This visit I was unhappy with but previously we have been satisfied. I was told there was nothing really won't with the steering on my vehicle. I ended up you tubing the steering and adjusting it myself. I will take it elsewhere next time.

After our first oil change here I gave this place a 5 star review. We went back for our second oil change and they broke the heilocoil on the oil pan. At first Chris at the front desk said they could put the oil in and we could take it home to repair it, but when my husband came to see what happened he changed his story and we had to have them do the repair in order to take our truck home. When I was begrudgingly paying them, the receptionist said how awful it was to have that happen, and asked who did our last oil change because they should pay for that. Falcon Auto Service did my last oil change and over tightened the bolt. Do not use this place. You get what you pay for.

It took two tries to get the problem (powersteering) fixed. Parts were broken by mechanic the first time so they replaced those free of charge. Problem wasn't fixed the first time so it took another trip in town to get it fixed (nuisance). Still not sure if it is completely fixed but am hopeful. I used to trust them completely. Not so sure now. Time will tell.

I have All State car insurance and have Drivewise. Through Drivewise I received an email that my car needed service. I called Falcon Auto Repair and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. I went there and the man at the front desk looked at my email and then proceeded to ask me some questions. After a short conversation, I found my car really didn't need service. I appreciate honesty and this place has it. He saved me money by bring truthful. I would recommend this place for sure.

Had to repeat myself to three different people (talk to him, no, talk to him, then original guy pops back in) for 20 minutes just to be told we will get back to you, have no idea how long it will take to fix and have to call around and ask. Not confident they know how, and that's fine, just say we don't do that. I got the feeling since I already had the part I wasn't going to be enough money to them, just dismissive customer service and time wastes. I'll have someone in the springs put on a dipstick tube.

Do not use Falcon Auto for ANY service. It is unfortunate that a local business does shoddy work. In June 2018, I had 2 new tires placed on my vehicle rear axle with a rotation of the rear tires (that were 6 months old) to the front. With this service, I also had an alignment done. When my vehicle was returned and before I even left the shop to drive away, they knew that something was not right with the alignment and tried to convince me that my vehicle was supposed to drift to the right because that is what Colorado State Law dictated. My car didn't drift to the right however but to the left into oncoming traffic because my tires (that were 6 months old that they installed) were causing this abnormal problem. Further more, my car also came back with the steering wheel cockeyed to the right. After driving it to see what they were talking about, I took it back in to the shop and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it and that the vehicle was in specs for their system. When I asked for a refund so I could take it to another service shop, I was referred to the owner Todd. Todd was an absolute treat! Todd was definitely not wanting to listen or hear what I had to say. While attempting to talk to him, he constantly over talked me and ended up becoming belligerent to his one way conversation to which I finally hung up on him. I'm sure they will rebuttal this with how bad of a customer I am and how wonderful their service is. I've used them for the last 5 years and I've noticed that over the last year they have fallen in customer service and reliability and I will not use them anymore for any vehicle or tire repairs. Although I am not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, I guess they figured I would just accept their excuses as gospel. Stay away from their shoddy business practices. Big O Tires cant come to falcon soon enough.

My first experience with Falcon Auto was to have a "noise" checked out on my little Miata (a car I love). I made an appointment, but was unable to find anyone to pick me up so they could have my car all day as I promised since it was a diagnostic situation. They were very friendly and allowed me to wait in their waiting room. I brought my tablet and a book to keep me busy. The office is very clean and is beautifully decorated for the holidays, something you don't always find at an auto repair facility. The bathroom was equally clean and nice. I listened and watched while I waited on my car - to their conversations, phone calls, discussions with the service mechanic, conversations with customers coming in, etc., and I have to tell you I am impressed with Falcon Auto. I feel they are very honest in their dealings which is critical for me. I don't expect anything for free, but I just don't want someone to take advantage of me and tell me I need something that I don't. I heard them tell customers things like, "no, you don't need to replace...it's just fine, but we would recommend..." But, they took it further than that. They were able to explain their findings in terms that a non-mechanic could understand - why, specs., details, and safety. My "noise" problem was resolved simply, but they discovered something that could have been potentially a big problem later for me of which I was totally unaware, and explained it thoroughly. I have made an appointment to have the work performed that they recommended. I now know that I have found a reliable place that I can take my vehicles to for repair and maintenance with confidence! Thank you so much for providing such a service and taking away the fear of reputable auto repair. I would highly recommend them.

