Worst management ever by general store manager Sydney Wicks. I just came to get an oil change and engine light checked and he asked what I was doing there. I informed him that I wasn't sure when it needed an oil change and the engine light came on. Sidney then turned around stomped his feet like a child and spit on the ground about 8 feet from my vehicle. He then walked back into the shop and told one of his workers to tell me to leave, keep in mind this worker is a close friend of mine. I had my friend make Mr. Wicks come out and call his store owner, in which Mr. Wicks refused and proceeded to come off very hostile and in my face telling me to leave the property. I simpley told him that he can't refuse a paying costomer. I again asked to speak with Jeff (the owner) and Mr. Wicks then told me "no, I will get you an escort(police)," everything escaladed from there. My fiance and I ended up leaving due to police being involved. Mr. Wicks is by far not fit for his position as General Manager of the store. the employees: andrew, kevin, and jason did their job at greeting us fast and kind. give them a 10 out of 10. I wish i could give Sidney Wicks a negative review.

*can't give zero stars. Got my oil changed there. Long story short: they put 4 quarts of oil instead of 6. BigO Tires is right near here. Go there instead. #Incompetent

Just your typical Greese Monkey with pathetic customer service and ripping the customer off with over priced Dexos oil and somehow my air filter is filthy when I just got one. Strange everybody in the waiting room air filter needs replaced as well. If you want to sit back and relax in their massage chair...please insert money. It's like the cheesy honeymoon sweet with the quarter operated vibrating bed. My own fault for trying Greese Monkey again.

I came here because the other reviews said that this place is always 'fast, and friendly' That is NOT the case. I just needed an oil change, they told me they would tell me the price in a little while and that it would be about 30-40 minutes. 3 hours passed and no one told me the price, not until I physically walked out to my car with another man that was just as aggravated as me; then after that another hour passed and I finally got to leave as the other aggravated man was being smarted off to by the workers and told 'well if an hour and a half is too long you can go somewhere else' Go somewhere else people. These people don't care about their jobs and they definitely don't care about their customers.

They met me as soon as I pulled up. Very nice and courteous and explained their services beyond the oil change I was seeking, but without pressure to purchase. I thought it was a bit expensive, especially the air filter. But I'm new to Colorado and could very well be the geographic inflation of the area. Overall good service.

Oil plug fell out after oil change. When I called in to make a complaint the person I talked to reviewed the video a told me that it was installed when the car left. I do not doubt this; my claim is that it was not tightened properly. I asked him if he thought it was a coincidence that within hours of them changing the oil, plug fell out. After I asked him this, he was immediately rude and was very hostile with me. I was nothing but polite to this person and did not deserve to be talked to this way. To be clear, this is my significant others car and when the person I talked to found this out, he told me to have them to call in and questioned why I was calling for a vehicle that was not mine. My significant others is a nurse and works 12 hour shifts, so they would be closed at the end of today’s shift and I thought I would nice of me to take care of it. I tried to explain this and all the person did was talk over me. I guess this a reason to be unprofessional on the phone. Lastly, I asked for his name he said “Whatever dude” and hung up. If you look at their (Yelp/Google) reviews, I am not the first person treated rudely and not the first botched oil change. So if you are looking for a place that cannot even tighten a bolt correctly, you have found it.

Worst ever! 2002 chevy silverado Went in for an oil change,technician recommended a transmission flush-did that for 200.00 Now my truck doesnt switch from 3rd to 4th gear.had a conversation with Jon Piper,the owner of the chain,who pretty much told me it wasnt their fault.Do not do spend your hard earned money in this place,go to your local mechanic.

