found me some comparable ones at a decent price. They were friendly and helpful and checked breaks for me as well. Waiting area was nice and had ac and comfortable couches and big screen TV. Waited under a hr. Will go back again but update your website.

4 out of four visits not have the sizes that I need in 3 different cars. Wait over 5 hrs just to drive out of there with my own spare tire. On the positive side if you're looking for common tires that you can find everywhere they might have it there. They have friendly personal. Only reason I did tryed so many times.

I got a flat tire this morning and I took my vehicle to Sam's Club right away. They have a very strict policy on what they can fix and can't fix and unfortunately, they couldn't fix the leak on my tire. I asked if they could replace the one tire that had a leak, but Sam's Club policy says if it's AWD, I have to replace ALL...sigh... BUT the man who was helping me was very helpful. He directed me to H&H Tire. I called them up and they told me to come on over so they can inspect. I went straight there. They inspected. They fixed my leaked tire and they saved me $700! That's awesome service! Look, before you have your tire(s) serviced/replaced/fixed elsewhere - check with H&H Tire first. They could save you a ton of money!

I called and set up a time to look at a car we planned on buying. The time wasn’t even 3 hours from the time we called. We showed up on time and the gentleman named Connor that I spoke with told me he gave it to someone else. Did not call me or give me a chance to come and get it even though we had a time set first. I understand this may be normal in the industry, however, I think it speaks to the type of business done at this company. I’m so disappointed to have spent so much time looking for a car and trying to find the perfect fit for our family only to have it sold out from under us. To boot, he offered us a car with 40,000 more miles as his make up for it. Just disappointed. Not trustworthy dealings.

Which I'm not complaining about a guys first day, but i didn't feel like sitting at a tire ship for 3 hours either!

Drove 9 hours from Texas to buy a truck. Green F 350 Forest Service pickup, still for sale at the time of this review. They knew I was coming several days in advance and told me truck would be ready to go.....after arriving and waiting all day to fix HVAC issues, I finally jumped in to test drive after they told me it had been gone through with a fine tooth comb......noticed seat back adjustment was broken and I couldn't access the glove box because the handle was busted off. Wasted my entire weekend and 18 hour round trip drive due to negligence, dishonesty or both. They had also said they would take care of me for the inconvenience, which encouraged me to not just tell them to screw off after driving that far......and then when I came back later that day, they said that they were not willing to drop a single dime off the price. HH Tire has my contact info, so their note below makes no sense at all....

I'm sorry it took me so long to do this, but I'm not very good with these new fangled gadgets! Any way...I needed some air in my tires, as they kept going flat on me. I went all of the way up to DISCOUNT TIRES on platte just to have them put air in the tires for me. I have been a good customer of theirs since 1992, But the guy there broke out his handy dandy measuring tape and told me that he couldn't put air in my tires because his measuring tape showed that my tread was just barely at the point where they couldn't legally put air in my tires without being held liable. So, of course he tried to sell me a new set of tires. I told him that I just needed his help to put air in my tires so I could safely drive back home, but he refused! So, I left there and will NEVER GO BACK!! SO I'm driving back home wondering where I could go to just get help putting air in my tires and to check for nails as I have a very bad knees. And then I remembered H & H TIRES ON 85/87. So I drove over there to see if someone could help me put air in my tires, to which Aaron was there at the desk and he said sure, we can help you with that! I was floored, someone who could help me put air in my tires?? Unheard of!! LoL. At least according to discount tires! Aaron and your garage helpers not only checked my tires, but found that Whoever gave me the tires on the van had sold me some weather beaten tires and that was why they kept losing air! Not only did Aaron and his team get me 2 more tires, they got me a good deal on the used tires. They actually cared that my granddaughter and I could drive around town SAFELY!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK WHEN I DO NEED SOME NEW TIRES!! THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. AND GAVE MY GRANDDAUGHTER A STUFFED ANIMAL WHILE WE WAITED. I AM DEFINITELY TELLING ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO GO TO H&H TIRES...WHERE THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

