DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! i took my car in to get it fixed and the prices wasn't too bad and they "supposedly" fixed it quick, but the only thing is they call me to tell me my car went MISSING! and when i spoke with them about the situation they were very rude about it and they think i took the car.. and then they told me if i had insurance.. (asking about my insurance is irrelevant, if i take the car in, it should be THEIR responsibility until i pick up my vehicle. so correct me if i'm wrong but i think it is their fault and should go through their insurance..) I had filed a police report and I still don't have my car.. I am VERY upset. and i recommend everyone else to NOT take there car there because i wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Very accommodating and were able to order and replace my flat tire the same morning. Only complaint is that they did not have the nitrogen fill that I originally got in the rest of my tires, so I had to get the replaced tire refilled elsewhere.

Colorado Tire is one of the best shops around the Denver metro area. APower Electric Service has our entire fleet serviced by Colorado Tire. Our vans drive 25,000-30,000 miles per year and CO Tire keeps them running great with regular oil changes, general repairs/maintenance and tires! They have the best price in town for oil changes and our techs are always in and out in an hour or less. We love the 3 convenient locations which cater to our technicians who travel all over the city. The people and prices are great, the service is always fast and the repairs are done right the first time.

Legend of the primes

Ive tried on 3 separate occasions to get my vehicles serviced with no luck because either there too busy or they want me to leave my vehicle there for a week. two of those occasions have been a flat tire thats already unmounted and ill mount myself. Today I went and they told me they didnt have enough time when they still got 3 hours left til they close seriously?! So I went to another local shop within 10 min they fixed the flat tire. Ill never even try to go to this shop.

I was very surprised by the news I received from Lance at Colorado Tire. Me and my two young daughters were stranded in a parking lot with a Honda Pilot that would not start. My husband and his father came out to help us figure out the problem. They both stated they knew for sure it was the starter. Colorado Tire towed us to their Quebec location. They did their inspection and came back with GREAT NEWS. The repair was around $100.00. Not thousands of dollars!!!!! Colorado Tire has earned our business for life! T H A N K Y O U!!!!!!

Took vehicle to get fixed,running ruff and misfiring, got the truck back there was a miscommunication between there staff and the truck wasn't fixed so I had to bring it back and then after some discussion was told the repair for the second time were on the house. 3 stars because they did fix the problem would have been 5 but I had to bring it back, quality work but make sure you deal with Tom the manager.

I wish I could give this place higher than five stars. We called asking about a clutch for our Jeep Wrangler and was told to bring it in or they could help with a tow company. Since the clutch was shot we accepted the tow information, which was reasonable and added to the final bill. Day one we got the car there mid day and they called not long after to say they had already looked at it. Yes indeed it needed a new clutch, the part was on the way and it would be done Friday. I was stunned, quick communication and quick labor. On the next day Thursday they called to say that the clutch was done but they diagnosed the sensor light that had been on. They we're willing to fix that problem too and have it done by the original Friday deadline. Perfect! Friday morning they called and everything was done and the price was still about $500 less than anticipated. The clutch came with a two year warranty and customer service was amazing. Will I be back? Most definitely! Will I tell everyone I know who needs auto repair to go there? Oh yeah! Finally a honest mechanic.

Great customer service and awesome timing. I was having some issues with my truck. Called them and was able to get in right away. Five hours later, I got a call saying the car was fixed and I could come pick it up. Price was great too!