Was initially okay here, but will not return. Had brakes done and an oil change at a little over $1k, which was needed. The guys seemed nice. I mentioned I needed shocks and stabilizers and had received a quote across town that was within budget. He says that they can do shocks here at grease monkey. So, I said okay. Take a look at my shocks and quote me on the same shock that is on my truck. It's lifted a little so I wanted to keep the same if not going through a four wheel drive specialist. After the brakes and oil change were complete, and after paying, he shows me on the screen what he quoted my shocks (4) and stabilizers (2) to be at just over another $1k. I told him I'd let him know. Shortly after, I called and confirmed the go ahead to order the shocks and stabilizers and I would stop back by once they arrived for installation. He lost the stabilizer part number so those didn't get ordered. Not a big deal. I told him when I brought my truck back in for the shocks, he could then get the order on my stabilizers. Call comes in, I go drop my truck for the shocks alone. At checkout, this guy tries to charge me almost $1500 for the four shocks alone. I'm confused as he priced shocks and stabilizers with labor at just over $1k. Obviously a little hot at this moment. After confronting him on this, he started to manipulate the pricing. I ended up paying the initial price quoted for shocks and stabilizers but with no stabilizers. I spoke with their Regional Manager and he agreed that this what not right and said to contact the store mgr for further assistance. I called and left three messages and still haven't heard back. Now today, I was looking at my shocks because something looked different and realized that he didn't order the same shocks I originally installed on my truck, which were installed by a trusted professional. The rear shocks installed are four inches shorter on extended length. Now I will need to go to another shop to have this inspected to ensure whats on there is okay with the difference in length. Basically, he told me one thing and then tried to rip me off and to make matters worse, wrong parts installed. Great!

These guys actually changed my air filter like they said they would and personally walked me out to the garage and walked me through everything they did with my car in person, not just tell me they did things they didn't while standing at the register.

Of course they try to upsell you. And when you tell them no, the price went from $39 for a basic oil change to over $50 when they gave me the bill. Never go back to this place again and I would recommend and nobody else does this place is a joke. Walmart will do it for $19.88 for a basic oil change. Sure they won't vacuum my carpet in the front but for thirty bucks I'll vacuum my own front carpet.

My grandma car got quick oil change here and was very happy until 3 weeks ago oil change then 50 miles later the oil filter felt out and knock out the engine she went back t try to tell the issue but they don't want to talk to her anymore. It's shame that she may have to spend between $3000-$5000 according to Subaru dealer. Never trust grease monkey no more, I can understand that we all make mistake but leave you in cold isn't the way we live together on earth

I'm not big on writing reviews but today I walked in to grease monkey and wasn't sure what kind of oil to get didn't know the difference between them all . a guy named Sydney asked if he could help me and he did started explain what was best for my car after see the miles so I didn't have to guess. after the oil was changed his crew checked tired pressure topped off my fluids and I felt like i was taken care of. so not only was I happy but I bet my car was as well. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs there service they will take care of you..

Yesterday was my 8th oil change on my truck at this location. The first 7 were a little over $100. Yesterday was $190. The guy asked me if I wanted synthetic and I told him I wanted the same oil they had been using. He tells me it was the same, and I didn't know any better until I checked out. I went to the truck and got the old receipts and went back to show him, and his response is they undercharged me. Ironic how seven oil changes by different employees were all the same price until yesterday. Including my other cars, I've been a customer for years and have had around 15 oil changes here. I won't be back.

Our second time coming here. In and out in less than an hour. The guys are sweet and professional and seem to enjoy what they do and seem to like people. They always bring you out to show you what they did, even if it's just a simple oil change. They aired my tires up, topped off and checked all fluids, cleaned my windows and vacuumed my floorboards. Didn't try to sell me anything. Great experience.

Mis-diagnossed a problem with my truck and got a repair on it that didn't really help my problem. None the less, they did a satisfactory job on what they did. Friendly, helpful guys in the shop. Some of them were definitely more salesman than mechanic though.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I brought my car for an oil change . my next oil change was at my regular grease monkey and they said the last place over tightened my oil drain plug stripping my oil pan and I needed a new one. i took it back they put an over sized plug in and did not want to replace my oil pan and tried to give lame scenarios of how else it could have been stripped. the owner acted like he was doing a favor by putting in an oversized plug. when they replaced the plug they had to drain the oil and they put standard instead of a synthetic blend that i always use. I will see the owner in court. that will cost extra time stress and money. I would give negative star if possible.

The store manager, Sydney, at this location was very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me out by calling a previous location of Grease Monkey's regarding a clerical error. Also, this was the only location that filled up my tires with enough air which turned off my low pressure alert on my dashboard. The location on S.Colorado failed to do this last time! Service was great, quick, and effortless. Thanks!

They get a whole star because they were incredibly polite as they DIDN'T fix my car (their "fix" lasted about 20 minutes until the shop closed, how convenient!), and caused new problems. Unless coolent leaks and overheating engines are a new feature of their regular repair jobs, if so great job! You did a fantastic job of trying to break my car even more! Edit: Over $1,000 worth of repair to fix the car after Grease Monkey messed it up.