Quentin, Travis, Mike, Paul, and team are awesome sauce! In my experience between purchasing a vehicle, tire repairs and autorepairs, it’s the only place I trust to bring my car. They don’t sell you on BS, but their main objective is to keep customers happy and rolling. Service is amazing, it’s like old friends and family every time I come in. Sure you can go to Walmart and get cheaper results....BUT it’s exactly that cheaper. They have fair pricing and they care. You’re a name and person not a number at H&H Tire. Have been going to H & H for 3 years for tires and repairs on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra and have always had EXCELLENT customer service from Travis and Cole with all repairs done right by Cole and at good prices. I recently decided to upgrade and found a car at H & H I really wanted, when I went to H & H to buy the 2017 Hyundai Elantra the car deal was completed within an hour and a half, no issues and no hassle !! I got a great deal on the car !! Connor, who sold me the car got me a great interest rate, which gives me affordable payments. And a car I love. I recommend if you need repairs done, go talk to Travis and if you want to buy a car go talk to Connor - both will do everything they can to help you with what you need.

Let me tell you, I called Jesse@H&H and got a quote over the phone for 4 new Bfgoodrich tires for my wife's Hyundai. The price was spot on with chain stores. I didn't have much time on the day I came in to pay for the tires and set an appointment for a couple of days after when my wife had a chance to get the tires mounted. Jesse and the guys had 4 new tires on my wife's car in 30 minutes. Most of the chain stores take half a day. Spot on customer service. You have a customer for life.

Have had several services performed by them with no issues--tire repairs and balances. They can get a bit busy however so it might be a bit a of wait. I would recommend them over "Big 'O Tires" in the area because they seem to want to help more. I remember one time my tires were shaking like crazy and I took them to "another shop" and they said that there wasn't an issue. I got frustrated and took my vehicle to H&H and have gone there ever since. True story. Just recently had an interaction with an Aaron?? that works there and I am very pleased. Thanks.

Wanna know why you SHOULDN’T go to H & H Tire? I went here a few weeks ago to get NEW tires and an alignment. Dropped my car off at 8 AM, get a call before lunch time to let me know my car was done. Over my lunch, go pick up my car, pay for everything, didn’t even bother to look before I left their lot. I went to grab lunch, looked at my tires and noticed my OLD tires were still on my car. I was beyond livid and will never go back here for anything. How do you physically call a client to let them know their car is ready to be picked up when all you did was an alignment on my OLD tires AND charge me over $800?! Unbelievable! Telling all my friends, family, and coworkers to stay away!!!! I ended up going to Les Schwab Tire Center and got everything done I actually asked for at the time of pick up for my car. I can’t make this sh!t up folks..fair warning.

I can't give these people enough credit. Robert has got some hustle and he gets stuff done. I had contacted H&H a little while back for a wheel/tire pricing quote, but I didn't get a response so I just emailed them and got a quick response from Robert with a number to call back. That same day I caught a huge screw in my tire and so I called Robert saying I would be stopping by ASAP. A few quick hours later, I had a brand new set of 4 tires and an alignment. And they did me several hundred dollars BETTER than other shops had quoted me at. So if you need tires, wheels, brakes, etc. Definitely check Robert and the H&H team out

Came in to replace ONE tire and they took off all wheels with no explaination as to why, drained my car battery by leaving the car on after told not to (they claimed they didnt know they shouldnt do this), and scratched one of my rims. I have recommended this place to more than a handful of friends, and now I am eating my words. Have never had issues before and if my battery won't hold a charge after today, I left H and H with more problems than I started with.

After having issues with my daughters previous car, we went to take a look at the used cars H and H had to offer. Marissa and Laura were so helpful! Best place to buy tires in Colorado Springs! Excellent prices and quality work by honest, knowledgeable professionals! They stand behind their work and are fair and caring. Also good for oil changes. They don't offer appointments so be prepared to wait for about an hour, but they do have large and comfortable waiting rooms, coffee, and a restroom.

I have used H & H for at least 6 sets of tires in the past. They have always sold me quality tires in the past so I am sure the set I bought today will be the same. While I had a small wait today it was late on a Friday afternoon when I arrived and they still got me in and out much quicker than their competitors. We've been getting our tires from H & H for 10 yrs now, they have excellent prices and customer service. A few days ago we went into the vehicle sales area to look at trucks. Laura took us for a test drive and showed us a few other trucks. We weren't sure so she gave us her card and told us come back any time. I couldn't believe she wasn't harassing us to stay and buy!! I have never experienced that in my life. Today we went back and bought the truck we took for a drive. I can't emphasize enough how amazing, easy, fast, and no pressure this experience was.
