Went here to get a oil change and the guys there was very helpful on what my bike need since it has been sitting for a while....they work out a good deal for me and even gave me so tips on tires the type of tire i need based on my riding style....i brought my bike in for a full service and a valve job and in 5 hours it was done....they even gave me a warning on some of the items I may need to look at fixing later on down the road. My bike run like a dream.....im am so thankful vs how she was riding at first........i will be back to have my bike fixed on more....the guys showed outstanding customer service.....

I promise don’t come here Juan and his Mechanic charge so much and they don’t even do the job good they tell you it’s something and it’s not they don’t put new parts he says he has a Warehouse but it’s all fake he does not put new parts on the bikes he charges so much that is just better to go to a professional mechanic these guys don’t even have a Certificate both of them are just sit around they Messed up my bike even more when I paid $500 good luck juan I’m going to take you to court please people your going to get scammed like me just look for someone else that can fix your bike

I never go back here, I got 2 tire installed with patches on them, wich I clearly told him not to!! Cause I commute a lot, 2 week later my front tire got a flat, and took to a real MC shop only to find 2 patches on them, I was mad because Juan (Owner) is a dishonest person!!! Buy new tires, life is more important than saving money! Ride Safe!!

Be very careful with this person Juan. He will say what you want to hear just to still your money!!! I pay 400 dollars for 2 tires and just installed ONE!! after 2 months on the shop I ask for my bike back and my money back. I just was able to get my bike back! And he never gave me my money back!!! Very bad way of doing business!!! You have been warned!!! Don’t go there!!

How bad is it that you need to write your own review. Juan Mendoza is a lair and a thief. Took my bike in for major repairs and I asked them to save my old parts. According to Juan they could not find them at first and then he said that they were trashed. I was not sure if all the service that they claim to have done was actually done. All misleading information specially from Juan. The second he opens his mouth the BS starts. Never will I go back nor will I recommend this place. Better to pay more and get what you ask for instead of lies. Adding to all of this, 1 week later my bike will not start. I tried calling him about it and he never took my calls. Took it to another mechanic and found out that the work I paid Juan Mendoza for was not done. I will be taking him to small claims court.

Nobody go to this place they are doing credit card scams!! That guy Juan is a super scammer and cannot be trusted. I used my credit card once for my bike tune up and after he went and charged it to a bunch of different things and I know it was him for sure. So I got a call from my credit card company to let me know about a bunch of charges and none of them where from me. The reason I know it was him for sure is because I was looking at the charges and saw it was from a tire shop close to me called YESENIAS TIRE SHOP. I went to go ask if they ask for I.D when you use credit and they said that it is company policy to always check. I start showing him the charges when he starts looking for the receipt which he can’t find, after I told him I think I might know who he is and just say the name Juan. When I said that his eyes got bright and told me it was him for sure. He said it was weird that Juan sent him the credit card number through text. After the worker at the tire shop called him and Juan was making some stupid excuses about how he gave him the wrong card by accident. The tire shop worker was furious as I would to and they went down to go talk to Juan. It wasn’t just this business it was over 3000 dollars worth of stuff to a bunch of different places. It just pisses me off how he thinks he can do this and get away with it! Nobody go here unless you want to get scam! Instead of going down to start a fight which I was close I just want people to be inform!!!

I brought this guy business i could of taken elsewhere easily because he was running a special. Installed a rear tire I brought in and let him con me in to a thirty dollar tube I might not of needed. I realized two weeks later my chain was extremely loose it could of killed me, so I went up there. He refused to make it right, said chain adjustment doesn't come with rear tire install. You have to take the chain off to install so that is just horrible business. Said my $90 I brought him was small money when I told him gosh I brought you business. And said I could pay 25 to have it adjusted. Horrible experience.

I brought my front tire to him at closing time on Saturday. Juan was kind enough that to put it on and balance it. Just what I needed. I don’t know about his inventory, but I recommend Juan as a good mechanic.

Great Experience professional and friendly customer service. Juan was fast when changing my semi new set which was 95% life ( like NEW) in great deal + gave us chain service 4 free. They have a new nice and cool waiting area with beverages, snacks and even a PLAY STATION console with motorcycle video games, where my boyfriend wanted to stay after our mini-wait of 35mn that took this guys to finish our bike. As always thanks for your service wi'll definetly back !!!

The only reason to take your bike/wheels here; would be, because you're getting ready to do burn-outs all night, or, you don't care about your life and quality service. These shady "mechanics" tried to SWITCH the tires I chose and patch up some wonky old flat worn out rubber and put it on my wheels. He told me he cant have anyone in the shop when he sets the tires; so I need to leave. Then he closes the doors and shuts it up real tight...So I walked back there ANYWAY... These shady dudes have like seven tires of the same make on the ground and they're patching one up as I'm watching them. I said,"Are you patching up that tire?" NO NO NO, we're just fixing a spot inside... I literally had to grab the tire I wanted and watch these guys put it on or else they would have given me some crappy tire with holes in it... Luckily, I sold the bike within a week and the new owner already wrapped some new rubber on it. But damn, never going there EVER again.

Over charges. Lies over the phone about working on your bike when it's actually just sitting untouched all day. Then when you walk a couple of blocks in the heat to pick up your bike just to find they never touched it. Very frustrating.

I bought from them for $100 a tire with "60%" of life and it lasted less than 500 miles, obviously no warranty so I had to find someone else to help me after that. Not recommended.

Please Please please read..... this place is not to be trusted! I was charged over $400.00 to do full service. When I got my bike home it wouldn’t start. I txt and 1 message but the guy never called back. The next day I took the bike to a different shop where they gave me a list of items that needed to be done. The list of maintenance was already supposed to be completed by cycle tire depot! I went there and did not leave without all my money. It took everything in me to not grab this guy. People please don’t get taken advantage of! This guy is for himself. He asked to be paid in cash so he don’t have to do tax..... $$$$$$. Please stay away

The owner of this shop Juan Mendoza is a liar and a theif! he sold us a 2006 mercedes r350 for $7800 everything looked great when we made the deal. untill 110 miles later when the check engine light came back on for a $2000 fix. the transmission is also slipping. he knew what was wrong with the car and cleared the codes before selling it to us. when purchasing we agreed to place a deposit and take the car to our mechanic within 5 days and now he has blocked our numbers and refuses to give all or a portion of our money back. He is an unhonest business man and i hope he never gets to take advantage of another hard working family ever again.