I took my truck in to have a 02 sensor replaced they wanted 200 dollar's to twist a 7/8 wrench and spend 10mins replacing it. I went to exhaust pro and had it done in 10min for 30 dollar's. This shop is a joke

I finally found professional technicians who go above and beyond to assist the customer in solving the customer's need. They are very honest, patient and tell the customer what is needed as far as repairs and costs. Colorado Tire does not "force" you to do the repair work. After the repair information, Colorado Tire works with the customer. It is up to the customer and their schedule and money. Colorado Tire has been a blessing to me and my car needs and very patient to solve the car issue. These guys are better than many other shops I had experienced. I have to rate my overall experience as 2 stars. The only reason that it got that much is the fact that Jennifer & Pedro were helpful in getting the mistakes fixed. We initially brought our RV in to get 4 new tires put on at the Centennial location. We were told when we arrived that they didn't have the right tools to do it, so we were sent to the Aurora location. We were told to drop it off and leave it over night and they would be working on it around noon the next day. We received a call around 2pm stating they were running behind, which was not too big of a deal for us. We called them back around 4 & they said it was ready to be picked up. We drove out there & luckly my husband looked everything over and I couldn't even believe what I saw. NONE of the tires were tightened. They were so loose that I could touch them and I could tighten them with my fingers AND to top it off, the extended valves were not only put in backwards but they lost 2 that we already had. We also realized that the spare tire was missing. We started to become very concerned at this point. Jennifer & Pedro were shocked as well with the work that had been done. They asked us to leave it over night again so they could fix it the next day. As we were leaving, we decide to check to make sure that they locked the door to the RV and low and behold the door had been UNLOCKED the whole day..... it gets worse. We were very worried about keeping it over night again in a location that didn't care about our new RV so we decided to stop by to check on it later that evening. I opened the door to the RV and see the spare tire and hub cabs (dirty & oily) leaned on my couch and on the floor. I was floored. We went back that morning to pick it up again & the valves were still on backwards... so we were told to come back in the afternoon. Came back again and the tires were suppose to be at 80 PSI... Pedro checked the other guys work and they were at 40 PSI. We waited for another hour for them to pump them all up. They did end up replacing the 2 valves they lost. If it wasn't for Jennifer & Pedro, I believe I would have lost it all together. They said that we would receive a call from Paul or the owner in the next few days but we haven't heard from anyone. I was extremely disappointed with the service that we were provided.

Every time I go to Colorado Tire I know I’m going to be treated well and with excellent customer service. The whole team there does an excellent job at helping with any issues and at a fair price. After I get work done Tom always asks how my experience was which shows he truly cares about the business he’s running. Sometimes it’s tough to trust certain autoshops but they reassured any worries I had and I always feel comfortable with Colorado Tire. This IS your grandfather's garage and tire shop! Friendly, informative, the techs look like they actually work on cars - not just plug in a computer and read a code. They ordered my tires at noon, I dropped off the vehicle at 2, they were done by 3:30. Got more expensive tires for the price quoted for cheaper ones, due to the original ones getting sold. No drama, no BS. Professional, courteous mechanics. Great place.

I wish I could give a million stars. I stopped by as they were closing yesterday and talked their head off about my baby's problems. Today, they talked me through the potential problems and didn't push me to get maintenance (fuel and air filters). I live in Denver and drive/tow all the way to them when my Betsy and Foxy (4Runner makes) need work!! They are very knowledgeable and won’t try to nickel and dime you. Excellent service, went because was having problems to start my Dodge ram van, they checked everything from ignition to fuel pressure and found a fuel pump check valve not working properly $122 same day service and the confidence the van was checked by professionals.

WAY BEYOND GOOD SERVICE. im very picky when it comes to servicing my old caddy. since most of the shop in town do not work on wire rims yet this one does. Also the guy at the front Desk (Tom) was super helpful. He even called me during the services to inform me with different options. Unlike some other shops where they always try to do unnecessary jobs on your car to get more money out of you. Labor is $120/hour, kinda high imo but reasonable. Hell, they even helped me load the old wheels on back of my car. where else can you find a service this good?

I replaced my water pump, timing belt, a bunch sensors here on my 96 talon tsi. I feel like they screwed me over, left with my car sputtering getting a lot of fuel cut and i also come to find out they didnt tighten up my motor mount which broke on me while driving.

Had a blown head gasket in my car. They let me send 850.00 fixing what they thought was the problem before they did the test showing I had a blown head gasket.not very happy. But been there before and did a great job.