Their work is okay, the people are pleasant, but they don't install parts from an outside source. Why not? If the parts are new and of correct fitment it makes no sense. Why should I have to pay their markup on parts? I'll use someone else from now on.

Yes, they have friendly atmosphere! I met the owners, Todd & Becky, and some of their staffs like Chris and Russ. They do a great job and I haven't found myself returning for the same job they already made. Very knowledgeable mechanics and have done couple of minor jobs that I wasn't bill for it compare to some other shop or a dealer. They have clean waiting room with free coffee and cable TV...set in music though. The one star off is that they are overpricing their parts beyond the retail price from local auto part stores and the dealer. I know before hand the cost of the parts that will be needing a replacement. I shopped around and if the work is not tedious or requires a computer for tuning and reprogramming, I would have done the repairs myself. This is the only thing I hope they can adjust in the near future. Shops like this pays wholesale for parts. Charging over the auto part stores and the dealer listing price is a cut throat.

My car recently broke down very near to the shop, I was almost excited when I looked them up on google and saw all 5 star reviews and people raving about the service they received here, though this excitement quickly faded to disappointment.. My car was towed to their lot after hours, where there was no key drop requiring me to return the next morning at 7:30 AM when they opened. Upon arrival and dropping off the keys I was informed that they were busy but my car would be diagnosed that morning. I waited nearly their whole work day before calling about the diagnosis at 4 PM, I was then told my car still had not been looked at and the gentleman on the phone expressed his sympathy. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the same gentleman "Oh I must not have seen your car in the bay, the mechanic was looking at it while we were on the phone" really...?? Then I was told an estimate and that parts were ordered and would be in on Saturday and my car would be ready to be picked up Monday. Call Monday morning, and still waiting for parts, call later Monday, somehow still "waiting for parts". After all is said and done I head to pick up my car Tuesday afternoon and I'm surprised yet again! I came in expecting to pay what was estimated for my car because I wasn't told otherwise, the final price ended up being almost $50 more than the estimate because the diagnostic fee was not included in the estimate.. why would you not include this for your customer? You could have easily baked in the diagnostic fee to the estimate. After paying more than I expected I walked out defeated and disappointed to get into my car. I opened the door only to be greeted by more disappointment and sadness. My car was filthy, black greasy hand prints and finger smudges all over my armrest, steering column, and center console. The only positive thing I have to say is that my car runs again. TL;DR - Took much longer than expected, more expensive than estimated, car came back filthy. Would not recommend to anyone unless you have the misfortune of breaking down all but in front of their shop.

They may be busy enough to require an appointment that is a couple of days out, but they are great to work with, affordable and will not repair your car just to make money off of you (they will let you know when it's time for you to unload your vehicle due to an expected increase in mechanical problems). Love these people and will continue to have them work on my vehicles and recommend them to you!

Brought my car in to fix all 3 of my oil leaks. One on the pan, one on the front crankshaft hub, and the other on my valve cover. They seemed to fix 2 of those but the crankshaft hub still leaks and a new leak formed after they didn't tighten down my oil pan correctly along with one of my exhaust manifolds.. For a price of just under $1,000 I would've expected them to have tightened everything to spec.

Was going to get an alignment. But they didn't do cause they said my lower tie rod was bad. They checked it by moving the tire back and forth. Then they charge me $29.99 and $10 in shop fees! They didn't even use a paper towel and charged for shop fees. I would not recommend this place.

I had some starting problems with a 2015 Dodge Ram so I thought I’d give this place a try. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump and charged me $994.00. A week later I had the same starting issue. I took it back and told them that I’m not convinced that it’s the fuel pump. They tried to lead me to believe that it was and that there’s something else going on as well but the fuel pump was indeed bad. I still didn’t believe it. After they had it for two more weeks, they told me they could not fix the problem. The owner would not give me a full refund and only gave me $700 of the $994 back. They replaced the wrong part and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. He claimed that he had to pay his technician for labor. I received a recall notice a few weeks later from Dodge stating that these trucks have been having starting issues. I took it in to a dealer and they repaired it at no charge. This place might be decent for changing tires but that’s about it. I won’t do business with them again. It wasn’t the fuel pump!
